Dear Google, I have been a dedicated YouTuber for most of my life, focusing on creating music covers ranging from metal to pop to R&B. One of my videos, the EMSUS PROMO VIDEO [redacted], was done purely for fun and was not intended for profit. Despite this, I received two copyright notices as a young teenager. I deeply value respecting other artists and am reaching out to request a review of my account status in order to either regain access or retrieve my videos for backup. As a 28-year-old, I cherish the memories of my teenage years, and my YouTube account holds sentimental value, including private videos that I would like to preserve. Best regards, Mantas V. EXnitroxxxxx, Victim is a Dance Floor P.S. The impact of this situation has weighed heavily on me over the years.

Hello, Yesterday, I received a notification that someone may have accessed my YouTube and Google accounts, resulting in their suspension. I have not been given a specific reason for the suspension. I have already changed my password. I am unsure why my account has been suspended as I believe I have adhered to the community guidelines. I suspect someone may have hacked my YouTube account, which could have led to the suspension. My channel has no content, so that cannot be the issue. It is possible that someone falsely reported me. I would like to know the user's identity and the exact reason for my suspension. I have previously reported a user who made harassing and homophobic comments without any action being taken against them. This situation is frustrating as I have favorite content on my account. Please reinstate my account to its previous state. Thank you. Best regards, Pedro

Hello, I want to express my gratitude for the free music on YouTube. As someone who undergoes dialysis three times a week, I rely on the music to help me relax during the long treatment days. I've reached out via email explaining that the program's cost is too high for me due to my fixed income, age, and medical expenses. I'm aware of the student rate of $5.99 per month and am willing to make that work. I understand the need for advertising and operational costs. This is a crucial time in my life, and I just want to find enjoyment. If needed, I can provide documentation of my medical situation. Please contact me at [redacted] or text [redacted]. Thanks and best regards.

YouTube is a public space similar to a pub, a street, or a park. It's crucial to enforce rules against hateful and aggressive behavior, just like in any other public space. It's important for YouTube to monitor and remove individuals who pose a threat to others. It's necessary to report such individuals and their content to authorities for appropriate action. In real life, such behavior would not be tolerated on the streets or in a pub, so it should not be allowed on YouTube either. By maintaining standards of respectful behavior, YouTube can ensure it remains a welcoming platform for everyone.

I have spent the last two years curating playlists for TV shows like The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Konohana Kitan that are hard to find due to age or lack of US release. Recently, the videos on these playlists have been removed due to copyright violations, even though I ensure they comply with copyright laws and cite sources properly. It is time-consuming to search for and recreate these playlists on YouTube, where I watch using my Roku TV instead of cable. Despite the setback, I still want to continue enjoying these series.

Hello YouTube community, I'm reaching out for guidance regarding my new channel. It covers a wide range of content including gaming, cooking, travel, unboxing, comparing, and photography/cinematography. Despite having only a few gaming videos currently posted, I've encountered an issue with monetization being disabled. I'm unclear why this has happened as I have made efforts to adhere to the guidelines. I acknowledge the need for a certain viewership to generate income, but I seek clarification on why I cannot activate ads on my channel. My ultimate goal, alongside my wife, is to share enjoyable and inspiring content showcasing different facets of life. We are in the process of relocating to Hawaii and plan to share our experiences through YouTube. Could someone please address the following queries: 1. Can you assist in enabling monetization on my channel? 2. How can we effectively attract more viewers to our channel? Your insights and guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Will & Christine (TruthNAgony)

Years ago, my account got inadvertently linked to my old roommate's account, possibly under the username "twiggy." His real name is Marcus Jimenez. He used his channel frequently, posting content that led to my account being permanently banned due to a violation that I had no knowledge of. I am not tech-savvy and have no interest in uploading or downloading content. All I want is to watch, like, and bookmark videos for later viewing. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I seek assistance to regain access. I am unsure how to prove my innocence in this situation after years of disconnect from my ex-roommate. I miss enjoying my music videos and would appreciate any help available.

I am a Youtube partner with a monetized channel of 120K subscribers called "Tarot in Arabic by Gem," which has been wrongfully suspended. I believe this happened because I posted too many comments on my latest video due to forgetting a tarot reading for Capricorn. I pinned the Capricorn reading in a comment to rectify this mistake, but numerous comments kept coming in, and I replied to each, advising them to read the pinned comment. It seems like YouTube may have mistaken this for spam. I seek a manual review of my channel, as I value my subscribers and my channel's ranking in my field. I apologize if I inadvertently violated the guidelines and request another chance to rectify this situation. Thank you for your help in getting my channel reinstated.

I am appalled by the frightening videos on YouTube that are negatively impacting children, including my son. One video, "Real fnaf springtrap foxy & chica vs kids - what happens?", has caused my son to have nightmares and cling to me in fear. Another video even portrays kids attempting to harm their mother, which is entirely inappropriate and distressing. My 4-year-old now believes that zombie robots are a real threat despite my reassurances. YouTube's allowance of such content targeting children is distressing and unacceptable. My child's sense of safety has been compromised, even during daytime. I am deeply disappointed and upset by YouTube's failure to prevent such harmful material from reaching young viewers. I am determined to escalate this issue further. Opal G.

Hello, I am Keith Jones, and I recently received a notification stating that my page lost monetization due to purported content reuse, which I find perplexing. My videos, including the popular "Wham Bam Thank You Scam" documentary, were all created, edited, and feature original content. I own the copyrights to these videos and have not used anyone else's material. The allegation of content reuse is hindering me financially, and I am certain that I comply with YouTube's regulations. I am seeking human intervention to resolve this issue promptly to avoid further infringement accusations on my original work. My YouTube Page: [redacted] Thank you, Keith J. (Australia)

Is there a way to recover deleted YouTube videos? I deleted a bunch in [redacted] and would love to have them back if possible. My current channel name is "aJunctionMalfunction." I know it's a long shot, but I'm desperate to know if any of the videos from 2[redacted] can be retrieved. I regret deleting them as they hold precious memories. Even if you can find just one video, it would mean a lot to me. I understand if the files are gone forever, but I'm hopeful that somewhere there might be a chance to recover them. Thanks for any help you can provide.

My grandson has been posting videos on a YouTube account under the name CoolAdamPeabody. I never approved of it, but discussing parenting with my son usually ends in disagreement. Amid the turmoil of a broken marriage, my grandson is caught between parents who use YouTube as both a distraction and a way to earn approval. My wife and I subscribed and turned on notifications to monitor our grandson and protect him from online dangers. Recently, I discovered that his account was terminated for violating YouTube's Community Guidelines. When we asked him, he didn't provide the full story on why his account was terminated and the specific guideline he breached. While I know that 10-year-olds aren't supposed to have Gmail or YouTube accounts, it's challenging with children having access to technology at a young age. We need help finding out what led to the account termination so we can guide him on the right path and prevent any negative consequences in the future. Please advise on who to contact for further information. Thank you, Jeff Peabody.

Dear YouTube Team, I kindly request the assistance of a human reader to address the issue with my channel being blocked. I reported another user for using my content in an offensive manner where they referred to my spouse in a derogatory manner in a video titled "His bride is a horse." The video contains footage of my family without my permission at 1 hour, 28 minutes, and 36 seconds. I submitted a copyright complaint due to the unauthorized use of my video, which resulted in my channel being blocked as YouTube deemed the complaint invalid. I implore you to reconsider and unblock my channel, as this is the first and only time such an incident has occurred. My channel is a popular Russian-language blog about Vietnam with unique content. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution soon. Warm regards, Sergey Kuropov

I recently launched a YouTube Channel, striving to grow it as my full-time passion. However, in my eagerness to expand the channel, I may have inadvertently violated the community guidelines on spam by commenting on similar videos to attract viewers. Unaware of this violation initially, I have since familiarized myself with the guidelines and now fully understand YouTube's policies. If given the opportunity to reactivate my account, I guarantee compliance with the rules. I have dedicated countless hours to my channel and would sincerely appreciate your consideration in reinstating it. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. My YouTube Channel is EJC Adventures.

I posted a video of my rabbit on YouTube three years ago, and it was recently flagged for needing an age restriction. I find this decision unjustified as there is nothing in the video that violates any content guidelines. I believe there are more concerning videos on the platform that should be addressed instead. I expressed my concerns through an appeal, but YouTube insists on keeping the age restriction in place. I am frustrated by this situation and demand that this unnecessary restriction be removed promptly.

After challenging three flagged videos last year in quick succession, my YouTube channel with 70 videos was mistakenly removed on 12/26/18. I want to clarify that my content is unrelated to "sex trafficking" and focuses on informing, educating, and enjoying consensual and safe kinky play among enthusiastic adults. My videos are clearly marked as 18+, and I always start with a disclaimer stating that underage viewers are not allowed. The removal of my channel, which features interviews with individuals discussing various aspects of kink, seems unfounded. Despite reaching out to YouTube 30 and 60 days post-deletion, I have received no response after 90 days. Any advice on reinstating my channel or retrieving my videos would be appreciated before I consider alternatives. Thank you! - MadameSamanthaB

As a Catholic priest in Puerto Rico, I have been deeply troubled by the recent activities of a young man named Adeyinka Grandson from Nigeria, who appears to be residing in London. He has been spreading messages of hate and violence on your platform, with threats of exterminating tribes in Nigeria using chemical and biological warfare. This behavior is alarming and could incite serious repercussions if left unchecked. I urge Youtube to take immediate action to prevent further dissemination of his harmful content. Let us not wait for a tragedy to occur before addressing this issue. I appreciate your services, but they should not be misused to promote such negativity. Let's work together to uphold peace and understanding.

I'm currently facing a distressing situation with my old YouTube account from when I was 11 years old. It's causing me to be bullied at school, and I would like the videos removed and if possible the account deleted. Unfortunately, the account is inactive, and I have no access to the email or phone number associated with it for verification. I am willing to provide my passport, birth certificate, and the videos on my Snapchat as proof of identity. The situation is deeply troubling and has led to school involvement, resulting in me being sent home due to the distress it's causing. I would appreciate a prompt response as I am eager to resolve this matter quickly. Thank you.

My channel (repaerguy67) was terminated, and I feel this action was unjustified. I do not believe my videos or channel violated the "community guidelines." Please review my channel to determine if it was wrongly flagged by viewers. My videos did not contain: - "Nudity or sexual content" as stated in the reason for termination. - "Violent or graphic content." - "Hateful content" or any form of hate speech. - "Threats," as I would never engage in such behavior. - "Spam/scam" content. - "Misleading metadata," as I always adhere to tagging rules. If I unknowingly violated any rules, I apologize and assure you it won't happen again. Kindly reconsider and reinstate my channel. Thank you, [redacted]

Subject: Appeal to Restore Disabled YouTube Channel Dear YouTube, I am writing to appeal the decision to disable and close my YouTube channel. The video in question, "Mnangagwa must hand over power to Chamisa says Jim Kunaka," was posted within the legal guidelines. I have official documentation from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services in Zimbabwe supporting my position. I kindly request the restoration of my YouTube channel as it serves as a platform for numerous content creators and musicians in Zimbabwe. Disabling my account would negatively impact the creative community that relies on my channel. As a country, we are adapting to the challenges of the digital age and aim to align with global standards. Your reconsideration is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Stewart Nyamayaro
