I put my account on pause to try a cheaper streaming service (after YouTube TV raised my rate from $** to $**.**) and forgot to cancel my subscription.**I just looked at my bank account and noticed a ******** - POS Debit Pri GOOGLE *YouTub LOC: Mountain ViewCA $**.** charge. **I would like to get a refund and cancel my subscription.
I would like to be able to talk to human being about my problem. I can't believe there is no way to contact a customer service rep for this service. If I had known this from the beginning I would have never subscribed in the first place.
I cancelled my subscription online. YouTube TV made that very easy* just like signing up. However, trying to talk to someone about getting a refund is an entirely different story.
