Good afternoon Zara Team,**I hope you all are having a good day. I’ve been a loyal customer to Zara as I love the designs and quality of your items. I have always had a great experience in Zara at post street, San Francisco. The associates are always helpful and the stores are always clean. Unfortunaltely, until a week ago, i had the worst experience due to an online return.**I kindly approached an associate addressing my problems and she told me that I can get store credit for my item. I lost my debit card prior to that week but still have the same bank account. The lady who helped me was very kind until * hours later, i was rang up by a different lady and when i told her the girl gave me store credit* she gave me alot of attitude. Im assuming shes the manager because the girl who first rang me up seemed really confused. The manager (asian girl - forgot her name but i think its jessica?) started giving me attitude declining service to help me because i dont have the same card i payed with for the refund (or store credit).... the worst part is that she called the first lady that was kind to me and she twisted the story that i did not mention that i lost the card i payed with? But i did. The three girls started humiliating me by loudly discussing how I was twisting that the first girl did not tell me about the store credit.**I brushed it off since it was one bad experience until i was peacefully shopping the next weekend with my cousin and the same girls were working there. They started provoking me by going near to which area i was and saying stuff like “hey, its your favorite customer” and when i was being rang up, she told the girl ringing me up “lets get them the **** out of here”. **Still the same girl who really make me uncomfortable to shop at my favorite store for the past * years. I shop every sunday night around *pm because ots the only free time i have. **Im sending this message because i dont want loyal customers being uncomfortable around the store. **I hope you all have a great day.
