Get my credit to my debit card ... I have been a Zales customer for ** years. I am also a senior. I sent * emails to *****@***.com and did not even receive the courtesy of a response about my complaint.**I ordered * sets of earrings online with a $** gift certificate but MOST of the payment for the jewelry was with CASH with my checking account debit card.**After receiving them I went to the local Zales store to exchange * pair for a different design for about the same price.**I was not allowed to make an even exchange. The associate there said I had to purchase the exchange pair I wanted and then wait for a credit back to my card later for the pair I was bringing back.**I don’t know why they make a customer make a second purchase for just an exchange for a different pair.**I had to buy the other pair, again with cash using my debit card and had to wait for the credit back to my card for the pair I had brought back. Seems absurd.**The following day I received an EMAIL from Zales with a PICTURE of a gift card worth $** which I have no use for, and a small amount back to my debit card.**It wasn’t even a physical card I could sell. I paid for most of my purchases with cash with my debit card so the full credit should have gone back to my debit card into my checking account. The associate said the credit would go back to my card.**I can’t pay my bills with an email of a gift card. I can’t even sell an email with a picture of a gift card to anyone to get at least some cash back. This was very unprofessional on Zales’ part. **No wonder no one wanted to respond to my emails complaining about this. I am a senior citizen and I have no use for the gift card. I don’t plan to buy jewelry for many months but I have immediate bills to pay.**They should have given me the full credit back to my debit card.*The person reading the webmaster@Zales.com emails should be fired for ignoring a long time customer's complaints. That is rude and unprofessional behavior.**I want the full credit back to my card.
