I recently ordered * weighted blankets from Simple Sleep, Zendesk is their customer service support. My card was charged Dec ***I realized my email was incorrect on the order info, hadn't received a confirmation email.* I had sent info to the Help*goldbutton at zendesk to ask what the status of my order was and advise my email was incorrect.*I have since sent * or * messages and email to their support desk with no response and they claim to respond within ** hours.* I want to know the status of this order. If I do not receive a response I will reverse this charge . The phone number related to the charge is a law firm out of BC and the company I ordered is out of ON. doesnt make sense
