I want to address a concerning issue regarding one of your YouTubers who goes by the name Greg or Onision. There are allegations that he has been taking and sharing inappropriate pictures of young girls in their underwear. It has been reported that he has groomed a girl under his legal guardianship since she was 13 and engaged in inappropriate behavior with her before she turned 18. This behavior has been going on for years without repercussions. Many people, including myself, are questioning why YouTube has not taken action against him for these violations. I urge you to investigate this matter and enforce your guidelines by removing him from the platform, including all his channels. I am prepared to raise awareness about this issue because it goes against the family-friendly image YouTube should uphold. It is important to ensure the safety of young users on the platform.

I recently received an email from YT support regarding spam videos on my channel. The email requests personal information, including my channel URL, copyright status, channel email, and even channel password. This seems suspicious, as providing a password to YouTube support is unnecessary. I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid sharing sensitive information. It's possible that someone is attempting to scam users by posing as YouTube support. It's advisable not to respond to such emails and await further clarification. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have come across a disturbing situation involving a gangstalker on Long Island who has posted pictures of my deceased brother and his wife along with personal information, including my phone number and email. This individual is spreading false and slanderous claims linking my family to illegal activities, specifically drug trafficking with the Gambino Mafia. My brother, a respected business owner in Wilmington, NC, and I are considering legal action against YouTube for allowing such defamatory content to be shared on their platform. It is unacceptable for YouTube to host such harmful and false accusations. The individual in question has also accused me of theft and fraud, which are entirely untrue. I am deeply troubled by this situation and urge for an investigation to be conducted promptly. Your assistance in addressing this issue is greatly appreciated.

Regarding GSLI, my brother, and deceased sister-in-law pictures, I am Carla Bordeaux Farrar. I forgot to mention I am quite upset about this situation. Adele Kuczmarski, a prominent real estate agent in NY, has been unfairly slandering me. GSLI claims that my family and I are associated with the Gambino Mafia drug trafficking. I have already spoken to her this morning, and she is getting in touch with her attorney and Michele Weingart's husband's attorney. They will then contact my family's attorney. Thank you, best regards, Carla Bordeaux Farrar.

Dear Youtube Team, I am writing to address the termination of my channel on 06-June-[redacted] following copyright infringement issues. I am confident that I did not deliberately breach any rules and I sincerely urge you to reconsider reinstating my channel. I attempted to watch a movie on YouTube but was advised to sign up for YouTube TV instead. After struggling to connect it to my TV, I followed the instructions on the YouTube TV help center to try to cancel my membership. Eventually, I decided to purchase the movie for $15 directly from YouTube. Although I received a 7-day free trial for YouTube TV, I promptly attempted to cancel it to avoid charges. However, I have been charged $49.99 even after canceling before the trial period ended. This unexpected charge has caused an overdraft in my bank account. I am seeking a refund for this erroneous charge.

I am dissatisfied with my YouTube Red account as Apple Australia charges $14.99 per month but my playlists disappeared. After receiving an email for a free month trial, I will be billed $19.99 monthly after 4/10/[redacted]. Despite Apple charging $14.99, they could not assist me when I contacted them. I consider this fraudulent as I lost my downloads and can only access videos by accepting the trial. I refuse to pay $34.98 monthly. Please contact me at [redacted] (Australia) to explain, or I will report this to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission). Thank you, Gary Scanlon.

Hello YouTube, I am reaching out regarding the termination of my account for reasons unknown to me. I would like to express my sincere apologies for any unintentional violations that may have occurred. This is my first channel on YouTube, and it is important to me to maintain a positive presence on the platform. I kindly request that you review my account to see that my intentions are not malicious. I am truly devastated by this situation and would appreciate a second chance to demonstrate my commitment to adhering to the community guidelines. YouTube has provided me with opportunities I am grateful for, and I am eager to continue creating content that aligns with your standards. Please consider reinstating my account, as I am willing to rectify any mistakes made. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello. I have waited for 4 months for YouTube to approve my channel for monetization, but it still hasn't been approved. I made sure to add original commentary and educational value to each video description per their feedback. After reapplying and facing continued rejection, I removed all music that was causing copyright issues. However, I encountered a problem when trying to edit more popular videos that have over 500k views. YouTube is not allowing me to edit those videos to remove the copyrighted music. I seek a real solution to this editing issue as I do not want to delete my most popular videos. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Soumaya Filali. Hello, I have been patiently waiting for 4 months for YouTube to approve my channel for monetization, but unfortunately, I have encountered some challenges. Despite adding original commentary and educational value to my video descriptions as advised, my channel has not been approved. In an attempt to address this, I removed music from some of my videos due to copyright concerns, even though the content owners allowed its use. However, I faced difficulties editing certain videos with high view counts. I am seeking assistance as I am unable to edit out the copyright music on some of my most popular videos. I am committed to meeting YouTube Partner Program guidelines and policies but need support with this unique editing issue. Kindly provide a practical solution as simply reapplying after 30 days has not yielded any changes. Thank you, Soumaya F. Channel: English To Arabic

Hello, I have two questions regarding my YouTube channel: 1. Recently, one of my videos on my channel, "Name Brand Kids," that had thousands of views suddenly disappeared. I am concerned about why this happened and would like assistance in getting it back on my channel. 2. When I try to change my YouTube channel name to "Name Brand Kids" from Ashley Villa, my personal email name also changes. This is causing confusion, and I would like to have my channel name changed without altering my personal email name. Your help in resolving these issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Ashley

Hello, I recently received a notification from your company regarding a copyright takedown issue with my video on YouTube. The notice mentioned that due to a copyright claim, my video titled "در یک سال، در یک مزرعه، از کاشت تا درو - هلند ، پرورشگاه گیاهان در «مالیپارد بلومبولن" was taken down. The notice warned that I now have 2 copyright strikes and if I get one more, my account may be disabled. I understand the importance of not uploading copyrighted content, and I want to address this issue promptly to prevent any further penalties. I plan to explore my options to appeal this takedown or reach out to the party responsible for the claim. I'm unsure why this second warning was issued as I had already addressed a previous issue two months ago by removing the mentioned clip from my channel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Town of Mono, located in Ontario, Canada, previously utilized YouTube to livestream and store videos of its Council meetings. Unexpectedly, our connection to YouTube was abruptly terminated by the platform without any explanation. Despite Town staff's efforts to contact YouTube for clarification and restoration of the channel, we have not received a response. I am reaching out in my capacity as a Council member to address this issue. We suspect that an individual harboring animosity towards the Town falsely accused us of privacy invasion, leading to our removal from YouTube without warning or the opportunity to justify our video streaming and storage practices. Mono has consistently provided adequate notice and explanation at the beginning of each Council meeting that proceedings were being recorded and streamed. Our procedures adhere to or exceed the standards set by Ontario's Privacy Commission. There have been no breaches of privacy or violations of YouTube's terms of service. Town staff and I have emphasized this point. Our usage of YouTube mirrors that of numerous other public entities, all without encountering similar problems. I am eager to rectify this situation and would appreciate direct communication from a YouTube representative. Please contact me at [redacted] and/or [redacted]. Despite our previous private attempts to resolve this matter, as it remains unresolved after a month, I fear it may become a public concern if not addressed promptly. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

I am puzzled as to why I am bombarded with commercials every fifteen seconds while trying to watch Youtube videos. The irrelevant ads seem endless now, unlike before. Why should I believe it costs more for something that used to be free? If I wanted ads, I would watch television. I feel like my data is being used to profit without my consent, leading to excessive ads. I refuse to silently endure this frustration and will continue to voice my displeasure until your tactics are exposed. The public deserves to know the truth about how we are already paying for supposedly free content. I demand an explanation for these practices and won't tolerate being taken advantage of any longer. I hope this message reaches the right ears. Thank you. - C. Moseley

I provided an earlier credit card that was a prepaid MasterCard and did not work for payment. I have since updated my payment information over two months ago with a correct and different MasterCard. Despite this, I keep receiving automated emails every month stating payment cannot be processed. Instead of responding, the payment is successfully deducted from the current working MasterCard a few days later. Please update your records to stop attempting to charge the original card each month, as the new card information is correct. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to smoother payment processing in the future.

Dear YouTube, I have concerns about the new rules on kids' content, which seem to affect mostly female creators in DIY and craft niches. The categorization appears overly broad and discriminatory. DIY and craft channels are not exclusively child-focused just because they involve playful activities like art and toy customizations. Male DIY creators working with materials like metal and wood are unlikely to be affected as their materials are not seen as "childish." This draws parallels to the gender pay gap in careers, where female creators might earn less than their male counterparts. I urge a reconsideration of fine arts and crafts as educational and suitable for all ages. The presentation and context of content should matter more than the items themselves. For instance, a squishy toy can be transformed into art rather than just a plaything. Doll customization is not merely child's play but a form of artistic expression. Please, distinguish creators based on how their content is presented, not just the subject matter. Many talented female artists, crafters, and DIYers could be unfairly labeled as creating content appealing only to children. This decision should be based on context and presentation rather than a blanket classification.. Best regards, [Initials]

Dear YouTube, I am worried about the new guidelines on content appealing to kids. This unfairly affects mainly female creators with DIY and Craft channels. Arts, crafts, and toy customizations are not just for children. It's unfair that male DIYers will not be affected as their materials are deemed more serious. Let's reconsider arts and crafts as educational and for all ages. The presentation of content should matter more than the subject. Please reconsider the impact on female creators who are artists, crafters, and DIYers. Perhaps instead of broadly categorizing, you could implement a parent-approved PIN system. This way, children can watch suitable videos, and parents take responsibility. Collecting data caused the issue, maybe reviewing this practice could be a better solution. I am disappointed in YouTube's approach, and I may switch to other platforms if this change proceeds. Discriminating against female creators is never acceptable. Thanks.

I am confused about my YouTube account. I received an email stating my Google account was suspended but got reactivated after changing my password. However, when I tried to access YouTube, I found my account was suspended for violations I did not commit. I am just a passive viewer and have not uploaded videos or commented for at least a year or two. I am baffled how I could have violated policies by merely watching videos. I clicked on the appeal button, unsure why this happened, not realizing it might be my only chance to appeal. If I were an active user, I might have understood if one of my posts triggered a spam alert, but this is not the case. I solely use YouTube to watch videos. Can someone advise me on how to address these issues with YouTube?

I use the YouTube mobile app on my iPhone 6. After relocking and unlocking my phone, I found an offer for a one-month free trial of YouTube Premium. When I clicked the link, it directed me to input a payment method, even though I didn't have one saved. I continued until it mentioned a charge of $15.99, which I misunderstood. I thought the charge was for keeping the service past the free trial period if not cancelled. However, to my surprise, $15.99 was already deducted from my account. I did not intend to agree to this charge; I only wanted the free trial and had planned to cancel before the trial ended. I have already cancelled the subscription but request immediate deactivation of Premium instead of waiting until October 13. I seek a refund as I cannot afford this subscription which I unintentionally purchased. I want to revert to regular YouTube as soon as possible. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sarah W.

Dear YouTube Community, I am writing to express my concerns about the recent content rules targeting material deemed attractive to children. The boundaries appear vague and mainly impact female creators who specialize in DIY and craft content. It's unfair that activities such as arts, crafts, DIY projects, and toy customizations are automatically labeled as child-oriented simply due to their playful nature. Interestingly, male DIYers working with materials like metal and wood seem unaffected because their supplies are not categorized as "childlike." This bias mirrors the wage gap between genders, where female-dominated fields are undervalued compared to male-dominated equivalents. I advocate for a reconsideration of arts, crafts, and customizations as valuable forms of art and education suitable for all audiences. Instead of focusing on the item itself, the presentation of content should be prioritized. For instance, a squishy toy is not just for play but can also be used as a canvas for artistic creation. Similarly, a craft kit review can offer financial insights beyond entertainment for children. It's crucial to recognize that dolls featured in videos can serve as mediums for artistic expression through customization, transcending mere play. Let's acknowledge the diversity of creators and value the context and delivery of their content over simplistic categorizations. We must appreciate artists, crafters, and DIYers, particularly females, without undermining their work as "childish."
