I tried to download YouTube TV on my new Amazon Fire TV but encountered issues. Despite trying to cancel before the trial ended, the customer service representative claimed I didn't have an account, yet I was still charged $49.99 shortly after. I would like the service to be terminated and a refund issued since I wasn't even able to set up the service successfully.

I am quite frustrated because several videos, interviews, and posts featuring Tiny Tim keep getting removed. I particularly enjoy watching the Howard Stern interviews with Tiny Tim from the 1980s and 1990s, only to find them disappearing shortly after. It's disheartening to see content I love being deleted repeatedly. There have been numerous videos taken down over the past two years, and I would greatly appreciate it if these could be restored. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a YouTube account linked to my University email, which has been deactivated since I completed my studies. The account contains videos that I uploaded using this email, which I am unable to access now. Can you please assist me in deleting this account as I no longer have access to it? My YouTube account has been locked since 10/08/18. The issue has not been resolved, and I have movies on that account which I cannot access. I am considering taking legal action against YouTube. If you can help unlock my account, I can avoid going through legal proceedings. Please assist. My Gmail associated with the account is [redacted], and my password is sometimes "Christman" with variations like "[redacted]" or "[redacted]" at the end. The phone linked for security ([redacted])-[redacted] was taken, and I was unable to retrieve it when arrested. Our YouTube channel has not been approved for monetization. We have an old inactive channel with a different email, but both channels share the same name and phone number. During the Christmas season, my spouse and I opted to test out youtubetv due to your enticing 30-day trial promotion. We believed we had successfully terminated the subscription, but to our dismay, we discovered that our bank account was billed for two months. Upon comparison, we noted no substantial disparities between spectrum TV and your services. Given that we are already spectrum customers, there seems to be no necessity for YouTube TV. Kindly assist in refunding the charges back to my account since we have scarcely utilized YouTube TV beyond the initial few days.

I have been trying to access my YouTube account that I created in [redacted], but I am facing login issues. Dear YouTube, Four years ago, I created an account under the name Shaft Olivia when I was younger and unaware of the risks of sharing my personal information online. The account has been inactive for some time now, as the videos were recorded on a phone that no longer works. I am experiencing an issue with YouTube TV where it won't play due to a conflict with the home and current playback areas. The home area is set to [redacted], but the current playback area shows as [redacted]. This discrepancy is preventing me from watching content seamlessly on my TV, although I can still access YouTube TV on my computer without any trouble. Despite trying to change the current playback area to [redacted] on my TV, it keeps reverting back to [redacted]. This problem has caused me to miss important events like the Super Bowl, and I am worried I will also miss the Oscars. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I bought a movie to add to my purchased list, but I later realized I used my work account instead of my personal one. Is there a way to get a refund and buy it again on the right account? Or can it be transferred to the correct account? I don't want this specific movie on my work account, as I am a high school teacher and having "The Wolf of Wall Street" on that YouTube account is not appropriate. I made this purchase approximately two hours ago.

While attempting to sign up for the trial, I clicked on all the "free trial" links. However, upon reaching the payment page, I did not see any mention of the trial period. I assumed it would be confirmed on the next page, but instead, I was immediately charged $49.99 without receiving the trial. I was eager to watch the live stream of the academy awards through your service, but unfortunately, I encountered technical issues and missed this year's ceremonies. Currently, I am seeking a refund as my experience with your platform has been confusing and frustrating. It seems too complicated for me to navigate, and I would prefer not to continue using a service that causes me such difficulties.

I spent an immense amount of time creating and editing a 24-hour video, only to encounter an issue when attempting to upload it. Despite waiting five hours for it to upload, I received an error message stating the video was too long. My disappointment grew as I discovered that the video duration limit on YouTube has been reduced to 12 hours from the previous 24-hour limit. I am genuinely disheartened as I had dreamt of sharing this lengthy video. I hope YouTube will reconsider allowing 24-hour videos in the future, as I am keen to post my content.

Hello, I have a YouTube account that we used for company videos and it has accumulated over one million views since [redacted]. We hadn't posted any new content for a while and during that time, something significant changed. As the original user and primary owner, although I'm unsure if I own the account or if YouTube owns it, I used to change the password whenever one of my staff members needed to access and upload videos. If I didn't approve of a video, I would delete it. Essentially, I was the creator and main user of the account. Recently, I tried to log into my YouTube account but couldn't find the sign-in option. I noticed that my Google email account is linked to my personal YouTube channel, where I can add videos successfully. However, I'm unable to access my company account and I really need to do so. I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

Hello, this is Chandan from Think Techi! I recently posted a video on my YouTube account that was blocked for reportedly violating community guidelines. After appealing for a review, I received an email stating that the video does not violate guidelines and was reinstated, putting my account in good standing. However, another video that was previously rejected upon appeal has resurfaced with a strike against my account. Even though my content complies with YouTube policies and is no different from similar videos on the platform, my original video remains blocked. Good afternoon, A few months ago, I attended a gathering in LA, California to honor actress Barbara Eden and her iconic 1960s TV series, I Dream of Jeannie. The event included a luncheon with Ms. Eden, where everyone was asked to bring something special. I created a DVD with rare footage from the show, but some members of the group couldn't play it due to technical issues. I tried uploading the DVD to my private YouTube channel, but it's being blocked by Sony Pictures Movies & Shows for copyright reasons. I have shared clips from the same series on my public channel without any problems before. The DVD is around 2 hours long and is intended only for the group that attended the event (Jeannie Fest 19). I have experienced harassment during my YouTube live streams by two individuals who have created videos about me and my channel. They have used multiple fake accounts to target me during my streams, all of which I've promptly banned. Recently, they issued two false copyright strikes against my channel, which were unfortunately approved by YouTube. To dispute these claims, I must prove that the content belongs to me in a counter-strike since YouTube cannot verify ownership. In addition to YouTube, these individuals have also targeted me on other platforms like Instagram and Discord. I feel vulnerable and cyberbullied, especially as they may obtain my personal information, including my real name. If they access this information, they could perpetuate their harassment on other social media accounts. I am concerned about potentially losing my YouTube channel due to these strikes and feel powerless to prevent it from happening.

I am a music artist on YouTube and I distribute my music through DistroKid. I noticed that on my channel, my first album is showing up alongside another artist's album under the name L the Greatest. I go by DGreatest, and somehow his music got linked to my channel. I have tried to remove his videos myself, but I am unable to do so.
