I purchased my LG ZTE phone in December [redacted]. Recently, it displayed an "invalid SIM card" message and is now refusing to charge. As a self-employed individual, my phone is crucial for work. Despite visiting three stores for assistance, including a Boost store in Rockville, CT, no one was able to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service and was promised a repair link, which I never received. Not having a phone is causing significant hardship, and I am requesting assistance. Is it possible to receive a loaner phone or perhaps a replacement? This isn't the first time I've had issues with this phone, but previous problems resolved when the SIM card was removed. This time, the usual solution did not work.

Hello, I bought a ZTE Axon mini 7 in August [redacted] and started using it around September 8th after having it brought to the Islands by someone. The phone has been overheating since I received it, but I continued to use it. On November 2nd, I plugged it in to charge and noticed it was taking a long time and getting very hot as if it might catch fire, so I had to unplug it. Since then, I haven't been able to receive any network signal from the two GSM companies; I can only use it with a WiFi connection. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on the possibility of a replacement since I have only been using it for a little over three months. Thank you, Jose B.

My phone is acting strangely. It requires multiple button presses to unlock, doesn't respond correctly, and crashes often. I have a Wi-Fi internet modem. Suddenly, a strange screen with an emergency contact shortcut has appeared, and I can't navigate away from it. None of the buttons work to access settings, messages, or apps. I have another ZTE phone, model #Z855, running Android version 7.1.1 with Baseband version Z855H01 and Build # Z855_MPCSV1.0.[redacted]. The hardware version is Z855HW1.0. Can I transfer my service to this phone? It has a larger screen and I prefer it over the troublesome one I am currently using.

I recently had my phone stolen by an individual who had stayed at my house and used it for a while. She took out the SIM card and changed my account codes and passwords. I need assistance in locking the phone remotely to prevent her access to my Gmail and other accounts as she knows my security code. I have changed my security codes, however, she has been quite savvy with technology. I am concerned about my privacy being invaded, and despite explaining to the police the situation, she falsely accused me of losing the phone. Your help in securing my device and accounts would be greatly appreciated.

I have a ZTE Nubia N1 Android phone with a charging board issue. I visited your service center in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, at Empress City Mall, First Floor, Block A/[redacted], to fix my phone. I paid INR [redacted] on Saturday, 20/07/[redacted], with the promise of getting my phone back by Monday, 29/07/[redacted]. When I called on Monday, the owner informed me that all mobiles were stolen from the center that Thursday. The police caught the thief, but it will take another week to release the captured phones. The mall administration mentioned that the shop might not reopen due to the owner's delayed rent payments. After speaking with the shop owner, he said I could expect my phone once the court releases the possessions in about a week. I'm unsure of what to do next. My contact number is [redacted].

I initially liked the large size of the N9560 phone, but I started experiencing issues soon after buying it. The phone has been displaying flashes of light, freezing up, and at one point, it turned off and wouldn't turn back on until it suddenly restarted by itself. The sound quality is also poor, requiring me to hold the speaker close to my ear to hear properly. Sometimes, I press a button and end up in settings or Gmail without intending to. The phone often changes screens unexpectedly while I'm using it, causing frustration and interruptions. I no longer want to use a ZTE phone due to these ongoing problems. The device seems to be malfunctioning frequently over the last six months, and I don't want to deal with it anymore. I have insurance for this phone and am seeking assistance to resolve these issues. Boost hasn't been helpful and just passes the problem along. I feel the phone is not worth the trouble and may need a replacement.

I am currently experiencing issues with my Blade Z Max phone. Suddenly, the home and recent apps buttons at the bottom of the screen have stopped functioning, but the back button is still working. I am also facing problems with notifications not displaying on the top bar, making me miss important text messages. Additionally, I have lost some options like the flashlight icon when sliding down the top screen for settings such as do not disturb, volume, and vibrate. These issues are affecting my ability to handle crucial business matters on my device. I am seeking assistance in identifying the cause of these problems and any potential solutions. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.

My son's ZTE Blade Force phone from Qlink is having constant issues with the Wifi settings and drops the internet frequently. Additionally, the phone is currently unable to make calls. This phone, purchased on 7/24/19 and received on 7/29/19, needs to be replaced urgently. Despite receiving a replacement Blade Force from Qlink previously, which displayed the same problems, the issue persists. The manufacturing date of both defective phones was identified as October 19, [redacted]. I request a replacement ZTE Blade Force phone with a different manufacturing date. Contacting the company's helpline proved unfruitful as I was unable to speak with a representative. This has been a disappointing experience with the customer service provided. For further communication, you may contact my mother, Linda Pray, at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Bert E Pray

I have a Z E T phone with Q Link that is still under warranty. It doesn't hold a charge, makes calls on its own, and sends my texts to the wrong recipients. This is my only phone and I rely on it due to my health conditions. I've been informed I need to send the phone in for repair, and if they can't fix it, they'll send a replacement. This process seems unusual for warranties. My name is Sally Chec, and I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] My address is [redacted] Poplar St, Spring City, Pa. [redacted]. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this issue. Thank you for addressing my concerns quickly.

I recently purchased a ZTE V10 phone and have the receipt from last month. Unfortunately, the screen broke when it fell on a hard floor while I was running, and it fell in water this morning. Since then, it keeps turning off and on by itself. I have attempted to dry it, but I am unsure of the next steps. Do I need to send it back to the company for repair or replacement? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'd like to share a suggestion regarding foldable phones. In [redacted], ZTE introduced a foldable phone with a different design, sparking interest in a foldable flip phone concept. The Motorola Razr v4 is the ideal design I've been seeking, though the price may be a barrier. It seems that companies sometimes overlook the appeal of unique designs, as most phones follow a standard rectangular shape. A clamshell design, like the Razr, brings a fresh appeal and nostalgia to users. If ZTE plans to develop a clamshell design to compete, they should focus on the design, processor, and affordability. Perhaps incorporating rounded corners can enhance the clamshell appearance even further. Thank you for considering this input.

I am experiencing issues with my ZTE z833 phone, as someone has potentially cloned it causing disruption in my texting ability. I have attempted to resolve the problem by turning off and on my phone, enabling Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling, but the problem persists. I have also noticed unusual behavior on websites. I believe my phone may have been hacked or cloned, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction, and I kindly request your help in investigating and providing guidance on how to address this matter effectively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently contacted your company regarding a device you produce through the VISIBLE phone carrier. I received a ZTE A3 PRIME to use with their service. After about three months of using it, the charging port and cord started getting very hot whenever I tried to charge the phone. This occurred with the original cord and other cords I used. With no alternative, I plugged the phone in and took a shower. When I returned, I smelled something burning, assuming it was the furnace. To my shock, the phone's charging port and my bed's comforter were on fire. After a $[redacted] fire insurance deductible, I am left unable to use the phone service due to VISIBLE's limited phone options. I was advised by VISIBLE to contact ZTE. I believe I should receive a replacement phone from one of you as I have faced significant losses by trying to save money using both of your products. Please respond. Thank you, Shannon.

I am experiencing issues with my ZTE Blade Vantage 2. I initially had a ZTE Blade Vantage 1 which I purchased for $19 due to a damaged box and loved it. However, it was stolen. When trying to find a replacement, I could only find the ZTE Blade Vantage 2 for $79.99. While I liked it, it didn't compare to the first one. After a few months, the phone started glitching and overheating, possibly due to my children playing with it and it being dropped. I bought a second ZTE Blade Vantage 2 for $79.99, but it got cracked after being knocked off a table. I recently bought a third one on sale for $29.99 with a $40 card. However, the new phone is also glitching and overheating. I have spent over $[redacted] on these phones, and due to job loss during the pandemic and having three children, I can't afford a different phone. I am hoping for a solution, perhaps an update, to fix these issues. It would be great if there were any leftover ZTE Blade Vantage 1 phones available. Thank you for listening to my concerns, and I am eager to resolve this situation.

I am attempting to change the password for my WiFi router, but I am unable to login to the ZTE gateway IP address. Despite resetting the router multiple times and entering all the default usernames and passwords found online for the gateway (such as admin/admin), none of them allow me to log in. Even after resetting the router, the issue persists. What should I do to resolve this?

I visited the Safelink website to retrieve the PIN number for my ZTE Z Five G phone, model Z557BL. The website gave me these instructions: - Go to the main screen and tap the "Apps" icon. - Swipe up to uncover more options. - Tap the "Settings" icon. - Swipe up again for more options. - Select "Security." - Choose "Set up SIM card lock." - Tap "Lock SIM card" and enter the default PIN, which is either [redacted] or [redacted]. Tap "OK." Once the SIM lock is activated, the slider will turn blue. I now need a PUK code to unlock my phone. I can provide my phone's information and my ID upon request. Thank you, ZTE, for the great phone. I am confident that after verification, they will provide the PUK code, and everything will be back to normal. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a question regarding a ZTE model Z559DL phone. Currently, this ZTE phone is running off a GTL model T-G-0-8-0-2 tablet battery, which lasts two to three times longer than the phone's battery. As this phone is for my son who plays games for extended periods, I am concerned if using the tablet battery instead of the phone's battery will cause any issues. Is it safe and will it damage any components like the circuit board or electrical parts of the phone? Thank you.
