Hello, I'm William Herrington from Lakeland, Florida. I had scheduled a massage for today at 3:30 PM, but by 11:45 PM, no one has shown up or contacted me. If I don't receive any communication by 11:00 AM this Friday the 13th, I may have to cancel the credit card payment. I will not hesitate to share my negative feedback about Zeel on social media. You can reach me at [redacted]. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't even provide a working phone number for contact.

I received a text from Zeel notifying me that my membership would be terminated immediately due to requested services not provided. I feel unjustly accused and offended by this statement. I maintain professionalism and even have a security camera in place for safety, which could verify my actions. I valued using the service to treat my migraines and now feel frustrated at losing access despite paying over $[redacted] monthly. I suspect they lack a phone number to avoid dealing with unhappy customers. Despite sending eight texts seeking clarification, I have not received a response. I would appreciate advice on how to contact them and receive a reply in this matter.

I had an account linked to my phone number years ago, but I'm now facing issues signing in. The system prompts me for an email address that it deems invalid. In attempting to create a new account, it indicates my phone number is already in use. I kindly request your assistance in either restoring access to my original account or removing my phone number from it, enabling me to create a fresh account. Thank you.

On June 22, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].62. I was in the process of booking a massage but hadn't completed the purchase when I spotted the charge. No services have been rendered. I was specifically seeking an at-home massage, which is available in Hilton Head, South Carolina, but unfortunately not in my area near Bluffton. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mahesh A. Konkar from Goa. I have been using your rain suits for the past 25 years, also providing them to our staff during the rainy season. I have a suggestion for improving your product - in heavy rain, water tends to enter from the front. I have a short video demonstrating this issue and would appreciate it if you could take a look. I am willing to purchase 5-6 pieces initially if the problem is resolved. Please provide me with the contact number of your quality control person so I can share the video with them. I believe that if this issue is addressed, there could be a significant market for your improved rain suits in the coastal areas of Goa and Maharashtra. I am Regina Brown. I had a massage appointment scheduled today at 2 pm with Adria McClaughlin to come to my home. She requested to reschedule to 4 pm and never showed up or contacted me. I am a new customer, and this was supposed to be a gift for my husband's birthday, who is a Veteran. I am extremely disappointed and considering canceling my subscription due to this unprofessional behavior. I would appreciate a prompt response from the company.
