I have uploaded over [redacted] logo animation videos on my YouTube channel to showcase my freelancing work. On my website, I included a link to my YouTube channel's VIDEOS PAGE, but only 54 videos are visible there out of the [redacted] public videos I have. You can view all the videos by accessing my YouTube playlist through the link provided. Despite having all [redacted] videos set as public, only half are appearing on the channel's videos tab for new visitors. I have reached out to YouTube creators, and their suggestion was to verify the videos' privacy settings. Rest assured, all my videos are set to PUBLIC. I would appreciate any advice on how to ensure that all my videos are visible to new visitors on my channel's videos tab. Thank you for your help.

While in college, I used my university-provided email to create my YouTube account. However, since graduating in July/August [redacted], I no longer have access to that email address. When I try to sign in to YouTube, it redirects me to my old university's login page. I'm looking for a way to stop this redirection so I can either create a new account or retrieve my old account details.

YouTube, I am frustrated with the recent censorship. Over the past week, some of my favorite channels like HighImpactVLOGS, HighImpactFlix, and The Last American Vagabond have received strikes or have been completely deleted. The Last American Vagabond faced a strike during a live stream today, citing impersonation as the reason, which seems unfounded. This is not an isolated incident as TLAV has faced similar issues before. I urge YouTube to review the live stream dated 08/28/20 on The Last American Vagabond channel and provide a valid explanation for the strike or rectify the error. Continuously censoring content creators may result in viewers seeking alternative platforms that value freedom of speech and allow users to discern what is relevant or not.

I am S.S., and I am looking for assistance with my YouTube Premium subscription. Despite making a payment of Rs.[redacted].00 for a monthly extension yesterday at 11:21 PM, transaction #[redacted]19 on August 28, [redacted], my subscription has not yet been extended. In late February [redacted], my YouTube channel was unexpectedly terminated. No email or explanation was provided about the termination. Despite my efforts to appeal through various channels, including the help forum, phone number, and Twitter, I have not received a clear response or reason for the termination. My appeals have only resulted in automated messages. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and transparency regarding this issue. My channel, named Rubad Ubdub, was dedicated to harmless edits and gaming content. It is disheartening to have lost all my progress without justification. Hello, I have a channel I created 8-10 years ago, but I haven't accessed it in 1 year. I posted a new video recently. I now have a new computer and can't remember the login information for the account. I'm unable to figure out the email I used for that account, which is preventing me from signing in. When I log into [redacted], the channel appears empty, despite using the same name and avatar. I suspect I might have created another account with similar details. I want to access this account to remove a video with my picture and post new content. I have the original files as proof. I am finding it challenging to comprehend the new individual providing information on "BLACK" artists' history. Her accent is quite thick, and I believe those of us who have been present since these artists were producing hits should be the ones narrating the history. The new person seems to have a blend of British, Indian, and various other accents, making it difficult to comprehend her. I am open to taking on this role as I believe people would understand me better. My intention is not to offend but to highlight these observations. In a recent gathering with over 50 individuals, we had to replay her audio more than 12 times without success. We strongly advocate for Black individuals to share the stories and history of Black artists, as it seems more fitting and logical. Weren't Black artists like Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, and the Supremes making hits in the USA? It would be more meaningful for us to narrate our own history. Thank you.

I recently logged into my YouTube account on my TV and noticed that all my preferences have been replaced with unfamiliar content. I am 73 years old, do not own a cellphone, and am struggling to navigate this issue. Despite attempting to sign in multiple times and also trying on my laptop, nothing has corrected the problem. I am feeling overwhelmed and emotional as I can't restore my beloved songs and shows. I have spent over 2 hours trying to fix this. I was charged $39.95 on 8/29/20 for YouTube Music, which I did not knowingly subscribe to or use. I did not sign up for a trial either. Due to limited phone data, this service is not useful to me. I would like a refund and a cancellation without auto-renewal. The subscription does not appear on my account, so it seems to be a billing error that needs correction. I currently have a "no ads" subscription under a different email. How can I transfer this subscription to my phone for YouTube video viewing when I have some data to spare? Thank you.

Hello, I sought assistance via live chat over a fortnight ago regarding a double charge situation with my YOUTUBE TV account. After a promise was made to investigate and follow up with me, I have yet to receive any communication. I have noted recurrent billings on the 5th and 19th of every month. Your representative diligently checked all our email accounts to verify potential double billing from signing up under two accounts, yet no evidence was found. Despite being informed of single monthly billing, I can present a screen capture showing withdrawals occurring on two distinct dates monthly. To prevent ongoing charges, I have halted payments. Nevertheless, my preference is clear - I intend to pay once a month. Despite submitting refund forms, no reply has been received to date. Uncertain if my current subscription renews tomorrow or on the 19th.

I received an email notification about an active free trial for YouTube Premium Music, but I did not sign up for it. When I tried to cancel the subscription, I couldn't find the option to cancel, only to renew. Despite my efforts, the links led me to the Subscriptions page but didn't provide a cancellation option. Shortly after, I was notified that I am now subscribed to YouTube Premium Music without my consent. This unauthorized enrollment and lack of cancellation options are concerning. It seems like others have faced similar fraudulent charges and difficulties canceling unsolicited subscriptions. I want this transaction reversed since I did not authorize or subscribe to YouTube Premium Music. It's unfair to treat customers this way, especially considering the size and reputation of Google/YouTube.

I signed up for a YouTube Music Premium free trial on 8/26/[redacted]. Once the trial ended, I started getting charged $9.99 per month. I canceled the service in October [redacted], and my account status now shows "Expired 10/24/[redacted]." Despite this, the charges continued on my American Express statement. I tried contacting Google at [redacted] numerous times without success. American Express helped me dispute the charges, and I got refunded each month until April [redacted]. In August, Google YouTube Premium Music responded to the dispute and resumed charging me $9.99 monthly from April to August. I was advised by Google via American Express to cancel the subscription, but I can't do so since my account still shows as "Expired Oct 24, [redacted]." I want these charges to stop, and I am seeking a refund of $49.95 for the months of April to August [redacted], which weren't refunded by American Express.

I signed up for a YouTube Music Premium free trial on 8/24/[redacted]. Despite cancelling the service in Oct [redacted], I have been continuously charged $9.99 per month on my American Express Account. The charges were disputed and refunded by American Express until April [redacted]. However, Google YouTube Premium Music recently responded to the dispute and resumed charging me in April, May, June, July, and August. I was told to cancel my subscription, but my account still shows it as "Expired Oct 24, [redacted]." I am unable to cancel it on my own. I am looking to stop these monthly charges and receive a refund of $49.95 for the months of April through August [redacted].

I am in distress due to a user named Charles William Dayhoff, also known as "Tong Tosser," "Zippy Cash," and "Elbo Returns," who has made repeated threats toward me. Even after I report his comments on YT, they are only hidden from my view, allowing him to continue his harassment. This method of handling the situation is ineffective as it leaves me vulnerable. Mr. Dayhoff has a history of violence in Connecticut and has explicitly threatened to come after me. I am seeking assistance in this alarming situation.

I recently encountered a pop-up request to sign in to my account and was given two options: to delete my Gmail address from the device or create a new account. I am hesitant to alter my Gmail address, "[redacted]," as it is linked to many established contacts. Having initially used an AOL email address, I transitioned to Gmail years ago during a phone upgrade and have found it satisfactory. As an 83-year-old land surveyor, adjusting to this digital age is challenging, and making changes is not easy for me. I have recently noticed that my account has been flagged for copyright infringement. Despite reaching out to the individuals who posted the videos, they are unable to remove them. I was advised to contact you to assist in deleting the videos from my account. I assure you that I will refrain from posting any videos in the future and I am willing to delete all existing ones. My main goal is to preserve my memories, not gain subscribers. I sincerely apologize for unintentionally violating copyright laws. I kindly request the removal of the flagged videos and I vow to prevent this from happening again. I informed the uploader that I did not want to be part of the livestream because it would reveal my online identity, and I felt uncomfortable appearing on camera. However, before starting the livestream, he and his friends proceeded to use racial slurs, commented on my sexuality and personal life inappropriately, and even made disturbing comments about me and my boyfriend. Later, I discovered that he was streaming and begged him to stop, but he disregarded my plea, laughed at me, turned the video into private mode, blocked me on PlayStation, and then reuploaded it on his channel. I kindly request for the video to be removed as I am facing harassment from his friends. My online identity is exposed multiple times in the video, which has caused me great embarrassment. The uploader, who is also underage, has threatened to disclose my personal information if I seek further assistance. I urge for the video to be taken down and for his channel to be banned from reposting any content featuring me, given the distressing behavior of him and his friends towards me.

This is my third phone upgrade, and each time I face issues with my Verizon billing method not being accepted by YouTube. Verizon charged me for YouTube Premium, but the payment was marked closed, resulting in the membership being paused and the charge removed. Verizon advised me to contact YouTube for resolution. It's frustrating that this occurs with every phone upgrade. I cannot delete my only payment method without canceling the membership. Currently, it costs $9.99 per month or $10.68 with tax, but canceling would increase the price to $11.99 per month or $12.81 with tax. I can't recall how this was resolved previously without the price hike. I seek urgent assistance to address this issue promptly. Thank you for reading my concerns.
