I recently discovered that my child signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV, which led to subscription charges after the trial ended. Unfortunately, I only noticed the charges after the second one came through. I've attempted to cancel the subscription on my phone, but I couldn't find a contact number to speak with a representative. I also don't have access to a computer to follow the online cancellation process. I'm reaching out to request the cancellation of my YouTube TV subscription and kindly ask for a refund for the two months I was charged.

Hello YouTube, My channel has been hacked, and the hacker transferred the primary ownership to another ID. Here is my YouTube channel link: [redacted]. My login email is [redacted] I lost access to my YouTube account on January 19, [redacted]. I managed to recover my YouTube ID and email access, but I do not have access to my channel anymore. The hacker transferred my YouTube channel to their Google account, and now I have a new account. Please assist me in recovering my channel. Thank you.

My previous YouTube channel, JJaka, was unexpectedly removed from the platform, and I am eager to regain access to it. With 15k subscribers and a video reaching 1 million views, losing access has been distressing. Although I no longer have the password to the associated email, I can provide solid evidence of my ownership through photos and videos. I sincerely hope to restore my channel or prevent its deletion. It seems likely that the account was taken down due to age restrictions, but I am now 14 years old, meeting the platform's requirements.

I'm Joshua H., and I recently received an email from YouTube services at [redacted] The email claims they have a compromising video of me and threatened to take legal action unless I comply. I did not upload the video and do not have control over it. The sender insists they will only remove it if I follow their demands. I'm unsure if this is a scam or a serious issue.

There is a video on the NoorsCookin channel showing a wedding attended by my mother and sister. It captures us, but due to religious beliefs, we prefer not to be shown wearing makeup and fancy clothes in front of men who aren't family. We kindly ask for the video to be removed or edited to obscure our images. Our appearances are visible at 0:07, 0:36-0:30, and 1:24 in the video. If this matter is not resolved, we may have to seek legal action, although we hope it won't come to that.

I used to have three YouTube channels that are causing me distress due to bullying. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete the videos or channels as I don't have access to the phone numbers or passwords associated with them. I can provide proof that these accounts are mine by sharing a photo. Please understand the urgency of my request as I am struggling with the idea of everyone seeing these videos. The channels in question are Tanel Moora, Kristjan Moora, and Soot Kann Stiki. Your prompt assistance in deleting these videos would be greatly appreciated.

I am a YouTube Music user who recently switched to a new phone. After transferring my data, I noticed that some of my previously downloaded songs are missing their album covers. While new downloads display the artwork correctly, re-downloading old songs still results in black album art. This issue is particularly inconvenient for me as I listen to songs in various languages, making it difficult to identify them without the visual cues. I recently purchased a YouTube Prime membership for a 6-month free trial through Flipkart using supercoins. Upon redeeming the code on Flipkart Rewards, I was directed to YouTube where I selected the 6-month free trial option. However, when prompted to fill in my details including name, address, city, state, and pincode, I encountered issues with payment. Despite entering my Visa card details correctly, the system repeatedly indicated "incorrect card details." I attempted to use a Mastercard as well, but encountered the same issue. After multiple unsuccessful attempts with both cards, I received a "transaction declined" message. I'm reaching out for assistance as I am unable to proceed with activating my membership. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Xfinity cable to watch Youtube movies on my TV. However, I'm having trouble accessing certain movies that require Age Verification via computer or phone. I've tried to log in using the code LXN JRS GXM provided, but it's not working. Even after contacting the cable company, the agent couldn't resolve the issue as they were facing the same problem. I've made sure that all parental controls are disabled, but I'm still unable to watch these movies. I'm 68 years old and believe I should be able to view them. How can I adjust the settings to enable access to these movies? Thank you!

I have a new Roku TV and an existing Youtube TV account. When I select Youtube TV from the Roku menu and click on "Sign in", it directs me to go to 'tv.youtube.com/start' on my mobile device or computer, enter the provided code, and sign in to my Google Account. However, when I attempt step #1 on my mobile device, the Youtube TV app opens as if I'm trying to watch it on my phone, and I do not see where to input the code. Consequently, I'm unable to link my existing Youtube TV account to my new Roku TV.

There's a concerning YouTube channel that has been active for some time now. The content created by Hassan Campbell under the name "Real Topics" is deeply troubling. Hassan Campbell is known for making threats of violence, including rape and murder towards other YouTubers. He has been documented harassing individuals at their workplaces and in public places, while also showing disrespect towards elders. Additionally, he talks about desecrating the graves of other YouTubers' mothers and glorifies his involvement in gangs and criminal activities. This type of behavior is not suitable for viewers and is detrimental to the YouTube platform's reputation.

I signed up for YouTube TV on January 14 and canceled my subscription. On January 28, a charge of $53.49 was deducted from my debit card. On February 2, there was another attempt to withdraw $53.49, but it was declined because I had disabled my transactions. Today, there was another unsuccessful transaction for the same amount. I request a refund due to canceling my subscription, and I would appreciate it if you could prevent any further attempts to charge my credit card. Thank you.

In my work at a phone store, I recently assisted a customer dealing with problems accessing YouTube on their Kyocera DuraMax flip phone. Despite not having the app, the customer typically visits YouTube via Google search. However, for the past six months, the screen displays half black and half white once the website loads. Surprisingly, this problem had not arisen for a year prior. We attempted to solve the issue by clearing the phone's cache and history without success. It is worth noting that the phone has 46 MB out of 64 MB of storage available, indicating that storage capacity is unlikely to be the root cause. Thank you.

I downloaded a video over 7 years ago, and it was manually striked a few days ago. I am concerned that someone may report my channel to close it down and possibly impact my Gmail with two more strikes. I have sentimental attachments to this email address. What steps can I take to prevent this? Would deleting all the videos from my channel help? I appreciate your quick response.
