Dear Zara Customer Service, **I am emailing you a claim about an issue with an order from Turkish Zara online. The order was a big order with a high price. As we USED to love Zara products. The order has been shipped without a tracking number and signed as delivered, however, the package has never been delivered. We contacted Turkish customer service and they never been helpful with their customers. They replied with an unclear shipping information and they mentioned that we have to contact the shipper. There are several emails had been sent to Turkish customer service But they never reply. *My request was to fix the issue. *But now my request is to return my money and after this bad experience with Zara online website, My friends and I will never order from Zara if Zara head office doesn't help their customers as the Turkish customer service.**I HOPE Zara will take care of their customers and never let them down.
