I sent back an item (marked return to sender) and I have yet to receive a refund. It was glass elite privacy screen protector (order *M*Z*******B*.

GetHuman-spechel did not yet indicate what Zagg should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-spechel fixed the problem
I found out that the package was still at the post office. The post office stated they had several items that had not gone back yet . I provided the tracking info to you all. And I was refunded.
