Hello, thank you for the time. I am inquiring about the disabled monetize function on youtube. I have readhed over * million minutes watch time, and I understand if I don’t qualify yet, but it is demorilizing to see that it is not enabled. Also my other account is disabled. I would love to know what I can do, or the proper precautions and or steps in order to resolve this issue. I will do whatever it takes, to make sure I am compliant with guidlines and regulations, as I hope to always be that is why I am wondering what happened. Each video that is not mine I attribute to c.c as well as reinforce that it is available to be reused. Thanks again for your time.
