Hello, I am a gaming channel called 2games 2Bros. I began my channel in late November. Recently, I discovered another channel that started just a week ago. This channel is not copying my videos but has the same name, 2Bros 2games, and also creates gaming content. Their viewership is increasing quickly, and I am concerned about my original idea and channel being overshadowed. I kindly request that YouTube intervenes and asks them to modify their name. I am experiencing issues with reactivating my YouTube channel, which was disabled by a marketing company that violated a rule while working with it. I have since stopped using their services and now need access to my channel to continue promoting my business that assists Veterans with their home loan benefits. Unfortunately, my request for reactivation was denied, and my attempt at creating a new channel with a different email was also unsuccessful. I had a significant number of videos on the original channel, making it crucial for me to have it reinstated. Despite trying to reach out to YouTube for assistance, I have not had any luck. Supporting our military Veterans is my primary goal, and I am seeking advice on how to resolve this situation and regain access to my channel.

I am attempting to reset the password for my YouTube account linked to www.youtube.com/evilneeson. I have followed the steps provided by YouTube through their "Forgot password?" link. The process involves an SMS verification, but despite entering the correct phone number, I did not receive any SMS code from YouTube. Trying alternative methods by entering the email addresses associated with the account resulted in receiving a confirmation code from YouTube, but no further steps were provided to regain access to my account. YouTube's advice to use an old password, which I have forgotten, does not resolve the issue.

I am frustrated that when I download a video on YouTube, it goes to my phone instead of my YouTube account. As a premium member, I expect better service and the ability to contact customer support without additional charges. Another issue is not being able to watch downloaded videos like "Downton Abbey" offline. It's essential that I access all my content offline, similar to downloaded movies. I hope to reach a human at YouTube without incurring extra costs, especially since I am a premium member. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

I rely on the income generated from my videos, especially during this time when I have bills and debts to pay. The reason given for demonetization is misleading metadata, specifically in the titles, descriptions, and tags, which I have not used in three years of creating content. I have always ensured that my channel complies with Youtube's policies. I urge for a review of my channel since I believe this is a mistake. I have been a responsible and compliant partner for years without any previous issues. I request real explanations and tangible proof regarding this decision as I am confident in my adherence to the guidelines. My channel has always maintained a friendly and fair approach without resorting to any misleading tactics. Hello, I'm Carol Claxton. I run a YouTube channel called "His Dubness," but recently changed it to "Uiz my Y." However, despite the change, I'm still seeing the letter "H" from my old channel appearing in certain places instead of the expected "U." This discrepancy is causing confusion as the YT app displays a gift emblem while the actual YT pages show the incorrect "H." This issue is new to me, as previous name changes never resulted in such errors. It seems like my account may be compromised or experiencing a technical glitch. My YouTube account J.pink was abruptly terminated without any explanation. Despite receiving two strikes in January and March of [redacted] for older flagged videos deemed inappropriate, I have since refrained from posting any such content. I have reached out to YouTube multiple times seeking clarification on why my account was banned, especially since my recent uploads only featured my piano performances at various community events. I am eager to retrieve my videos, even willing to pay if necessary, as I believe the termination of my account is unjust considering my efforts to comply with guidelines.

I was charged on my card for a $12 fee by YouTube, bringing my bank account balance to -$40. I struggle with using cell phones and typing, and it's challenging for me to navigate. I urgently need to contact someone by phone for assistance. I believe the charge was premature as either the trial hadn't expired or was underutilized. I attempted to cancel the subscription earlier but encountered difficulties. This charge is critical as it depleted my account that was close to zero in checking and had minimal savings. Roku informed me that the PBS app is now available for viewing PBS programs. I downloaded the app but I am unable to view or hear audio on any of the Masterpiece Theatre programs. Following Roku's instructions, I uninstalled and reinstalled the PBS app, but the issue persists. I am unsure if there is a problem with the app or if it's not possible to watch all Masterpiece programs for free on this app.

Last night, I attempted to cancel my free trial on YouTube TV. Despite clicking the cancel button multiple times, the cancellation did not go through, and money was still deducted from my account. I signed up for YouTube Premium using my [redacted] account under Randi Ellis-Rucker's name to use it with my newly purchased Google Mini. However, I was charged multiple times on my Wells Fargo account in various amounts ($15.99, $22.99, $12.99, $15.99, and $12.99). The charges seem to be linked to my other YouTube account, [redacted], which doesn't show as a Premium account. I received a notification from Wells Fargo about suspicious activity and noticed an additional charge of $28.95, which was promptly refunded. I encountered a problem with my live streaming on YouTube from my PS4. My gaming session got flagged for copyright infringement, resulting in my account being locked. I believe if there is a partnership with SONY for streaming and I'm just broadcasting gameplay, I shouldn't have to modify the game or face copyright issues. I have streamed this game more than a hundred times without any problems, and now I'm facing a warning and account lock. This situation is disappointing, especially since the purpose of the service is for live game streaming.
