Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my adult daughter who is facing kidney failure and relies on dialysis. To offer support and share her journey, she created a YouTube channel that initially focused on coping with dialysis while maintaining a positive young adult lifestyle. The channel gained popularity and brought her immense joy and motivation. Over time, she diversified her content to include aspects of her personal life beyond kidney failure, like her favorite foods and everyday experiences. Unfortunately, her channel was unexpectedly terminated twice, the latest termination occurring even after incorporating her entire family, including her siblings and grandpa, into the content. Despite reaching 1,[redacted] subscribers in a short time, this account was also removed. This has been devastating as YouTube was a source of happiness and connection for her, especially during the wait for a kidney transplant. I have noticed similar channels on YouTube that feature comparable content without facing termination. I am seeking guidance on how she can address this issue and have her channels reinstated so she can continue sharing her story and finding solace in her community. Hello, my name is Saran from Chennai. I am facing a serious issue where someone has uploaded a video of me without my consent. It all started as a fun video call on WhatsApp, but things took a turn for the worse when the individuals I was chatting with threatened to upload the video to YouTube if I didn't pay them. Despite my plea for them to delete it, they went ahead and posted it online along with screenshots. I feel helpless as I believe it could have serious consequences if my family, friends, or anyone else sees it. I desperately need help to remove this video from YouTube. I have some information about the person who uploaded it, which includes their name, fake name, mobile number, the date, and time of the upload. Hello, I am Saran from Chennai. I am facing a serious issue where someone uploaded a video of me without my consent. The video originated from a fun video call on WhatsApp that took a troubling turn. I was coerced into a live video chat, unbeknownst to me that scammers were recording the interaction. Subsequently, they demanded money, threatening to upload the video on YouTube if I did not comply. Despite my pleas, they proceeded to post the video online and shared a screenshot as proof. I have been frantically searching for the video to report it for the past three days. It is imperative that the video is found and deleted promptly as it is causing distress not only to me but to others as well. The individual responsible goes by the name Sandeep or with the fake name Mamta Kumari. The incident occurred on August 8th, [redacted], between 10:45 pm to 11:10 pm in Rajasthan, India. I do not have their email address but have provided all the pertinent details for your investigation. Hello, I recently received an email stating that my YouTube account was blocked, which I believe was a mistake as I always follow the rules. I mainly use YouTube to watch videos and have a few private uploads that also comply with the guidelines. I appealed the decision, but it was rejected, possibly due to insufficient details. Subsequent appeals were also quickly dismissed. I have a Premium subscription for YouTube and Play Music, but now I can't access YouTube Music, and Play Music is closing soon, making my premium subscription unnecessary. Dear Sir, I am a businessman by the name of Praveen Srivastava from Gorakhpur, UP. Another individual named Praveen Singh provided funds for my business, but only returned approximately 50%, leaving 6 lacs INR remaining. He then associated with a Lucknow-based YouTube channel operator named Vikas Singh. This channel falsely accused me of absconding with 70 cr in a video posted on August 5th, [redacted], under the channel name "Aaj Ka Safar." The false allegations are causing distress to me and my family, with some antisocial elements demanding money. I kindly request the immediate removal of the video from Vikas Singh's channel or to escalate this matter to the YouTube head office. Your prompt action on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I received a notification from YouTube that my music video was flagged for copyright infringement due to a music clearance issue. The artist featured in the video has original vocal content on the instrumental track, which was cleared as I have the original song and instrumental without vocals. The claim was made by Producer RPM Productions, resulting in the removal of the video from my channel, Danny Da Doughboy TV. I obtained permission from the artist, Outlaw [redacted], to share his work on my channel. The video is for the song "Won't Fold Won't Back Down." I am seeking assistance to have the video reuploaded with its original views, comments, likes, and subscribers. I experienced a loss of 45 subscribers due to this issue. My account was suspended without any explanation. I think it was a mistake because I used the account for old content that was unlisted, to access my YouTube Premium account, and recently for work to test some live streaming hardware, which was also unlisted. I have tried contacting YouTube support forums, Twitter, and the appeals link, but I have not received any assistance. I am certain this was an error. The channels are still active, but I am unable to access my account with my email. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. It has been over 2 weeks, and the support team has not been able to help.

I have noticed that YouTube has demonetized my channel due to what they claim is a "significant portion" of reused content. Out of a total of [redacted] videos, only 22 are public domain movies that I have added with technical corrections and trivia. These movies constitute just 2.46% of my channel. Despite adding educational value through trivia as per YouTube guidelines, my channel has been flagged. I have attempted to seek clarification through various channels but have not received any explanation. The guidelines on reused content seem vague, particularly regarding what constitutes "significant" original commentary or educational value. By transforming the public domain movies with trivia, I believe I have added a meaningful difference as allowed by YouTube policies. Hello, I'm reaching out about my YouTube Live TV subscription. I signed up for the free trial in September of last year and continued to use and pay for the service in October [redacted]. I initially subscribed to see if my visiting mother-in-law would enjoy this way of watching TV. However, I ended my subscription after the month was paid as it didn't fit our family's lifestyle. On October 30, my mother-in-law was denied access due to the expired subscription. Recently, my credit card company alerted me that the subscription was reactivated without my request, and I have been charged from that point onwards, even though the account hasn't been used. I would like a refund for the charges incurred after the first month that I requested and paid for. I appreciate your assistance and hope to use the service in the future to replace cable, but I do hope for improved customer service in the future.

Despite my attempts to contact support, I received an email citing Community Guidelines and Terms of Service violations for the suspension. I believe this is a mistake, as in a previous instance, support helped me restore my channel in a similar situation. Recently, I received a suspicious email demanding bitcoin for allegedly hacking my channel and email. However, after investigating, I found no evidence to support their claim and disregarded the email. Unfortunately, after some time, my channel was still suspended unexpectedly. Despite my repeated efforts to contact support, I received the same response each time, leading me to feel disheartened. After watching videos on YouTube about similar issues, I am reaching out to you with renewed hope. To Whom It May Concern, I encountered an issue with my monetization being disabled two months ago due to an error. However, I have noticed that over the past two months, the watch time displayed on my monetization page has been decreasing by approximately 50 hours daily. Despite my daily attempts to reach out to YouTube's support team via the Feedback button, I have not received any responses. It is frustrating to witness my watch time diminishing significantly each day without explanation or resolution. I have been actively creating and uploading YouTube videos, which has led to a considerable increase in watch time according to the YouTube Studio analytics page. Nevertheless, the watch time reflected on the monetization page does not align with the analytics and continues to decrease. Shortly after surpassing the [redacted]-hour threshold required for monetization, my watch time abruptly dropped again, hindering my reapplication for monetization. The watch time inconsistencies are concerning as I have gone from [redacted] hours to [redacted] hours, losing over [redacted] hours in total. I urge prompt attention to this matter as it is detrimental to my channel's progress. Hello Customer Support Team at YouTube, I hope you are all well. I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to post comments on any videos. I believe it might be a mistake by the spam filter. I typically post professionally and provide detailed comments with evidence. However, when I tried to comment on a friend's channel, my comment did not show up, even after checking for spam. I have previously used the Lenny face/emoji in streams but I am unsure if that would trigger any flags. Despite trying different browsers, clearing cache, and changing devices and networks, I still cannot post comments. My comments are usually related to Roblox developers, and even when I commented on a CBS video about Roblox "condo games," it did not appear. I am disappointed as I enjoy engaging with YouTube videos and had to reach out to a YouTuber via Twitter due to this issue. I apologize if I inadvertently offended someone. A persistent hacker has been compromising my subscription account on YouTube TV. Every time I try to access one of my subscribed channels, a message pops up on my Android device asking to verify my location and making reference to Philadelphia, PA, channels that I haven't subscribed to. This message is suspicious to me because I've never encountered any issues accessing channels like NBC Sports Boston since setting up my original location. I suspect this hacker, possibly linked to the government, is manipulating my zip code. My viewing experience should be seamless regardless of my location, as the app is designed to be accessible 24/7. I never requested a location change from my initial sign-up with YouTube TV.

Over the past three years, my channel has shown substantial growth with genuine traffic sources, evident from YouTube analytics data. The increasing views, likes, subscribers, watch time, and overall engagement demonstrate the authenticity of my channel's following. This growth is supported by YouTube and Google ranking my content in search results, indicating their validation of my traffic. I aim to challenge the demonetisation using the same data YouTube collects by showcasing my adherence to their policies and the organic nature of my channel's development. Additionally, I want to clarify that I have never engaged in purchasing views, subscribers, or likes, except for the inadvertent ad click. If anyone has advice on how to personally reach out to YouTube or Google beyond the appeals process, I would greatly appreciate the help.

I am trying to move my YouTube account to my new Yahoo account [redacted] Google and Gmail are going away soon, and I am trying to move all my apps, including my music app, to my new laptop computer. I no longer have the cell phone I used before. I still use my tablet and need to do the same. I've been with you guys forever and don't want to lose YouTube Red [Premium]. If I have to, I will pay a higher amount for help. I am currently at the $9.99 per month level, as I have been with YouTube for that long. My new email address is [redacted] PLEASE HELP. I have three TVs with YouTube TV, aiming to save money with a single $53.61 monthly charge for all three. Recently, I subscribed to Fox Nation on one TV and paid Fox Digital Services $69.70 on August 1, [redacted]. Surprisingly, when I added the app to another TV on August 24, [redacted], I was billed another $69.70. This discrepancy may have resulted from using different credit cards. I am seeking clarification as to why I was charged twice for Fox Nation when YouTube TV covers three TVs under one charge. To avoid paying separately for two TVs, I would like to cancel the charge from August 25, [redacted].
