Hello, on YouTube, I created two channels a year ago: 1. "peniel ngonde-croatia" 2. "faulk600-croatia" I don't remember the email for the first one, but for the second one, the email is [redacted] Unfortunately, I don't know the password. Could you kindly assist me in deleting these two YouTube channels? I genuinely want them removed as I am unable to access them. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro while keeping my same phone number. Ever since the switch, my YouTube Premium subscription isn't functioning. I've been frustrated for a month, attempting to resolve this by calling various numbers, but to no success. I'm wary about providing financial details over the phone. I would appreciate a direct phone line to contact YouTube Premium's customer service and speak with a real person who can assist me with this matter.

Dear Youtube Team, I want to share my thoughts on the recent dislike update. The dislike count change seems like a form of censorship, limiting viewer interaction and making it hard to assess video quality or accuracy quickly. This change might lead to more viewing time, higher ad revenue, and benefits to larger companies. It appears to favor a minority of creators over the majority. I urge you to rethink this decision and bring back the dislike counter for everyone to see. Thank you.

I attempted to sign up for a free trial of YouTube Premium. After being informed that I was ineligible due to a previous trial, I decided to not proceed. Despite this, I was charged a monthly fee, which led to issues with my rent payment bouncing. Additionally, the service I was charged for did not function as advertised - specifically, the feature allowing me to listen to music while using other websites did not work as expected.

I've been experiencing difficulties downloading YouTube videos for the past few weeks. I've followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps online and checked my iPhone settings, but still haven't been able to resolve the issue. I have a paid account and previously had no problems downloading videos. However, despite my account being active, I am currently unable to download any videos. I have been experiencing frequent issues with my YouTube Premium account on my Android cell phone for the past week. The app freezes and closes within 15-30 seconds, making it nearly impossible to watch a full video. Despite sending multiple reports, the problem persists, leaving me unable to utilize the service I pay for monthly. I have never encountered this problem before, and as I do not have access to a computer, resolving this issue on my phone is crucial. Around 15 to 16 years ago, I created a YouTube account to share videos of my daughter singing. Back then, Google, YouTube, and Facebook were not as interconnected as they are now. Currently, I use a regular YouTube account that logs me in through Google/Facebook automatically. I am looking to retrieve access to the old account but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with it.

Last month, I signed up for a YouTube Premium trial and created a family group. When my trial ended on November 30th, I received a prompt to purchase the premium subscription. I chose the 3-month subscription for Rs. [redacted], hoping my two relatives would benefit as well. However, I was only given an individual membership. I now need to upgrade to a family plan but am unable to do so by myself. My brother is also unable to set up the family group and upgrade due to my current membership. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I cancelled my account back in August. Despite being charged for October, I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and received a refund. However, I have now been charged $[redacted] again. I do not use the service anymore and do not have an active account unless I were to recreate one, which I do not intend to. I’d appreciate being reimbursed for this charge and ensuring that I am not billed again in the future.

I created my account a while back using a Hotmail address. There is only one video on it, which I find embarrassing and I want to remove. I remember the email address and password, but due to changing homes and getting a new computer, the system doesn't recognize my device anymore. It's requesting verification with a phone number that belonged to my mother, which she no longer has. I have no idea what the number is now. Without access to this phone, I can't retrieve the verification code and get into my account. My full legal name is associated with the account, and I can prove the content belongs to me. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I forgot to cancel my membership before the free trial ended, and YouTube charged my debit card. I couldn't get online until 1:00 a.m. on December 8th, so I canceled immediately. I never used the service and would have canceled earlier if I had internet access. I'm seeking a refund for the $10.98 charge for the membership I haven't used and will not use for the month. I need a refund for $10.98.

Last June, I signed up for YouTube TV's 30-day free trial. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties accessing the YouTube app on my smart TV and was unable to receive support via the provided phone number or online resources. Consequently, I missed out on using the service during the trial period. When the trial ended, I expected to receive communication regarding payment confirmation, but I did not. Subsequently, I was charged $65 for the service. I contacted my Visa card company, submitted the required documentation, and they issued a refund, believing the issue resolved. However, I later discovered that I had been billed monthly without my knowledge. Visa now advises me to seek a refund directly from YouTube. Hello Dear Youtube Team. I am unable to access my Youtube account, and my channel has been disabled. I have never used any spam or fraudulent content on my account. Disabling my channel has both saddened and surprised me. I have never received any warnings before. If I had known that my videos would cause this, I would not have made such content. You could have warned me. I kindly request a reevaluation of my account and for it to be reactivated. Instead of closing my channel, you can delete all the videos. I swear I will not share any more videos. Respectfully to the entire Youtube Team...

There's a YouTube channel called "Rosh Wynn" that has been posting videos selling items for 4 years. Unfortunately, upon contacting the channel, users have reported being scammed and blocked. Expressing concerns to YouTube has yielded little hope of resolution. It's alarming how easily fraud can occur on the platform. Despite reports and videos from other users detailing similar experiences, YouTube seems to have overlooked this issue for years. The lack of action is frustrating, and at the very least, terminating the account would be a step in the right direction. It's essential for YouTube to address these scams and provide a safer environment for users.

For approximately four years, there has been a YouTube channel named "Rosh Wynn" that has been promoting the sale of various items. Upon reaching out to the channel, individuals have reported instances of their money being taken and subsequently being blocked. Despite numerous attempts to bring this to the attention of YouTube, no action has been taken. The ease with which this fraudulent activity has been carried out on the platform is alarming. The channel would post videos enticing viewers, only to remove them shortly after to avoid detection. Despite existing policies against scams on YouTube, the lack of response to these reports over the years is disheartening. Several users have shared their own unfortunate encounters with Rosh Wynn on the platform. It is crucial that YouTube addresses this issue promptly, potentially by disabling Rosh Wynn's account. The community expects at least a thorough investigation and acknowledgement from YouTube at the very least!

On December 8, [redacted], I submitted a Copyright Dispute for the music content in my video titled "Air Venturi Avenger .25 Cal - Farmyard Pest Control 5" on my YouTube Channel "Arizona Airgun Hunter." Despite receiving an email from the YouTube Team at 1:17 pm on the same day stating that the copyright claim was released, the claim still appears in YouTube Studio. I am seeking clarification on whether the dispute has been fully resolved as mentioned in the email. If it has been resolved as indicated, I kindly request the removal of the Copyright claim from my video. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, My name is Zeke Benn. I created a YouTube account on 01/16/[redacted] under the name YouTube.com/TeflonDonDyce. My original Facebook account, Facebook.com/DarlingtonRaceway, was also linked to this YouTube account. Despite it being 9 or 10 years since I last accessed it, I now wish to recover some of the old content from this account.
