Lately, I'm unable to save videos directly and am prompted to open the YouTube Kids app instead, which is not my preferred location. Can you clarify if there's a distinction between the kids app and the online version available for subscription? It's crucial for me to save all videos in one place for easy access during live Zoom classes. Currently, I have to keep multiple tabs open, causing inconvenience when locating the right video promptly. It's essential to organize the videos in playlists to streamline the content delivery for children. I seek assistance with this, especially since my upcoming workshop is next week. I have been using YouTube for my students for a long time to access and share educational playlists. Lately, I have been experiencing issues when trying to save videos to my existing playlists. Instead, the platform keeps redirecting me to the YouTube Kids app, which I find inconvenient and confusing. I have tried to locate how to subscribe to a YouTube Kids channel without success. I prefer to keep all my playlists in one place on my regular YouTube account for easy access during my Zoom workshops. It is essential for me to quickly organize and save these videos in a specific order. Could someone please guide me on how to save children's videos into my regular YouTube playlists effectively? Dear YouTube, I am concerned about the sudden removal of David Icke's YouTube channel without any prior warnings or strikes. As a regular viewer of his channel, which is one of the only two I subscribe to on the platform, I find his content valuable compared to mainstream artists with controversial themes. I believe in the freedom of speech and the sharing of information that can benefit humanity positively. It seems unfair that channels promoting negative messages are allowed while someone like David Icke, who shares research, evidence and truth, gets banned. I urge YouTube to reconsider this action, as it appears that David Icke's channel did not violate any community guidelines. I signed up for YouTube last month. I have not been able to watch any movies on my TV. I was supposed to get a free trial, which I never received. However, my credit card was charged three times, totaling $53. I have not been able to watch the movie "Urban Cowboy" as I intended. This situation is frustrating, as I have not used the service but have been charged multiple times. Please rectify this issue promptly. Thank you.

Two nights ago, I applied for AdSense after meeting the Youtube Partner Program requirements. Yesterday, I received an email stating that I already have an AdSense account associated with [redacted]@gmail.com. This confused me as I have never created an AdSense account before and did not recognize the linked email. Upon investigating, I realized that Google AdSense is associating my brother's account with my Youtube channel due to us residing in the same house. I am unsure how to rectify this case of mistaken identity, as I used my own name and do not wish to use my brother's account or close it. Unfortunately, I am unable to seek help from creator support since I am not yet in the YPP program, preventing me from creating my own AdSense account. Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently contacted a representative about monthly charges from YouTube appearing on my bank statement. Despite efforts to resolve the issue via text, no solution was found, leading me to cancel my subscription. However, I was still charged on May 1st. I am dissatisfied with this experience and the lack of live customer support. I request a refund for the May charge and cancellation of my subscription. Contact me at M. Hi, I have three questions about copyright that I couldn't find in the YouTube policies. Can you assist me, please? 1. Can I monetize my channel on YouTube if I use text-to-speech to read a book for content? 2. Is it allowed to monetize my content on YouTube if I use text-to-speech for creating videos? 3. There is a software called Animation Studio that provides pre-made characters, views, and cartoons for creating videos. Can I monetize my channel if I use this software, especially considering that many others may use the same pre-made characters? I am planning to use this software for educational purposes. I signed up for a YouTube trial, but after 13 days, it switched to a membership, and I have been charged $49.99 for the past three months without being able to access YouTube TV. I have been struggling to find assistance without wanting to enroll in another trial on JustAnswer. I am looking to cancel my YouTube TV subscription, but I do not have my sign-up details. I am hoping to receive a refund as I have never been able to use the service. I am having difficulty finding customer support from YouTube. I am experiencing various issues with my account. I am unable to unsubscribe or subscribe to channels. Adding new videos to my watch later list does not work, nor does deleting old ones. When trying to remove content from certain creators, selecting 'Not Interested' and 'Don't recommend channel' does not appear to work since similar videos still show up in my recommendations later on. These problems have persisted for weeks and are causing me to use the site less. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, my Google account connected to my YouTube channel Tyler Larson, a music channel, got hacked and stolen. Google said it's impossible to recover my account because the hacker altered my authentication and phone number. The hacker transformed my channel, now livestreaming Valorant gameplay, removed all my videos, and is artificially inflating views. I'm puzzled by their intentions. I've reached out to YouTube support to explore transferring my channel to a new Google account. I'm anxiously waiting for a response. Is there a chance to regain control of my YouTube account? I had amassed 18k subscribers. I'm holding onto hope. Thank you for your attention and any assistance offered.

I believe there has been a violation of freedom of speech on this platform. I am planning to collect signatures to initiate a class action lawsuit, seeking both compensatory and punitive damages. Allowing only certain views to be expressed while censoring others is unconstitutional and unacceptable. I demand the reinstatement of the removed Covid-19 interviews on YouTube. If this is not rectified, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to Federal Court in pursuit of justice.

Dear YouTube Team, In [redacted], I purchased an 8K Samsung TV (QLED - Model Q 900R) and would greatly appreciate it if the TV's internal YouTube app, designed for this model, could support native playback of 8K videos (currently limited to 4K). Unfortunately, only the [redacted] Samsung QLED 8K models support this feature. Samsung's customer service directed me to you as they could not provide information. Could you please let me know if there is hope for this update or if the app will be upgraded for 8K playback in the near future? This would certainly please all owners of this TV. I need to close my YouTube account linked to my former work email from a university. I am unable to access the email to log in and delete the account. One video is still visible, as I didn't have the chance to make it private before leaving the university. To simplify things, I just want the account removed. I am experiencing issues with uploading videos on YouTube. Uploading has been smooth for years, but recently, after uploading a video, it appears on my channel briefly, then disappears from my homepage. Although the video is public and active, it vanishes from view. Strangely, it does not appear in the "customize channel" section along with other uploads, even private ones. The video remains accessible to viewers, as comments indicate, but the video is not displayed on my homepage. Despite being watched and commented on, it does not show up on my channel. A few years back, I created a YouTube account that got hacked. Unfortunately, I couldn't regain access to the account. I'm eager to have the account deleted and the old embarrassing videos removed. The channel was established way back in [redacted], and I haven't logged in since [redacted] or [redacted], which is almost a decade ago. I'd appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Our church used to go by a different name and had a YouTube account under that name with old videos of our current pastor. Recently, someone changed the account name to our new church name, but I can't find the owner's information, email, or password. Another account was created since then, which has less content and subscribers, making it less visible in searches compared to the original account. About two weeks ago, I had three videos on my channel, but the next day, they were randomly removed from my YouTube channel. I suspect someone might be falsely reporting my channel to have my videos taken down. Today, another video was taken down, the only one with music on it, despite properly crediting the song owner and the copyright information in the description. I'm confused about why my videos are being removed without any valid reasons, as I believe I haven't violated any policies. I'm keen to understand who is reporting my channel and the reasons behind these takedowns.

I have had to repeatedly block Jimmy Kimmel from my recommended channels, but it keeps reappearing. I have done this for around five days now. I believe your service team should be able to resolve this as YouTube has algorithms to prevent these issues. I do not want to see Jimmy Kimmel or any other liberal media channels on my feed in the future. These individuals can distort news as if it's a joke, while it's prohibited for others who genuinely care about the economy to share valuable information. Thank you.

You have discontinued the YouTube channels I follow. Regardless of their political perspectives being peaceful, I object to their removal. Your restriction of differing opinions feels reminiscent of historical censorship tactics. Please bring back the following channels promptly: Edge of Wonder, Destroying the Illusion, Eceti Stargate, Dave Janda (Operation Freedom). It appears evident that your aim is to suppress diverse voices leading up to the upcoming election. I trust that President Trump will intervene to halt your censorship. Are you aware that our nation upholds freedom of speech? Perhaps you need a reminder of this fundamental right.
