Hello Dear,**I am long time customer for this company ,*I am writing this letter to you because, my last order was all mixed up. Before , I’ve never complained about anything . *I am really disappointed at this time.*So first thing is,*I ordered a knol eye pencil brown color *but you guys sent me a blue pencil*and second thing is,*that’s weave towel waffle set* didn’t send me in my parsel* *Also you guys sent me some replacements for * set manicure. I accepted that, that’s totally fine . *Could you please help me? *Thank you
