I have inquiries about loyalty materials and intellectual property that I would like to clarify. I purchased a license from Moovly Animation Online Software Services and contacted them via email regarding the use of materials from their website, such as motion clips, motion graphics, and sounds. They assured me that all materials used from their software and website are royalty-free, and I am not breaching any IP issues. I am in the process of creating a channel on Youtube to provide English lessons for beginners. I have utilized a lot of materials from Moovly software in my videos. When I eventually monetize my channel, I want to ensure I have the right to publish videos with the mentioned materials. Here is one of the videos I have published: [redacted] I seek clarification to confirm whether my use of these materials violates any Intellectual Property or Youtube's terms of service. Thank you for your assistance.

I manage a website and had hired a contractor to create a YouTube channel a few years back called NeurofeedbackInfo. Some of the videos, especially one, have been quite successful in our industry. Unfortunately, I've been unable to contact the contractor or access the channel using various methods. We have a new video that we'd like to upload to the same channel, but we need to regain control of it first. Despite my efforts, I'm unable to determine which email is linked to the account. It's possible the contractor used their email. I'm unsure though. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out about an observation regarding the ongoing Pewdiepie versus T-Series competition on YouTube. Lately, there have been speculations about T-Series possibly using sub bots to boost their subscriber count. Initially, I dismissed these claims until I started closely monitoring the live sub count of both channels. After following the trends closely for about a week, I noticed a peculiar pattern. The subscriber gap often favored Pewdiepie during the afternoon and evening, but consistently around 9pm Eastern, T-Series experienced a sudden surge in subscribers. This daily occurrence struck me as odd and made me question if there was any manipulation happening. While I don't want to jump to conclusions, I am simply curious and would appreciate it if someone could investigate this trend further to shed light on what might be causing this unusual pattern.

Hello YouTube and Google Play, I typically rent movies through Google Play but view them on YouTube. I recently noticed the movie "About Time" in my purchased movies, which I did not intentionally buy. It seems like I may have accidentally purchased it. Can you please refund or assist me in removing this movie from my Google account? I did not enjoy it and prefer not to have it in my library. Additionally, could you provide guidance on removing expired rental movies like "Notebook," "A Star is Born," and "Train to Busan" from my YouTube library? I aim to keep my library of purchases empty after viewing movies. Thank you for your assistance.

On March 29, I uploaded my music video for my song "So Over Fake Friends." It was going well with 3.8k views until three days ago when all the views started disappearing. Each day, the view count goes down - from 3.4k to 3.2k now. Despite YouTube's insights showing 4.2k views, the numbers are dropping to 3.[redacted]. I have evidence with pictures and haven't used any bots or paid for views. Moreover, my song is now missing from YouTube search results when it used to rank high under 'fake friends song.' This is crucial for my career as views lead to gigs and radio play. Can someone please investigate this issue promptly? My account name is Wendy Moore. Thank you. Regards, Wendy Moore

Recently, YouTube has raised the threshold for YouTube Live Mobile users to 1,[redacted] subscribers per channel. As a school teacher who has used YouTube Live for four years to broadcast classroom activities, this change has affected my ability to stream live from my first-grade classroom, impacting families who are unable to physically attend due to various reasons like work commitments, deployment, or travel. While YouTube still permits livestreaming via webcam on desktops, my school district recently invested in new iPad equipment specifically for mobile streaming on YouTube. I am hopeful that YouTube can consider making an exception for educators like me to continue using mobile livestreaming capabilities to benefit students and families.

I have been trying to contact your websites such as Twitter and Instagram, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response regarding my issue, which is very disappointing. I urgently need help from YouTube as my account was hacked a few days ago, leading to the deletion of my YouTube channel named "Elyssa A." This channel had over 7,[redacted] subscribers and contained around 18 videos, including my cover videos of KPOP songs. It is crucial to me as it is linked to my job as a singer, serving as a platform to promote my work and is also associated with Adsense. I seek your assistance in recovering my channel. Thank you for your help.

It is frustrating how search engines sometimes lead us astray. The information available can be overwhelming and sometimes inaccurate. It's important to fact-check and be critical of the sources we encounter.

I'm having trouble getting YouTube TV to work despite trying various solutions. I've even watched YouTube tutorials, but nothing has worked so far. As a result, much of my free trial is being wasted without getting to fully experience what YouTube TV has to offer. I was unable to try the trial a few weeks back because my old phone wasn't compatible, but now I have a new Samsung Galaxy J2 Core. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

There is one glaring issue with YouTube TV – it's pricey and lacks several channels like the History Channel. I can get internet for $45 a month and add full cable for just $5 more with 70 extra channels. The whole premise of "cutting the cord" was to have control over what channels we pay for without breaking the bank. YouTube TV missed that completely. Hoping they reconsider their pricing strategy. If they offered customizable plans with channel selection and transparent pricing, that would be ideal. I'll stick with Sling for now at $25 monthly, mainly for Comcast Sports Network (NBCSN). Unless YouTube TV gets more affordable and provides incentives, I won't be making the switch. It should not cost more than bundling internet and cable together, that's unreasonable.

When you purchase a Google Music app account on an Android phone, you might receive a complimentary YouTube Premium account. This gives you the convenience of being able to listen to YouTube in the background. If you've bought the Google Music app, open the YouTube app and navigate to settings. Look for "Paid Subscriptions" or a similar option to confirm your access to Premium YouTube. Creating an account should not require any additional payment. In my case, I have two YouTube accounts, and I found my free account linked to the second one. If there are any payment discrepancies, YouTube will notify you, as they did with me via email.

I run a small YouTube channel under the name Ida Gohla. I only started this year, and every subscriber and viewer is important to me. On April 10th, I reached 60 subscribers after uploading 13 videos, working tirelessly on creating good content even by sacrificing sleep for editing. I even left my job to focus on this, and reaching 60 subscribers was motivating, but today it dropped to 55, and I can't understand why. I don't believe my subscribers would unsubscribe without reason. Something seems off with the system. Please respond promptly.

I have noticed a discrepancy in the recent view count for BTS' "Boy With Luv" music video. Evidence on Twitter shows a sudden deduction of 10 million views in real-time, which cannot simply be dismissed as bot activity by YouTube. This loss of views is unacceptable considering the dedication and effort fans put into supporting BTS through streaming. It is disheartening to see YouTube manipulating view counts like this and selectively adding views to other videos. As part of the BTS fandom, known as ARMY, we demand transparency and fairness in view counts. The community of 19.1 million ARMY on Twitter urges YouTube to rectify this issue by restoring the 10 million views and refraining from further interference with view counts. We expect YouTube to uphold their responsibility to content creators and address this matter promptly. Regards, M.

Dear YouTube Support, I wanted to share my recent experience regarding BTS's new music video release. ARMYs (BTS fans) have been eagerly trying to set a new record for the most viewed music video on YouTube in 24 hours. We were on track to reach [redacted] million views when suddenly 10 million views were deleted, dropping us back to 80 million views. We are perplexed by why these views were removed. Our dedication as ARMY members shines through as we sacrificed sleep to stream BTS's video continuously. Our intention was simply to express our love and gratitude towards BTS for all they do for us. It feels unjust to have our hard work discounted in this manner. Furthermore, this action not only affects ARMY but also impacts BTS unfairly. Therefore, I kindly request that the deleted views be restored. Your understanding and attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear YouTube, I want to address a recent incident with a video by Chanel ibighit featuring a song by BTS and Halsey called "Boy With Luv." Approximately half an hour ago, there was a sudden reduction of 10 million views on the video, bringing the count from 90 million views down to 80 million. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this action. I believe it is important for YouTube to provide an explanation for this significant view deduction, as it appears unfair and biased towards the hardworking artists and their loyal fans. I kindly request that the views be reinstated to rectify this situation. It is my hope that by addressing this issue, we can reach an amicable resolution. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Could you please address the issue regarding the views on BTS's new MV? The view count dropped from 91 million to 80 million, and this isn't the first time something like this has happened. It's disheartening to put in so much effort to stream the video diligently only to have views removed unfairly. Accusations about buying views are baseless, and it's concerning that YT is making such claims without evidence. I urge you to restore all the deleted views promptly. As fans, we dedicate time and energy to support BTS, and it's frustrating to encounter these setbacks. We hope for transparency and fairness in resolving this matter promptly to avoid any further discontent among fans.

Could you please stop removing the view count on BTS' music videos? It's important to acknowledge their success without interference. It seems biased to inflate other K-pop groups' views while downplaying BTS' achievements. Let's focus on maintaining accuracy and giving credit where it's due. Show appreciation for the hard work put in by many individuals. It's time to reconsider your actions and show respect. Let's take a moment to reflect and be fair.

I have been struggling with a problem regarding my YouTube channel, named Joshua Slutsky. I created it a long time ago but now can't access it. I wish to delete an embarrassing video on there, but I've encountered issues with my iCloud account ([redacted]) linked to it. Unfortunately, I can't remember the password for my iCloud account, rendering me unable to unlock it or access the YouTube channel. I don't recall the necessary details to recover the iCloud account, notably my date of birth and the security questions. This video is causing me a great deal of distress, and I urgently need it removed along with terminating the channel. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

While watching a video from T&C Paranormal Investigations called "We Followed A Dark Web Mystery Box Map," I noticed a concerning incident. The video, uploaded on February 10th, [redacted], shows two men exploring a wooded area believed to be an old tree farm. One of them fired multiple shots into the woods in fear of something unseen, despite his friend expressing alarm. As a responsible hunter, I understand the importance of firearm safety and target awareness. I left a comment on the video urging the shooter to be more cautious. It is crucial for individuals handling firearms to know their surroundings and not shoot recklessly, as bullets travel fast and pose a serious danger. I feel this behavior should be addressed as a safety issue, so I intend to report it to YouTube to ensure accountability. It's essential for everyone to understand the risks associated with improper firearm use to prevent accidents or harm to others.

Hello! I am encountering an issue where I do not receive notifications for new comments on my YouTube channel. Despite thoroughly checking the notification settings on email, desktop, and phone, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Oddly, I receive notifications for new subscribers, replies to my comments, and other channel activities, but not for new comments on my own channel. To view new comments, I am forced to check the community/comments section each time. This has been ongoing for a few months, causing frustration. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter to identify the underlying problem. This feature used to work correctly, and I am hoping for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention and assistance! Terry
