Hello, I've been banned from my YouTube account because "Perica Zdravkovic" reported me for using his content. However, he initially gave me permission to use his songs and remix them. Now, he has blocked my channel and is demanding [redacted] euros to restore access. None of the songs were used for profit. I have explained that I cannot afford this amount and that I had permission, but he insists otherwise. Can someone please assist me in retrieving my videos or restoring my account? I attempted to purchase and use YouTube TV in November [redacted] but found it didn't meet our needs. After closing the account and requesting to cancel the subscription, we have been continuously billed $69 monthly despite not using the service. We have contacted Google Support, PayPal, and our bank, Chase, but each directed us to the other with no resolution. We are struggling financially and cannot afford these charges, especially as we have not utilized the service. The account is linked to my wife's email, [redacted] Urgently seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

There was a live stream broadcasted on Wysiwyg TV yesterday that was removed citing "medical misinformation." I strongly disagree with this decision as the content shared was genuine and not misleading. It featured real stories and experiences. I am disappointed in Wysiwyg TV's actions and their role as a media platform. I am relieved that I am not a paying subscriber. It is frustrating how big tech companies contribute to societal divisions. I demand for the video to be reinstated and allowed to reach a wider audience. Americans are observing your actions, and if you continue to disregard the truth, there will be consequences. Remember, as media, you are accountable to the public.

I'm concerned about the recent removal of the WYSIWYG account due to "medical misinformation." The People's Convoy information shared there was backed by scientific facts. I am Reverend Edzer Ledain from New Beginning Baptist Fellowship Church in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. About two years ago, my niece helped me create a YouTube account where I share weekly sermons with my congregation. Unfortunately, our volunteer, who had access to the account, got logged out on Saturday, March 5th, and now we are unable to log back in because we don't have the login information or password. This email is now managed by new administrators as a courtesy to maintain my channel (before I became famous as Mike D). Today, I was trying to locate a Japanese video with a title that is a mix of Japanese and English, but despite my efforts throughout the day, I couldn't find it. It's frustrating because I used to be able to find it before, but now I only come across a few unrelated Japanese videos. This problem occurs from time to time, making it challenging for me to locate the videos I need even with the use of keywords. I terminated my account a few months back, and the company issued me a $[redacted] credit, which I paid in advance. Subsequently, I noticed multiple charges on my credit card despite not using the service. I believe this is due to the service not being disconnected from my TV. I received an email from YouTube on either February 16th or 17th at around 3 am, claiming that I repeatedly violated their rules with severe offenses. I'm completely clueless about what they are referring to, as the only content on my channel includes videos of my two eldest sons from years ago and a large hermit crab from a beach trip. Despite being shown a video on Scams, Spam, and Deceit by YouTube, it didn't specify my wrongdoing. My 20-year-old son has used my laptop frequently, and I always remind him to avoid risky content that could harm the laptop or compromise my privacy. When I shared my YouTube issue with him, he expressed regret but didn't offer any assistance. I'm left wondering if his actions led to the ban, which has left me feeling distressed...to think that my son could have acted more responsibly.

I recently purchased a YouTube family plan and successfully invited my family members via email. Both invitations were accepted by my mother, with emails sent to [redacted] and [redacted] Despite the acceptance, an error message stating "invitation not valid" continues to appear. We share the cost of the subscription, and she's unable to access YouTube Premium. I sometimes use a VPN, which may have caused issues. I want to clarify that I did not engage in any invalid clicks. I submitted an appeal but have not yet received a response. My channel, "Gain Money and Tricks," receives traffic from various sources such as YouTube search, Google, Bing, and social networks like Facebook, Reddit, Vk, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr. I believe the closure may have been a result of my use of multiple devices and my wife inadvertently clicking on my videos to support me. We both apologize for any unintentional mistakes. Going forward, I will strictly adhere to AdSense guidelines and ensure all activities are valid. I am committed to preventing any future invalid click activity. We already had a subscription to YouTube TV. We needed to cancel our credit card that was used for payment. I updated the payment method before the monthly fee was due, or so I thought. However, when the payment was due, our new credit card information was not on file, causing the subscription to stop. After receiving a message prompting us to update the payment method, we unintentionally signed up for another subscription. This was confusing since my husband and I have separate Google accounts. Upon realizing we were being charged for two subscriptions, I canceled the one listed under my name, Gerri L., and kept the subscription under Dale L. I would like to request a refund for the duplicate charge on my account. We understand it was a mistake and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I oversee my company's YouTube channel via my work Google account and previous email - [redacted] When our company was sold by Gannett, my old email became inactive. I intended to update the email associated with the account to my current one (clippermagazine), but overlooked changing it on YouTube where I was the sole admin. After deleting my old Google account, I promptly realized the error, recovered the account within hours, but found I could not regain access to the YouTube channel. Despite contacting YouTube for assistance and receiving no reply, I still lack control over the channel. My preference is to either reattach the channel to my current email or have it deleted to start anew.

I recently bought the HD version of Westworld's season 3 on YouTube and later discovered that I could only watch it in 480p. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund because I had already watched some of the content. I stream from a Windows 10 browser and don't have access to Safari, which seems to be the only browser that supports HD streaming. This revelation came after I had already started watching, so there was no way to prevent it. YouTube needs to inform customers about these technical limitations before charging extra for HD content. I'm disappointed that getting support requires going through a third-party website instead of directly on their platform, as indicated by my unsuccessful search in the Help Center. I believe there should be more straightforward ways for customers to resolve such issues independently on YouTube's site. I am requesting a refund.

Hello, I have removed all my previous videos that were flagged for reused content. I've now shifted my content to reaction videos and edits. Some have been labeled as "Sexually gratifying content" and nudity, but none of my videos feature nudity or sexual content. I'm willing to accept age restrictions if needed. I have put a lot of effort into changing my content. I've applied for monetization multiple times, but my content is now vastly different. The algorithm restricts inappropriate content, which I understand. I've already deleted the flagged videos. Please reconsider monetizing my channel, "JHS just having fun," linked to this email address. I appreciate your time and consideration. I am experiencing a billing issue with my YouTube Premium subscription. I have been charged twice a month, on the 7th and 18th. Despite attempting to cancel, I'd like to keep the subscription if this problem can be fixed. The charges appear on my bank statement as L340 DATE 02-07 GOOGLE *YouTubePreg co/helppay. The root of the problem seems to be an old canceled subscription that might still be active in addition to my current one. There is also a chance that my new phone is being counted as a separate device from my old one. Removing any outdated devices could potentially resolve the double billing, but I am unsure how to do this. If all else fails, I may have to ask my bank to block any further YouTube Premium charges, which I hope to avoid.

I encountered an issue with my Samsung phone related to accessing my YouTube channels. I attempted to switch to another account but encountered errors where account logos were missing and I lost access to my main channel. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I still cannot access any channels. The error message I receive when trying to sign in is cut off, preventing me from understanding the problem. When I attempt to add an account, it tells me my email is already on the device. Even though the app is up to date, I am unable to sign in successfully.
