For four days now, my residence at house number Ks [redacted] Chambeshi Road in Kabushi-Ndola has been without power. The power went out on Sunday around 18:00hrs. When power is restored, I am unable to access it, as the power on the DB Box is on but the meter box is completely white. Many houses in my area are affected, with some having power and others not. The pole in my yard supplies power to eight houses, including mine. It is disappointing how ZESCO is treating us citizens, making us feel like we are in the 1st century. I hope to hear from you soon as to why we are enduring such hardships here in Zambia. Thank you.

I am experiencing a recurring technical issue with my customer interface unit. Despite reporting it multiple times, the problem has not been resolved. A technician suggested replacing the unit during the last visit, but subsequent complaints were not addressed. Another technician implied the unit needs to be replaced and asked for a fee, even though it appears undamaged and responsive. I am unsure about the responsibilities of Zesco, tenants, and landlords in this situation. The unit seems to be functioning apart from loading prepaid tokens. My landlord refuses to cover the fee, arguing that I am the primary user. It's confusing as the issue seems to lie in the communication system rather than user error. I feel stuck and seek advice on how to proceed with this matter.

Good morning Zesco Limited. I am reaching out from Ngwerere near Kabanana High School to report a power outage that started on Sunday evening. Yesterday, Zesco technicians attempted to fix the transformer, but unfortunately, it blew up around 20 hours. This situation is concerning, especially with Grade 12 exams approaching for our children and the risk of food spoilage in our fridges. Urgent action is needed. Despite power briefly coming back for 6 hours on Tuesday, the issue persists. Communication with Zesco has been challenging as calls go unanswered. We urge Zesco to address this promptly by replacing the transformers and restoring electricity to our area.

I attempted to buy ZESCO recharge units using FNB online service after hours. The first transaction didn't process, but I received a message stating I had a pending purchase. I later found out the purchase went through my bank. Unfortunately, I didn't get the ZESCO recharge number. Can anybody help me find it? Thank you.
