Since approximately 4 months ago, a monthly charge of $10.74 has been deducted from my bank account on the 26th of each month. I am unaware of having a YouTube account, so I am unsure as to why this deduction is occurring. I once clicked on an ad to remove commercials while watching music videos, with the promise of 2 weeks ad-free viewing before being charged. However, the commercials continued, and I was unable to find a way to contact YouTube to address the issue. I am requesting a refund for all the monthly charges deducted from my account and seek an explanation for the sudden billing. I have not received any billing statements or emails from YouTube. I am in need of assistance as my computer proficiency is limited, and due to my disability, I cannot afford these unauthorized charges. Thank you.

I have been harassed and threatened online for the past year by a man who is now attempting to make physical contact. I am terrified and seeking help to change my YouTube URL. I have changed my name on my YouTube account, but I believe he has copied my URL and can still find me. Any new URL with different letters and numbers would be greatly appreciated. I am not picky about the specifics, just concerned for my safety. I have already involved the local authorities and would appreciate any assistance. My YouTube Channel was previously under the name Olivia Jo Wagner, which I have changed to Autumn Lane today, 5/12/[redacted]. Thank you for your help in advance.

I have noticed a disturbing trend on YouTube where comments and replies by Black viewers are being deleted while White supremacists are allowed to freely spread their racist messages. Despite reporting these instances and trying to respond in a civil manner, my comments were consistently removed. I have documented these actions and decided to reach out to the ACLU. It is unacceptable that YouTube enables the propagation of anti-Black racism and white supremacy on its platform. Many Black viewers, including myself, are fed up with this mistreatment and censorship. YouTube's actions not only silence us but also protect and embolden those who perpetuate hate speech. I have resolved to escalate this matter by seeking media attention and exposing YouTube's discriminatory practices. I believe that raising awareness about this issue is crucial, and I am prepared to advocate for change. I urge others to stand with me in challenging YouTube's dangerous tolerance of racism. Let's make our voices heard and demand accountability from YouTube and Google. Thank you, and I hope to regain the ability to engage in discussions on the platform soon.

Our YouTube channel was suddenly closed, despite the policies stating a warning should be given before any strikes. We received a warning email after the closure, which should have been the initial communication according to the rules. The closure was due to an alleged violation of sexuality policies, which we dispute. We request assistance in reopening our channel, as our previous appeals have been consistently denied. We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to help address this situation regarding our Gacha Life TikTok compilation channel with over [redacted],[redacted] followers.

Subject: Assistance with VEVO Account To Whom It May Concern, I am seeking technical support for our team. We encountered issues when trying to edit the about info for one of our artist's music videos on YouTube via VEVO. Unfortunately, we are unable to log in to VEVO at this time. Despite attempting to work with our distributor to gain access to edit the video content, we have not been successful in the past few days. Respected Sir/Madam, I appreciate your message. I kindly request YouTube not to charge any fees for Google ads after uploading videos. I have uploaded numerous videos, some with over a hundred views, yet I have not received any support from YouTube. Ads are not displayed on my videos, and as a result, despite my efforts, I have not benefitted from YouTube as expected. This has left me feeling discouraged and disheartened. While some YouTubers profit greatly from fake videos without additional ad charges, I humbly ask YouTube to provide me with the same opportunities and benefits that others receive. I am visually impaired and unsure how I became a member of this service. I own a Sony Blu-ray player and TV. When I access subscriptions/memberships on my laptop, it shows that I have none except for a $2.99 movie rental from 8 years ago. My Sony device prompts me to sign in and activate an account, but I don't have the credentials as I didn't create the account. After trying a different method, I was given a 9-letter code to enter on youtube.com/activate, but I don't want to activate it. My main concern is getting a refund of over $[redacted] that keeps being charged to my inactive credit card. I want to put a stop to this unauthorized billing and cancel my membership. Communication attempts via mail have been fruitless, and due to my limited vision, I unknowingly must have engaged with something that led to this situation. Any suggestions on how to reach out to them would be appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with loading youtube videos. Despite everything else functioning correctly on both youtube and my computer, the videos do not load properly. When attempting to play a video, I am met with a black screen or only a few seconds of playback before it turns black or white. This problem persists across multiple accounts, ruling out it as an account-specific issue. Additionally, I have ensured that my Google Chrome browser is updated. At present, even the youtube homepage fails to load properly, appearing as a blank white page. Any advice on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the accusation of "encouraging illegal activity," which we have never done, it seems like there might have been a misunderstanding. We strive to abide by YouTube's guidelines diligently and have not received any warnings or strikes since I began posting videos on my channel days ago. We have consistently advocated against illicit methods and deceitful tactics. We are perplexed about what could have triggered this issue. One possibility is that our use of terms like "Productivity Hacks" or "Mindset Hacks" in videos may have been misunderstood. These videos focus on self-improvement and are unrelated to any illegal activities. It's also possible that we are being targeted by competitors who are falsely reporting our content in an attempt to harm us. We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received an email informing me that my YouTube account was deleted due to a violation of the Community Guidelines. Despite not engaging in any content creation or commenting, my account, which I've had for years, was removed without any warning or explanation of the alleged violation. Unfortunately, I am unable to appeal this decision since my account has already been deleted, leaving me without access to my URL. I would greatly appreciate it if my account could be reinstated. Hello! I have a concern when uploading videos on YouTube. Despite deleting them from my photos, each 25-minute video upload takes up about 2 gigabytes of storage. As a frequent uploader, I'm puzzled and would appreciate your insights on this storage issue. Another problem arises when I upload YouTube shorts as they always get age-restricted. I rented the movie "Wrath of Man" on May 30th through pay-per-view, and I encountered multiple issues. The movie stuttered, buffered, and ultimately took over 6 hours to watch. Despite paying $20, I was unable to enjoy it properly as it kept starting, stopping, and buffering. The message "YouTube has stopped" even appeared on the TV. I attempted to request a refund, but the system denied my eligibility, claiming I had watched the movie. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. For $20 in UHD, the viewing quality should have been flawless. I missed out on half of the movie due to these technical problems. If this is the standard of movie broadcasts, I may have to return to cable's pay-per-view services. I am very disappointed and irritated by this situation. - AF

I go by the name Melted Cheese on YouTube. I create compilations of adult cartoons and recently gained some views. Sadly, my video titled "Big Mouth - Best of Lola Skumpy (Seasons 1-2)" was removed for nudity, although I ensured to censor it properly. Another creator, Charlie Mars, posted a similar video that included nudity and copyrighted material, which is still up with just an age restriction. This situation has caused me to lose views and I feel it's unfair, especially since Charlie Mars essentially copied my idea. Despite appealing the strike, my video remains down. I am hopeful that after reviewing both videos, mine can be reinstated as it was instrumental in the growth of my channel.

Hello, My name is Nicolas Chahoud. I contacted the YouTube Help Center and spoke to a service representative and their manager about ten days ago. The issue was that one of my playlists on YouTube vanished when I deleted its duplicate. After about an hour of trying to resolve the issue, the manager told me that it is going to take 48 hours to resolve the problem (he did not explain the reason for the delay when I asked). The manager assured me that my playlist will be completely restored and then asked me a personal and irrelevant question: "Sir, did you have breakfast today?" which I found unprofessional. I never heard back from them despite logging multiple inquiries. One service specialist promised to call me back in a minute but never did. Other times, I was directed to a paid chat option, which was frustrating. I am disappointed as I had no issues with the YouTube Help Desk before. Who should I speak to in order to resolve this problem? Why is it so difficult to reach a real person? I was informed that the office was understaffed or that I would have to wait at least an hour to speak to someone. What a shame! Warm regards, Nicolas Chahoud

In November, I came across an advertisement on your platform for a dragon incense holder by a company named Incense Falls. Familiar with purchasing from your platform, I decided to order it as a Christmas gift for my mom. Unfortunately, I never received the item, and the company's emails are no longer functional, leading me to believe it's a scam. The issue is that the advertisement, which I found on your platform, led me to this fraudulent purchase. I feel a sense of responsibility falls on your platform for allowing this scam to be advertised. I am unsure of the next steps to take but feel that someone should be accountable for this situation, and I hope to be reimbursed for the lost funds.

I have filed two copyright takedown requests on YouTube, one on April 22nd and another on May 22nd, but unfortunately, my complaints have been disregarded. Despite providing evidence of my ownership, YouTube has not taken any action against the infringing videos, which continue to be monetized without my consent.

One of my family members is a probation officer facing harassment from a client who posted a video on YouTube featuring her face from 7 years ago. Despite a restraining order, the harassment continues. Unfortunately, she cannot delete the video as the email associated with the account is inaccessible. Recently, my YouTube account was hacked, and videos about hacking were posted without my consent. Despite deleting the videos, changing my password, and enabling two-step verification, my channel was ultimately suspended. I reached out to YouTube for help, but they informed me that my account would remain suspended. I am at a loss for what to do next, as I have explained the situation to them and simply wish to regain access to my account, even if I am unable to upload content in the future.
