Purchase ... Hi I’d like to make a complaint against the managers at zara store in the white rose centre Leeds. I was gifted a voucher which I lost but had a picture of it on my phone. I went to purchase something * weeks ago and a staff member entered the voucher number on her computer and I was able to make the purchase. I went again today to buy something else and the managers told me that they ‘needed’ the card? I told them about my recent purchase but were very rude and unprofessional. I would like an explanation to why it was done for me once at the same store and then not again the second time. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I would like a formal email to show to the store managers that I can use my gift voucher without the card as I was able to * weeks before
