I have a permanently broken back and have shopped only from Zazzle for over two years. Lately I have received several broken mugs. I was told one wouldn’t be replaced. I sent several emails asking why. Today I got an email saying the mugs would be replaced but my account was closed. I’m so upset I can’t stop crying. I have a list of over *** items I still want to purchase. I was given no warning. I responded by saying I would do whatever it takes to get my Zazzle account back and I promise I will. I can’t get out of the house to shop and shopping at Zazzle brings me more joy than you know. I get so much pleasure giving my friends their personalized gifts. I’ve already bought overv*** gifts that are ready for a Christmas. I placecan ordervevety week. Please help me get my account back and tell me what I have to do to not lose it again. I will do whatever it takes. I am a Christian and do my best to be fair and honest. I once had my own business and I did whatever I could to satisfy everyone of my customers. I lost my business when I broke my back and the surgery failed. Please help me get my account back and tell me what I have to do to keep it. Janice
