My Gmail account was hacked, and the hacker replaced my profile picture with an inappropriate one, resulting in YouTube suspending my account. I promptly removed the image and replaced it with a suitable one. I took immediate action upon noticing the unauthorized picture on my account. I've since explained the situation to Google, who reinstated my account. The offensive picture was only up for a minute and was removed months ago. Despite this, my YouTube account remains suspended. I request the reinstatement of my YouTube account as there is no inappropriate content present. Thank you for your assistance.

I am continuing to see a charge of $9.99 deducted from my debit card despite requesting it to be stopped several months ago. On October 1st, $9.99 was deducted, on November 1st another $9.99 was taken, and there is a pending charge for December 1st. I had initially requested this to be canceled months ago, and it is concerning that it is still occurring. I would like this recurring charge to cease immediately, and I am seeking a refund for all the previously deducted amounts. I do not utilize this service. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

My channel was approved for monetization months ago, but today monetization was removed due to "duplicate content." However, most of my content is original, with only a few videos being mash-ups of my own work. Please assist in resolving this issue and reactivating monetization on my channel, which belongs to Eric Dubay. Thank you.

I am urgently seeking assistance from you. We have produced a video for over [redacted] ambassadors worldwide discussing Climate Change. This video was featured in a UN conference in the past, and I included the link in the letters sent to all ambassadors. Unfortunately, the video linked in the letters contains an error. The corrected video has a different URL. I need to switch the link in the videos to ensure all [redacted] ambassadors access the correct video content. The letters are on their way to each ambassador and will be delivered by Wednesday. I recently received two copyright takedown notices within a span of two days for videos I posted 1-2 weeks ago, both from the same copyright owners TMG. I reached out to them asking to retract the claim but unfortunately received no response. As a result, my channel now has two strikes, and one more means it will be taken down. I believed that if a video was not claimed immediately after posting, it would be fine, but apparently, that was not the case. I am a 17-year-old who started creating football videos, and now I even fear for the ones I posted months ago. Please, I have worked so hard to garner [redacted] subscribers, I really don't want my channel shut down. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I uploaded a video on 24.11.19 that initially received over 8k views within a week. However, in the last three days, the views have significantly dropped and now show only 2.8k views instead of the initial 8k+. This downward trend is negatively impacting my channel. The analytics report still reflects the initial 8k+ views, but the decreasing views are visible next to the video. I would appreciate any assistance on this matter.

I rented the movie "Undercover Brother" and had 48 hours to watch it, but on the second day, before the time was up, I encountered an error message on YouTube only on the player. Despite everything else working, I couldn't access the movie. I took a screenshot but am unable to attach it here. It was frustrating as I was watching it with my family, and I'm disappointed that I couldn't finish it even though I had paid for it. The issue lasted the entire day until the 48 hours were over, and now it seems to be working fine, but only the trailer is available, so I would have to rent it again to watch the full movie.

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card statement for YouTube Premium, which I did not authorize. I took immediate action by canceling the card and reporting the charge as fraudulent. I have requested my credit card company to block any charges from the entity labeled "Google YouTube Premium," as I never initiated this transaction and do not have the account details to cancel it myself. Despite my efforts, Visa/Mastercard allowed the charges to go through, disregarding my request. I have taken the step of cancelling my credit card entirely to prevent any further unauthorized charges. This situation amounts to fraud, and I am considering legal action if the unauthorized charges persist. I am seeking information on the law firm representing your company for potential legal action. I will be sending a formal cease and desist letter through my legal representative.

Each month, £11.99 is being deducted from my account for YouTube Premium without my authorization. Neither my son's nor my devices have the subscription, and there are no other devices in our household. I am unable to cancel the premium subscription to halt the payments since it's not linked to any devices and not set up as a direct debit. How can I prevent further deductions for a service we don't use? This situation is causing me distress and financial strain.

I recently received an email notifying me about the suspension of revenue earning from my YouTube content. When attempting to access the monetization page, I encountered an issue where a video was blocking the display of the monetization tools. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Additionally, I am uncertain about the reason for my account's suspension from the monetization program. I'm unable to access my account from years back despite following the instructions on the brand accounts page. The system indicates that the account is unavailable for claiming. This account belongs to me. YouTube switched to logging in through Google which caused me to lose access to my account years ago, although it's still possible to view my old videos on it. I'm eager to regain access to this account, but unfortunately, I've been unable to reach anyone at YouTube or Google in the UK to address this issue. The account in question is Friday13pro.

I am encountering difficulty accessing my long-standing Youtube channel due to password issues. Despite attempting all ten previously used passwords with variations in spelling and numbers, none are successful for claiming the channel. I receive ongoing email notifications for new comments and aim to link the channel to my current primary Google account. The urgency arises from wanting to edit videos and include advertisements, especially for a video with over 9.1 million views, which continues to receive comments. It seems there is no recovery option for accounts created before [redacted] on YouTube. However, I possess evidence of ownership through the associated email address and username.

I recently noticed a charge of $12.76 for Google YouTube Premium on my account from December 1st. My son used my phone to download music, and unintentionally subscribed. I would like to cancel this subscription and request a refund. I believe I should have free Amazon Prime through my MetroPCS plan, so I should not be paying for additional services. I am attempting to log in to my YouTube channel, clickbank success. I usually log in once or twice a week. Regrettably, I did not provide any recovery details, causing difficulties accessing my account. YouTube is asking to confirm my account and is sending a verification code to the outdated email address [redacted], which is no longer accessible due to Microsoft discontinuing all live.co.uk extensions. As a result, I am unable to access this email for verification, leaving me with no other options provided by YouTube. It is urgent that I regain access to my YouTube channel as my subscribers are expecting updates from me.

I created a YouTube channel named Tesean Thomas four years ago, which is based on my name. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the login details for it. This has caused me to face daily bullying.
