I am a premium customer with a current satisfactory experience on my iPad. However, I encountered an unusual issue when trying to sign in to YouTube premium on my iPhone. I am unable to recover my account as I have lost my password, and my backup email address seems to be non-existent. The message I receive states that the backup address is not valid, preventing me from changing my password and accessing premium on my iPhone. This poses a risk of losing all my saved data if I were to lose or replace my iPad. The backup account might not exist since it was created under a pseudonym. I seek any assistance or advice to resolve this matter promptly.

My son is dedicated to his two YouTube channels, but despite sending confirmation of permission via email, he still can't live stream. He's passionate about earning his own income and I want his channels fixed so he can stream, as he has my authorization. I was told that providing my ID would resolve the issue, but it hasn't been fixed yet. The channels are Victory Chasers and Chase Aiden Gaming. Their email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] My son, Chase, treasures creating videos and going live for special events. Chase means everything to me, and he doesn't deserve to have this feature restricted when it's his dream to do this. I request assistance in resolving this matter. I recently tried to access my YouTube channel, BibleTruth101, which I've had since October 10, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I found out that my channel has been suspended due to copyright infringement complaints. I have always been mindful about uploading videos with proper permissions, so this suspension is quite surprising. This channel is essential for thousands of viewers weekly, so I really need it to be reinstated. I kindly request that the BibleTruth101 channel be restored. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with the names of the videos that faced copyright complaints so I can address the issue promptly. During my temporary rental in October and November [redacted], I subscribed to YouTube TV. When I moved out in the middle of November, I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription. I sent an email to YouTube, but received no response. I was okay with paying for November, even though I only used it for half the month, but I did not expect to be charged for December due to auto-renewal. I have disputed the charge with Capital One, and they are requesting more information. I don't have anything in writing to support my case. It's unfair to charge me when it's so challenging to contact YouTube. I am seeking a credit of $52.99 on my Capital One card. I have not used YouTube TV since mid-November and cannot afford to pay for services I am not using. Thank you. - J.L.

I am writing because I am a huge fan of YouTube. I often watch inspiring videos such as gospel songs and performances from talent shows like The Voice. Unfortunately, many of these videos have disabled comments, which prevents viewers like me from showing support. I find it puzzling why these videos are posted for public viewing but don't allow any comments. If YouTube doesn't want feedback, it may be better not to share these videos at all. These videos hold significance for many, providing comfort during tough times or simply bringing joy. By restricting comments, YouTube is limiting the viewers who wish to offer encouragement and appreciation to the performers.

I am struggling with mental health issues, feeling suicidal and distressed. A YouTuber called Killuminati Media has repeatedly mentioned my name in videos between January 18th and January 25th, [redacted]. They have bullied me in at least 3 to 4 videos, with hurtful comments and threats. This verbal abuse is severely impacting my mental well-being. The YouTuber has also made false claims about another woman having AIDS, causing us both extreme distress. I have reported these videos but they persist. I fear for my safety and am considering legal action if this harassment continues. Please help me remove these harmful videos for the sake of my mental health. 🙏😥

I'm experiencing distress from a YouTuber named "killuminati media" who has been verbally abusing me on several videos. As someone who struggles with mental health issues, this harassment is deeply affecting me and even making me feel suicidal. The bullying occurred between January 18th and January 25th, during which the YouTuber made false and hurtful statements about me and another female, even spreading lies about her having AIDS. This situation is worsening my mental health, and I kindly request the removal of these videos. If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal advice, as it is unacceptable for someone to use their platform to bully and spread falsehoods about individuals who are dealing with mental health challenges. I am reaching out for help regarding a serious issue with my YouTube channel, Sparky Channel. After clicking on an email link, all [redacted] of my videos disappeared, only to reappear under different names on YouTube. I received an email notifying me of updated Terms of Service, and unfortunately, I clicked on the link provided which resulted in my entire account being stolen. Now, I have lost all my videos, subscribers, and everything I had. I have noticed some of my videos appearing under fraudulent names. I am facing a perplexing situation as my YouTube account has been suspended with no clear reason provided. Despite never having used the account for anything beyond watching videos, my appeal was inexplicably denied. The lack of specific details regarding which policy was violated, the timing of the violation, or if there were any previous incidents is truly confounding. YouTube has recently introduced new restrictions for child-related content, prohibiting saving or downloading videos, commenting, and stopping swipe-down gestures on mobile devices. I was surprised to discover that one of my favorite TV show musicals, "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," featuring over [redacted] original songs, particularly the song "Fuckton of Cats," cannot be saved. This song, unsuitable for children due to explicit language, presents a challenge for adults who wish to access it later. I am disappointed in YouTube's oversight, impacting both children and adult viewers, as well as content creators. While there is nothing wrong with the song itself, it has been categorized incorrectly. I hope YouTube will address these issues and ensure appropriate content restrictions in the future.

As an American citizen, I have observed YouTube's actions closely in the United States. I have noticed instances where World War II footage videos were removed for hate speech, despite having no verbal content. This decision seems unjust and confusing. I frequently report Russian propaganda that undermines our nation, yet no action is taken. I have anonymously contacted the CIA about this issue out of frustration. It is concerning to witness these events in the U.S. I plan to explore legal avenues. I urge YouTube to adhere to its own rules and regulations.

I have confirmed the code you sent, but I'm still unable to access and update a video on my long-standing account. It is disheartening that YouTube seems to display discrimination against minority users. I received a notification from Google to use the email address [redacted] for Google Account recovery, but I did not initiate this request. It seems like there could be a mix-up with the email address. I will be reaching out to my US Congressman upon my return to Seattle after February 6th regarding YouTube's discriminatory practices towards minorities, the hearing impaired, the deaf, and seniors. During this visit to Bloomington, IL, I have had discussions with a congressional staff member about YouTube's disregard for federal laws related to children's safety in videos, particularly the inaccessibility of important information due to unreadable text on the platform. I have several Gmail accounts but deleted four of them along with the one linked to my phone number, which is [redacted]. I currently have three active accounts: personal, YouTube gaming (for future use), and investing education. I am trying to add my phone number to my new YouTube channel, [redacted], to upload investing videos and grow my channel. However, when I try to do this on YouTube, it says my phone number has been used on two or more accounts this year and cannot be added. The only account with my phone number now is [redacted] Can you please assist in adding my phone number to [redacted] as soon as possible? I believe I accidentally created two new accounts on Youtube as I received two separate welcome emails with different order numbers, sent to my Windstream and Gmail addresses. One email mentioned a trial period with billing starting on 2/1, while the other did not mention a trial period and indicated immediate billing. I am unsure how to log in to either account on my computer and would like to know how to access my account(s) through Google. I can watch shows on my TV and phone, but I don't want to pay for two accounts when I only need one. How can I cancel one of the accounts if necessary?

My YouTube channel was terminated due to a copyright claim that was flagged as fraudulent. I provided all legitimate information in the claim, but it seems it wasn't sufficient for YouTube. This channel has been with me since [redacted], holding personal videos that are now lost. Its value is immense to me as it is nearly 8 years old.

Since December [redacted], I have had YouTube Premium. I am frustrated that the student plan option was not available when I initially signed up for the individual plan. As a sophomore in college on my fourth semester, I have been overpaying by $3 monthly for 17 months, totaling approximately $[redacted].75. I could have saved $51.00 during this time. Today, I attempted to switch to the student plan for $6.99 on YouTube's website, but on the Apple app store, it showed I was paying $12.99. After canceling my subscription with Apple, my accounts were all mixed up, and I now find myself paying for both individual and student plans through the same account. As a struggling college student, living paycheck to paycheck, I cannot afford these unnecessary expenses.

Hello, my channel Softendo79 was suspended by Google, and my YouTube account was terminated due to a violation of YouTube's terms of service. Despite getting one copyright strike previously, which was resolved within a few months, I have always adhered to the community guidelines. There was an incident where my account got hacked on 2/16/[redacted] and was recovered later. I believe the termination may have been a mistake or triggered by the actions of the hacker. Although I am not concerned about the number of subscribers or views, I am deeply troubled about losing the videos I spent years creating and the memories associated with them. I have been trying to resolve this for 7 months now but haven't received any assistance. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While watching YouTube, I encountered an animated music video featuring a song by Ateo Fro that seemed to be insulting white people. The content of the commercial left me shocked and outraged. If a similar portrayal was directed towards another race, it would not be tolerated. I cannot fathom why such a video was approved for advertising. I feel a deep sense of disappointment and disbelief at this blatant disrespect. This needs to be addressed and removed from the platform promptly. It is unacceptable to promote derogatory content towards any race, let alone on a platform widely accessed by children. I demand an explanation for this offensive advertisement and expect a response from YouTube regarding this matter.

I have been billed for two months without my approval on my credit card. I signed up for the 7-day free trial but had difficulty cancelling both over the phone and online. I am requesting a refund for the months of December and January. If I am billed again, I will consider taking legal action against the company. I bought a "Mini" [GOOGLE] and was advised to get a 30-day free trial to listen to music on it. I believed I was signing up for "YouTube Premium," but after 15 days, I was charged by AMAZON MUSIC. I wanted to confirm my subscription by contacting "YouTube," but they don't have any human customer service, and there is no option on the website to check my subscription status. With my experience managing data centers for major banks for 58 years, I prefer dealing with humans rather than computers. Therefore, I can't engage with YouTube's robots. If I get charged, I will dispute it later.
