Dear, I used to have an old YouTube channel named Ketiuszka, where I had some cover songs. The channel was associated with the email [redacted] Recently, I discovered that the channel is still active but someone else is now using it to post gaming videos. I have since started a new channel under my name, Natalia Piorunek, with a Google email address. I can no longer access the Ketiuszka account with my non-Google email and I am hoping to regain control of it. I wish to find out if my old videos are still there, possibly set to private. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my old account. Thank you, Natalia Piorunek

During an intermission on my YouTube gaming live stream, I accidentally left a video unmuted for about 5 minutes. As a result, my stream got terminated, and now I'm facing a 90-day streaming restriction. I've reached out to the channel through comments and Twitter, hoping for a resolution. I've already deleted the live stream, and I'm just a small YouTuber who was exhausted and trying to unwind. I didn't claim the video or its content, and I now understand the seriousness of playing videos during a stream. I'll make sure not to repeat this mistake in the future. Thank you, AnxietyKid.

Hello, I am a gaming channel called TiigerPro GT on YouTube with around 60 subscribers. Typically, my videos receive 40-60 views each. However, over the last 4-5 videos, I have noticed a decrease in views. Initially, the videos would have about 60 views on the first day, but by the second day, this would drop to 20 views. I read online that YouTube might be removing views from bots or robots, but I don't believe my channel has any automated views. I am worried that this trend may continue as my channel grows. I suspect it might be a glitch causing YouTube bots to remove my views without cause. I kindly request that you cease removing views from my future videos and consider restoring the views from my previous 4-5 videos. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

There is a YouTube channel called Jay's Reviews that talks about gaming, but some fans are feeling frustrated by the creator's lack of respect for differing opinions on the game "Sly Cooper." Despite mixed reviews, the original poster enjoys the fourth installment and feels upset by the creator's aggressive responses to opposing views. This has led to sleepless nights and even discussions with a counselor. Although many fans dislike the game, a few YouTubers share the original poster's positive outlook. The writer is looking for a solution and requests intervention without revealing their identity.

I am currently dealing with being locked out of my account due to a video my young grandson made on my iPad featuring his cousins. After appealing the decision and being denied, I have lost access to all my family videos. Despite explaining that I did not create the video, it was accidentally uploaded along with other content, and my account is solely for family videos, I have not been able to get my account reinstated. I understand the removal of the video in question, but I am devastated to lose all my family memories. I simply want the opportunity to explain and be given another chance as I would never intentionally post inappropriate content. It is incredibly disheartening when circumstances beyond our control lead to such consequences, especially when there is no opportunity to clarify.

A video of my then possibly 2-year-old son singing his ABCs, which has been up for years for family to see, has been pulled and flagged for inappropriate sexual content. I strongly deny any wrongdoing as my son was fully clothed in the video. I am unable to appeal this decision as the form link redirects me back to the same page. I refuse to accept a strike for something so false and offensive. There is no email contact available, no online support, and long wait times over the phone. I demand the removal of this strike from my account and urge them to thoroughly review such serious accusations. I am deeply upset by this unjust action.

My Facebook account got hacked, and the hacker retrieved my old phone number from there to access my phone. They took a discreet video from my phone and transferred it to their device before deleting it from mine. This incident occurred because I refused to donate money for a charitable cause. The hacker, who goes by the name of Dakota Sylvan, posted the video on YouTube. They have been pretending to be Jean Douglas and falsely claiming to be the Police Director from YouTube. If the video is not taken down, I will involve my lawyer, and legal action will be taken against both this individual and the company hosting the video. I will seek damages double the worth of the company if my name is defamed in any way.

Hello, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the YouTube channel of an exceptionally talented 13-year-old pianist named Emily-Jane Luo. Over the past five days, it has come to our attention that the views on her videos have remained frozen. This is quite unusual as Emily-Jane typically garners a worldwide audience for her impressive renditions of classical pieces by composers like Bach and Beethoven. To find her channel, simply search for "Emily-Jane Luo" on YouTube. One of her most popular videos features her playing Bach's French Suite at the age of nine. Other noteworthy performances include Rachmaninoff's Musical Moments No. 4, Beethoven's Sonata No. 5, and her piano concertos with both Russian and Italian orchestras. It is imperative that her view count is corrected promptly as Emily utilizes YouTube as a platform to share her passion for music and inspire others. I kindly request that the views on her videos be unfrozen at your earliest convenience. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or give me a call at +[redacted]8 to confirm that this issue has been resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to bring attention to inappropriate and sexually suggestive comments that are surfacing on YouTube Kids within videos featuring young children engaging in activities like yoga, twister, or eating popsicles. These comments come from various accounts, leaving disturbing remarks without consequences. Some comments include timestamps that direct viewers to moments in the video showing the children in compromising positions. Additionally, there are links to external websites and other videos, some of which contain advertisements. This behavior tarnishes the once-great reputation of your platform. Numerous individuals are freely engaging in this conduct, exchanging information in the comments section. It is crucial that action is taken to address this issue before it escalates further. I believe it's essential to address this widespread problem without requiring specific video links, as this seems to be a pervasive issue across YouTube Kids that needs immediate attention.

I attempted to report multiple videos for privacy infringement as they feature me and other young girls, all aged between 10 and 14, dancing in what was intended to be a safe setting. The uploader has shared this footage of us without our consent or the consent of our legal guardians. When I tried reporting the privacy violation, I received an email from YouTube less than a minute later stating no guidelines were violated, which seems unlikely they reviewed the videos in that short span. We are clearly identifiable in the footage, with our dance school's name and town visible on some of the girls' clothing, making us all uneasy with the videos being accessible on YouTube by anyone. Unsure if this also constitutes copyright infringement, as the channel added different audio to the original videos. All the girls in the videos are underage, with the oldest being 16 in one video but only 14 in the other. Posting videos of young girls without their or their guardians' consent surely breaches rules and is appalling. The channel in question also features videos of much younger children, around 4 or 5, and given our privacy violation, I doubt these children or their parents are even aware of their identifiable footage being shared. We discovered the channel through a friend who recognized us while watching random videos. The uploader did not notify us about using our images, and we are unfamiliar with this person.

I received an email from YouTube stating that I had "Violated a Community Guideline," and they removed my video. The video in question was intended for kids. I ensure that all my content is kid-friendly and adhere to the guidelines rigorously. I believe my video should not have a strike. This strike is causing me significant issues as I rely on live videos every weekend. With this strike, I am unable to do what I usually do. I have noticed others facing a similar problem. I request YouTube to review and remove the "Community Guideline Strike" from my account and restore my video along with my live streaming access. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution.

I've been encountering playback error messages while using my branded YouTube account on various game consoles. Whether it's my PS4, Xbox One, or Switch, every attempt to watch a video results in a playback error, offering only the options to move to the next video or go back, both leading to more errors without additional details. Interestingly, when I switch to my non-branded account under the same YouTube profile, I can stream videos without a hitch on the consoles. However, this creates a disconnect as my subscriptions, search history, and recommendations don't transfer over, making it feel like a whole different account. Fortunately, I can still watch videos smoothly with my branded account on mobile devices and web browsers, but the issue persists solely on the game consoles, which are my primary YouTube viewing platforms.

Hello, we are facing a challenge. We have forgotten the email address associated with our YouTube channel, Grapelaiset (youtube.com/user/Grapelaiset). We understand that email addresses are private information, so we are not asking for it. Instead, could you please send an email notification to the owner's account for us? This way, we hope to discover if the channel was linked to an older email account that we might still have access to.

I'm concerned about my son's safety due to videos he uploaded on YouTube featuring his school uniform with the school's name clearly visible. My ex-partner is unaware of our child's school name for safety concerns, and I fear he could find out through these videos. Despite my attempts, I've been unsuccessful in removing the videos as they were posted over a year ago, and my son doesn't remember how he did it. I've reported the content for violating my rights, yet the videos remain active on YouTube. I urgently need assistance in removing these videos to protect my child. Your help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this distressing situation.

I am Hoang Oanh, a Vietnamese singer known for the song "Mai Mai Gan Nhau," which was uploaded on YouTube and shared with my fans. Unfortunately, the video was taken down by the administrator due to copyright infringement notifications. The song was recorded in [redacted] in Vietnam, and at that time, it had no copyright agreement between Vietnam and the USA. If anyone claims ownership, it should be singer Thanh Thuy or me. Thanh Thuy resides in San Francisco, while I'm in Orange County, CA. If there are false claims of ownership over the song, please be aware. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues logging into my YouTube account. I believe I may have associated it with a Gmail account that I am unaware of. Despite attempting to recover it using the legacy account process, I am unable to verify my details. Previously, I could sign in by entering "Kill123bro" into the Gmail login, and it would prompt me to choose between two accounts, but now it automatically logs me into the wrong account. I urgently require assistance as I can only access my account on my PS4. If there is an associated Gmail account that I am unaware of, kindly inform me, as I have the passwords and can potentially access it with that information. Thank you.

I have two questions regarding YouTube. Firstly, is it true that since September [redacted], YouTube has disabled the option to remove the "Watch Later" and "Share" buttons from embedded videos? I found a source confirming this on a WordPress forum. Secondly, why is YouTube not accepting my custom thumbnails anymore? According to the help pages, this is a known issue being worked on. Can you provide any insight on these matters? Thank you. Julie B. I have come across numerous negative reviews regarding the poor customer service at Youtube, where users often wait weeks, months, or even years for responses. My family and I use Youtube to watch videos and share content. Unfortunately, when issues arise, we struggle to get clear explanations or assistance. Recently, my channel was suspended, but the email stated it was terminated when I tried to access a video. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a specific reason for this action. I've always followed the guidelines, using only original content and sound effects I created myself. I've made efforts to grow my channel, engaging with others in my niche and promoting on Instagram. I filed an appeal which was denied without an explanation. I desperately need to understand what went wrong and restore my channel, especially because it's a family project with my young son. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to hear back soon.

I recently tried to contact Google's customer service through the provided number for youtube support. However, after going through the menu options, it was indicated that due to high call volume, youtube could not take calls at that time; this contradicts Google's claim of offering phone support. I am reaching out because I believe there are errors on my account that need clarification. I prefer resolving this matter over the phone instead of through email. I expect a callback by the end of the day or the latest by 11:59 PM. If phone support is not offered, please provide the information regarding this policy via email at [redacted]

The Deaf Community is deeply upset by a YouTube Channel named "Five Minute Crafts" for misrepresenting our cultural identity. They featured a person who does not fluently use American Sign Language or British Sign Language to teach incorrect signs. The video has received numerous negative comments from our community. We are disappointed by this disrespect towards us. Kindly request that they remove this content.
