Hello, my name is Billy T. Last week, I reached out to your company regarding a young lady from Ivory Coast attempting to extort money from me using a video. I am cooperating with local law enforcement to address this issue. I am adamant about not giving her any money as I believe it will never end. I am stalling while the police investigate in Ivory Coast. I mentioned to her that I would send money on the 1st of next month, but I have no intention of doing so. She has threatened to share the video with my friends and family through YouTube, Twitter, and Messenger. Please prevent any dissemination of misconduct videos. Some of the names involved like Michelle B., Jessica F., and Andrea D. may be fake, but they were the names shared. It is possible they are all collaborating. Thank you for your attention, and I ask you to be vigilant next month and going forward.

Upon logging into my YouTube account, I noticed a copyright takedown notice purportedly coming from Abraham Hicks Publications. After contacting Julie at Abraham Hicks Publications at 1-[redacted], she confirmed that they did not request the takedown. My video adhered to all guidelines and was not monetized. Julie explained that someone unrelated to the copyright holder, Esther Hicks, falsely reported the video. She mentioned that they have also tried to retract such requests but were unsuccessful. I am requesting the reinstatement of my video and the removal of the strike due to the inaccurate report by an unauthorized individual.

Dear YouTube, I believe I understand why my account was suspended due to the presence of inappropriate videos. I admit I made a mistake by allowing friends to use my account frequently without checking their activities. I should have been more cautious, especially considering the suspicious behavior of some users. I allowed a girl to use it for fanfics, but upon regaining my phone, I found no such content. Similarly, when boys used it, something felt wrong, but I was preoccupied and didn't inquire further. I sincerely request that you reconsider and reinstate my account. I assure you that I will be more vigilant and won't allow others access in the future. My account holds significant personal data, and having it back would mean a great deal to me. I understand the importance of your job and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Restoring my account would truly make my day.

In my previous message, I mentioned an army girl who enjoys kpop and used the account frequently. I must confess that I omitted a crucial detail about an 18+ fanfic on the account involving drugs. I deeply apologize for not being transparent and acknowledge my oversight. I will cease reading such content and exercise greater caution in interacting with individuals using the platform. I understand the need to be vigilant. I appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate this situation. It pains me to acknowledge my naivety in trusting others too easily. Thank you for your patience and for lending an ear to my concerns regarding friendships.

I would like to report Team Phoenix and Martin Deehan's channels for creating videos that make fun of another YouTuber, spread lies, and invade people's privacy by taking screenshots of Facebook comments. It is not right to bully someone in this manner, and it is putting me off YouTube when I come across such videos. I have already reported these videos, but no action has been taken yet. I hope that something will be done to stop this bullying behavior. Many viewers are getting tired of these channels, and they should not be allowed to continue operating. Thank you. - S R

I recently engaged in a debate with an extremist/white supremacist on YouTube regarding topics of Genetic inferiority among racial groups. Unfortunately, my responses are not being posted despite appearing as sent on my screen. I believe YouTube is marking them as spam without notifying me. This is concerning as it gives the impression that I am avoiding the discussion and impacts the outcome of the debate. Both parties involved acknowledge the issue with YouTube's functionality. I seek assistance in ensuring my replies go through to provide a counter perspective to the misleading and complex points raised. It is crucial to address these arguments as they are deceptive and require thorough deconstruction to refute effectively.

I have been dealing with a Content Creator who has been harassing and stalking me on YouTube for over three years now. Despite reporting multiple channels to various authorities, including the FBI and local police, the situation has escalated. The individual continues to post my personal information in chats and channel descriptions as if it were me. He operates over 20 accounts solely dedicated to attacking and bullying me. Other YouTubers have also had his channels removed for similar behavior. Whenever YouTube notifies him via email, he temporarily alters the description but persists in harassing and stalking me through comments and chats. This has spilled over into real life, with the individual disclosing my location and legal name online. He has even gone as far as posting my pictures on different channels, which YouTube has failed to remove despite my reports. I am deeply troubled by this ongoing ordeal, as I have children who use YouTube, and I fear for our safety. Not only am I a target, but others have also fallen victim to his harassment. I recently reported an impersonation incident where he created a channel posing as me and shared my identification. Following this report, he modified the channel to suggest I am using derogatory language and claiming authority over YouTube. This behavior is unsustainable. The individual's sole purpose on YouTube seems to be stalking and harassing others. He openly boasts about having over [redacted] accounts to facilitate his malicious activities. Urgent action is required to address this issue promptly. I sincerely hope this matter will be addressed, and his IP address will be removed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Sweet Gemini

There is a YouTube channel called "The Delivery Driver Pit Stop" run by a guy named Michael. He has been posting multiple videos harassing me and another YouTuber, "Paid to Drive" Pete. Michael sexually harassed me through email and left mean comments on mine and others' videos. He has also spread lies about me and Pete all over YouTube and even shared Pete's parents' address and phone number publicly. His recent videos are full of harassment, lies, and slander against me and Pete. This all started because Michael thinks he owns the words "Delivery Driver," which are not copyrighted and commonly used by many.

Hello, I recently began a YouTube channel less than a week ago and have only uploaded one video. I am confused as to why my channel was terminated as I did not receive any prior warnings or strikes. When I posted the video and comments, my intention was not to violate any community guidelines, spam, or mislead anyone. As a new creator, I am still learning the ropes and sincerely apologize for any unintentional mistakes I made. I would appreciate the opportunity to continue creating content, but I am unsure of the process to have my channel reinstated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am another person concerned about a video on YouTube by PrankInvasion. The video titled "KISSING MY ACTUAL SISTER PRANK" is disturbing and inappropriate. This video has crossed a line and should not be tolerated. Those supporting such content may have concerning intentions. YouTube needs to address this issue seriously and not ignore it. I am determined to seek justice, and if this issue is not resolved within 7 days, I will take legal action. My connections in the UK can help escalate this matter globally. The channel in question must be removed promptly to prevent further harm. It is crucial to protect underage viewers from such harmful content despite age restrictions. This is not a harmless prank but a serious matter that needs attention. Legal advice supports my stance on this issue. Removing the channel is necessary for resolution. Best regards, J.O.

I've been trying to change my YouTube banner for 3 hours now without success. I'm logged into YouTube, and when I click on my profile image in the right corner, a toolbar appears where I select My Channel. After clicking on the blue Customize Channel button, I try to edit the banner by clicking on the pencil icon in the top right corner, then on Edit Channel Art. However, when prompted to sign in to select an item from online storage, I receive an error message stating that the feature is unavailable. I'm feeling really frustrated. Can anyone suggest another method to change the banner or provide insight into why this issue is occurring? Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a concern I observed on YouTube recently. The video I viewed was unexpectedly age-restricted, prompting me to address this matter with you. I believe there may have been a misclassification issue with the content. The video titled "'IT'S OK TO BE WHITE' Sign COLLEGE CAMPUS EDITION!! || Social Experiment PART 2" by the channel Operation Cold Front seemed to lack any explicit or inappropriate material like violence, sexual content, illegal activities, or threats. It is essential to rectify this as it restricts access for users below the age limit and those without Google accounts, including myself when I am not logged in. I kindly request a review and correction of this restriction. Thank you.

I purchased the movie "Down Periscope" around 8:30 p.m. on April 22nd, [redacted], through my Google account on YouTube. My bank account was charged $4.19 for the movie immediately. However, despite the purchase, I cannot locate the movie in my history or downloads. I did not receive an email confirmation either. After the purchase, a screen appeared stating I had 48 hours to watch it, but then it returned to the home screen without showing me where to find the movie. When I tried to access it again, it requested an additional payment. I am seeking assistance to either help me locate the movie for viewing within the timeframe or to process a refund. Thank you for your help. Feel free to contact me via the provided email address.

Hello, I need assistance with a YouTube channel issue. Our client established a channel for their company two to three years ago. Unfortunately, the email linked to the account belongs to a person who has departed from the company. As a result, we do not have access to the email, username, or recovery email connected to the channel. Is there a method available for our client to recover the existing channel or create a new brand channel and consolidate it with the original one to retain the subscriber base? If recovering or merging the channels is not feasible, can we set up a new brand channel and remove the old one to avoid duplicate content?

I am encountering an issue with a YouTube channel owned by a previously banned YouTuber known as "Jimmernam," now operating under the names "MiseryBox" and "Subreddits." Subscribers, likes, and comments have been disabled, causing concern among the Reddit community. Jimmernam has a history of leaking personal information and engaging in inappropriate behavior, notably with a minor. Despite the name changes, his distinctive voice and behavior link him to the banned activities. The channel "Subreddits" should be banned, and any future creations by Jimmernam must be monitored closely. Other YouTubers like "Illuminaughti" and "Cuestar" have provided detailed explanations on this matter, urging YouTube to investigate further. I appreciate your attention to this issue.

Dear Sir or Madam, I, as the Social Media Officer for the Bolton Branch of the United Kingdom Independence Party, would like to address an important matter regarding the unauthorized use of our organization's name on your platform. Three accounts, BoltonUKIP, UkipBolton, and UKIP_Bolton, falsely claim to represent our party. Despite submitting evidence proving my authorization through a message from Ryan Wood, my membership card, and a copy of my passport, only one of the cases has been resolved, while the other two fraudulent accounts remain active. This situation is concerning as it hinders our organization's ability to utilize your platform authentically, especially during the upcoming local council elections in Bolton. I kindly request a thorough review of the claims I have submitted and the immediate closure of the remaining fraudulent accounts to prevent further damage to our party's reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt response. Best regards, Joshua B. UKIP Bolton Branch Social Media Officer

I recently purchased a Roku Express+ and signed up for a free 5-day trial of YouTube TV today, April 26, [redacted]. My account is under my name, Dan Patridge, and linked to my Gmail. While I can see Cable News channels live on my Roku, other channels like ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN, and TNT are not streaming live. I keep getting prompted to verify my Home area code ([redacted]), which is correct on my account, but when I select it, nothing happens. I'm new to YouTube TV and am facing issues with live feeds for most channels. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong and how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking a way for YouTube users to be informed about video content before watching. My child, age 10, frequently watches YouTube videos, some of which are not suitable for kids. To address this issue, YouTube could: 1. Display a video's rating on the thumbnail users click to play videos. 2. Classify videos based on their content rating, such as Y, Y4, Y10, Y13, Y18, to categorize videos with adult language, violence, or sexual content. In summary, YouTube should create safe content categories with parental controls to ensure children access age-appropriate videos without parents needing to preview each video individually.
