I am a delivery driver for doordash and have been for almost * yrs now.My ratings are all good and all merchants have gotten to know me and know that I am very patient.I have been to zaxby's * times within this past week and everytime they leave me sitting outside for long periods of time in the evenings .Daytime isnt like this just nighttime.Tonight I was left outside for ** min for simple order which I had * separate orders but wasnt anything hard.I called in once to see how much longer and they was very rude and hing phone up.I had to call doordash support to drop the orders because employees were ignoring me There was another doordashed beside me she says she has been going through the very same thing and usually rejects orders from your establishment and after tonight I denied * orders after these.When orders get ignored that hurts your business because customers will not order again.Your establishment is only place this happens to and I feel you need to look into this.Us as doordashed deliver to make money and if we are left sitting for ** min. Well we cant make money this way while your drive thru was getting waited on we was just left out of the loop.Its not fair that we would have to go through the drive thru to get service. I hope you can get this taken care of and until if I get a zaxbys I will just decline then is passed on down the line.Thank You for reading..*Sorry I failed to tell you this was in Rock Hill S.C. at the Heckle Blvd.location.
