It's frustrating that I can't reach a real person at YouTube, but here's my issue. I use a satellite internet provider that lists my address as Phoenix, Arizona even though I'm in Minnesota. When I hit 60 gigs of data, they cut my service, and I have to switch to my local provider in Minnesota. If I sign up for YouTube TV for local channels, how will these address changes impact accessing local channels?

We recently acquired a company named Luggage Online that has an active YouTube account. Unfortunately, the previous owners do not have the login details for the YouTube account. We are looking to gain access to the account so we can continue providing content to the existing subscribers and viewers. Hello, my name is Louie F. About a month ago, I connected with someone online via Facebook named Melissa D. She suggested moving to private video chat to get to know each other better. However, when we switched to Hangouts, she appeared nude and engaged in inappropriate behavior. Regrettably, I responded in kind. Now, she is blackmailing me by threatening to share the video on YouTube and falsely framing me as interacting with a minor. I am deeply remorseful as this is completely unlike me.

I need to delete an account I created almost seven years ago, but I can't remember any of the account information except the channel name. The account has three embarrassing videos that are causing me trouble with bullying, and I want to delete either the account or the videos. I believe I can prove my ownership through my image, voice (even though I'm older now), and my bedroom, which is featured in the videos. Can you please advise on how I can remove this embarrassing content from six to seven years ago?

Hello, I'm Pearl. I signed up for the 30-day free trial of YouTube TV but realized I didn't use it much. I want to cancel my membership. I missed the cancellation window by 5 minutes and was charged $49.99 for next month. Can I get a refund or cancel the payment? YouTube TV doesn't suit my needs right now. I am attempting to access my niece's YouTube account, which was created a while back, but unfortunately, no one can recall the password. I prefer not to create a new account with a different email to ensure she doesn't lose any content. I have attempted to follow the account recovery steps, but the email provided for recovery is no longer active, and it seems the security answers are incorrect. I am facing an issue with one of my subscribers. They have subscribed to my child's account, and I have strict restrictions on contact with them. This person is a stalker and a biological relative with whom I should not have any interaction due to past abuse when I lived with them. I blocked them, but they can still see my content. I feel unsafe, and in the past, I had to delete my entire Google account because of them. I need assistance in removing this unwanted subscriber to ensure my safety.

Months ago, my YouTube account was hacked, and since then, I have been devastated. I have made numerous attempts to recover my account, but it was terminated without any explanation. This situation has deeply affected me as being a YouTuber was my dream, and after years of hard work, I feel lost. I am experiencing an issue with my AdSense account. Whenever I attempt to log in, I am prompted to close another account to proceed further with settings. Strangely, the account suggested by AdSense as the other account is my wife's live account, which is completely separate from mine. It seems that AdSense has mistakenly linked our accounts together as if they belong to the same individual. I am eager to monetize my videos and participate in the advertising program, but I am currently facing this obstacle. Is there any guidance you can offer on how to disassociate my account from my wife's account so that we can independently manage our channels and monetize them without the confusion of being perceived as one person with two accounts? My channel is entirely kid-friendly, and I'm concerned about potentially losing subscribers, comments, likes, or any other engagement on my videos. I'm looking for a clear and concise answer on whether I should switch my content to "kid-friendly" or not. If I make this change, will I lose the interaction on my channel as I fear? I signed up for YouTube TV recently, but I encountered an issue with PayPal. After reattempting the payment, $53.99 was charged without the expected five-day free trial. Today, on December 26th, I received a notification from PayPal about another $53.99 payment to YouTube TV, which I believe is an error. I kindly request a refund of $53.99. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the constant 15-second ad interruptions on every video I watch. I expected better from a premium video platform. The repetitive nature of the ads is frustrating, and it feels excessive compared to other platforms. I recall a time when the site was ad-free for everyone, and I wish we could return to that model without being forced to subscribe to a premium service. Shorter ads were tolerable, but the current unskippable and repetitive ads are intrusive. It's disheartening to see the platform resort to such aggressive advertising tactics.

I've noticed a popular creator posting extremely distressing content showing self-destructive behavior like panic attacks, seizures, and crying. It's alarming to see that this has not been flagged, especially after several posts in a row. This kind of content can be harmful and may elicit harassment and hate towards the person. It's concerning to witness someone in such distress. The creator in question is OnisionSpeaks. I strongly believe that steps should be taken to prevent them from continuing to share this type of content, as it could exacerbate the situation.

Dear Gethuman Team, I received a notification on December 20th that my account password was changed. Although I quickly recovered my Gmail account, all my emails were deleted. Following this, I attempted to access my YTSTUDIO, but encountered errors preventing me from opening it. Within a day, hackers began uploading videos on my channel, changing my profile picture and channel name. Presently, I am unable to view any of my videos on YouTube, as my channel appears to have been deleted. The loss of my channel, named HALFHUMAN and featuring travel filmmaking and songs, is devastating as I had invested significant effort in its development. This unexpected situation has left me feeling discouraged. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello Youtube Team, I am seeking assistance regarding my Youtube account as my brand relies on it heavily. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to upload any content for the next two weeks due to a second strike on my account. I believe there may have been an honest mistake in this situation and I respectfully request the removal of the second strike. I feel unjustly penalized as I took proactive measures by deleting all videos to evade a second strike, unaware that betting sites were not permissible. I endeavored to rectify the issue during the initial strike period in early December, but it appears a video may have been overlooked, resulting in the subsequent strike. To ensure compliance and prevent a third strike, I diligently cleared all videos from my channel. I am eager to continue posting without the worry of facing further penalties. I acknowledge the error leading to the first strike and assure it will not be repeated. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter promptly. I apologize for not remembering to notify you earlier, but I had canceled the free trial and set a reminder for December. Today, I discovered a $49.99 charge on my debit account for YOU TUBE TV, which I have not used since canceling. My channel lost its monetization on December 20, [redacted], because of a community guideline warning that I was not aware of. I had one prior warning that is set to expire on January 5, [redacted]. The recent warning seems to be a mistake from YouTube because the strike had already expired but reappeared. I am confused as the expiration date keeps changing every day. I am unsure how to proceed. I am displeased with the unauthorized charge of $9.99 on my debit card through Google Play for a Christmas gift for my daughter. This issue has led to me being unable to purchase the gift for her. I want a prompt refund of the $9.99 to my card. Otherwise, I will consider closing all my accounts associated with YouTube music, leaving a negative review, and discontinuing the use of YouTube services. This is the second occurrence of such a charge, and I insist on the immediate return of the funds to my card without waiting for a lengthy investigation from my card company.
