I ordered a moroccan tile doormat on ********* but when I received it I wasn't satisfied with the quality - it was much thinner than I expected. I would like to return it but when I clicked on 'return item' I was told online that I hadn't made an order yet. I would like to be emailed a return address please. The order ID is - ***-********-******* and my name and address is Catherine Crow. * Saxon Drive, Tynemouth Tyne & Wear. UK.
GetHuman-cathcrow did not yet indicate what Zazzle.com should do to make this right.
