I purchased Season 2 of Siesta Key and the current season of Teen Mom 2. I have receipts for both, but when trying to watch, it prompts "payment is required." I was forced to pay for each episode separately. I contacted YouTube support 2-3 days ago with no reply. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. The email for my YouTube receipts is [redacted] Any assistance is appreciated. -Carla H.

I recently received an email from iTunes regarding a supposed charge of 12.99 for a month of YouTube Red subscription on my card. However, upon checking my YouTube account, there is no record of this transaction, and I do not have access to YouTube Red. I also checked my recent purchases in the Settings of my YouTube account, and there are no recent transactions listed. The email address provided for contact is the same one associated with my YouTube account. I would like to request a refund for this charge or understand why my YouTube account is not reflecting this subscription.

I started my YouTube TV subscription on my new TV at our vacation home in Maine, so the local channels are from Portland. I’m now home in Houston, TX, and trying to switch my YouTube TV local channels to the ones here in Houston. I tried to "change my location" in my YouTube TV account settings, but it still shows my location as Portland, even though I thought I had successfully changed it to Houston on the website. If I can't switch local stations between the two homes when I'm in one place or the other, YouTube TV is not going to work for me. I hope I don't have to purchase a separate membership for each location. Thank you for your assistance.

My channel named Panpsychism seems to have disappeared from YouTube, along with all its original and non-controversial content. The reason for its removal remains a mystery to me. YouTube provided a standard email response with vague explanations and no way to directly address the issue. The email states that my channel violated some policies and is not eligible for monetization. It mentions a 30-day period to make adjustments and reapply for the Partner Program. Despite this setback, I can still upload, edit, and analyze my videos, engage with my audience, and access various features on the platform. The email also outlines steps to follow to regain monetization privileges, emphasizing the need to comply with YouTube's policies and guidelines. The process of reapplying for monetization will involve another review of my content by YouTube's team. It's a frustrating situation, but I must work within these guidelines to hopefully restore my channel's monetization status.

Our nonprofit religious organization operates a YouTube channel at [redacted] We received an email yesterday informing us that our account was terminated without prior notice. We suspect it may have been compromised, potentially leading to the posting of inappropriate content. Unfortunately, we were unable to investigate further as our access was revoked. Our channel broadcasts Sunday morning sessions for individuals unable to attend in person, offering meditation practices. We have a significant number of archived videos that we wish to recover. We kindly seek assistance in reestablishing access to our channel or guidance on how to retrieve our videos. Thank you for your support. Linda Grove, Executive Director of KCC. On January 12th, our family experienced an issue with our shared account, which contains cherished memories such as holidays, birthdays, Christmases, and other important moments. This account, shared among 40 family members, was initially created by us as grandparents to preserve images and special occasions. Unfortunately, our account was suspended after uploading a video that unknowingly contained copyrighted music. Despite multiple requests for clarification on why the account was suspended or deactivated, we have not received any responses. It is possible that the suspension was related to a video featuring modest photos of our daughter as an infant in the 70s on the beach, with no inappropriate content shown. We have lost access to over [redacted] family videos and are eager to recover them, with any videos violating guidelines removed. How can we proceed with recovering our account and videos?

I uploaded private videos of my girlfriend and myself on YouTube without understanding the policies, leading to multiple violations and a suspension. I am requesting the reinstatement of my account as I had no prior policy violations. These videos were solely for private viewing and not meant for public distribution. Please reinstate my account promptly. I appreciate your understanding and consideration. Thank you. Mike E.

I have a free trial membership with YouTube Music through my new Roku player. Everything was fine initially, but now I encounter an issue where a message keeps popping up asking me to try the free trial, even though I already have one. The features advertised, like continuous music playback when changing screens, are not available. The constant pop-up asking me to start a trial is frustrating. I have raised this issue once, and now this is the second time I am reaching out through you. I hope this can be resolved as I would like to enjoy the full features promised during the trial period. Thanks.

Hello, I signed up for the free trial of YouTube Premium today. I used my Google Pay linked to PayPal. It was stated that no payment would be taken until March 12th, so I proceeded. However, later I received emails. There was a £1 refund to PayPal from Google, but then I saw a transaction to Google for £75.99! When I checked my PayPal account, I found that Google had pre-authorized two transactions. One for £1 was refunded, and one for £74.99 is still pending. Why was money taken for a free trial, especially such a large amount? I did not authorize this transaction. I have raised a PayPal dispute. This situation has upset me as my account is now empty. Will this money be returned since it's only pre-authorized, or is it an actual payment?

Dear Youtube, I am writing to bring to your attention a troubling issue regarding a user, NEZAMEOB, who is posting dangerous video content targeting American professionals of Iranian heritage. Specifically, a blackmail video concerning Dr. Said Rahban, MD, has caused great distress to him and his family, leading to potential acts of domestic terrorism. The video in question was posted on March 21, [redacted], and since then Dr. Rahban has faced threats and financial exploitation. It is evident that these actions are aimed at extorting Dr. Rahban and harming his reputation and financial well-being. His health has suffered greatly, and at 72 years old, he feels powerless to stop this criminal activity. Therefore, I urge Youtube to cooperate by removing the video and preventing NEZAMEOB from continuing to target vulnerable individuals. Our team is prepared to take further action with criminal prosecution against these individuals or groups. For more details on relevant legal statutes, please refer to the provided links. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Invest Concierge, represented by Kim Do, Managing Partner Executive Management Services Beverly Hills [redacted]

Hello, I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a situation involving my friend's mobile phone. Unfortunately, it was used without authorization to upload videos onto YouTube that are causing distress due to their content discussing religion. We have the device used to upload the videos, but my friend cannot recall the email address and password used for the account. Any help in removing these videos or recovering the account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For the past four weeks, I have not received any notifications from my YouTube channel. I manage both my channel account and my personal account, with the latter subscribed to the channel to monitor subscriber experience. Several subscribers have reported the same issue, and it is now reflected in my analytics. Notifications used to drive around 13% of viewers to my streams, but this has dropped drastically to under 0.8% in a 4-week period. Despite reaching out on Twitter multiple times, the responses have been vague, with promises to investigate the issue but no follow-up updates provided. My channel, MrKrow, is experiencing a complete lack of notifications, and I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance or clear answers. I kindly request prompt communication on whether this issue can be resolved or if notifications are no longer supported, so I can make necessary adjustments.

Good morning. I'm a mother and a babysitter, and the kids love watching Blippi. Today, while we were enjoying "Blippi Explores the Pacific Science Center" in the classroom, there was an inappropriate ad break. I overheard two girls discussing using a corn dog inappropriately. I was shocked YouTube would showcase such content on a video for children. The ad seemed to be for a new Hulu series, possibly named "Shrill." This isn't the first time this has happened; a similar incident occurred while my daughter was watching "Funneh." It's concerning to see such ads with sexual content targeting young viewers. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I have been running my YouTube channel for a month and a half and have reached over [redacted] subscribers. Every time I reach [redacted] subscribers, suddenly, hours later at the same minute, a group of subscribers leave, which has been happening since I set up the custom URL. For instance, recently, after setting up the custom URL, 10 people left instantly at the same moment. Then, last night, without warning, 38 people left simultaneously. I find this unusual as I only had one person leave my channel before. This repetitive loss of subscribers is discouraging, and I am concerned about the glitch in the system causing this. I want to continue growing my channel without losing subscribers due to technical issues.

Back in October [redacted], my friends and I created the YouTube channel KELTgaming to post gaming videos for fun. After some classmates discovered our channel, we got embarrassed and set all videos to private. However, in our rush, we accidentally logged out and forgot the password. We attempted to regain access recently, but cannot recall the email or password associated. We have enough knowledge of the videos on the channel to provide guidance, as the voice in the videos matches mine now. We only wish to access our old account to view the private videos or possibly upload new content, but are stuck due to the forgotten login details.

When I try to watch a YouTube video, the screen displays black boxes or a thumbnail from a different video. I am unable to view videos in full screen as half of the screen is blocked, making it frustrating to watch any content. The "auto play" feature is particularly troublesome as the next video covers half of the screen, with black boxes obstructing the bottom portion. Sometimes, the video appears in the middle of the screen with a large black outline surrounding it, making it barely visible on my iPhone. This issue has become increasingly irritating as I cannot fully enjoy watching videos due to these display problems.

YouTube, what is the matter with your platform? I mainly listen to classical music videos and sometimes watch them. I carefully choose what I want to hear. Lately, there have been interruptions where I am asked if I want to continue playing the music. Why offer mixes and autoplay if uninterrupted music isn't expected? Today was frustrating as you stopped the music abruptly during the Goldberg variations without it being part of a mix or on autoplay. I had to pause my work to attend to the computer. It would be more considerate to at least pause the music at the end of a piece instead of interrupting frequently. Please stop these interruptions.

Hello, Several years ago, I operated a YouTube channel under the name Trap Wolf. I joined the platform in [redacted] and experienced significant growth shortly after. Unfortunately, in [redacted], I took a break from the channel to focus on my studies, only to discover upon my return that my channel had been hacked. I was locked out of my emails and account, struggling to regain control through the standard account recovery process. I still have proof of the original address and password associated with the channel, and I can provide details about the initial recovery email linked to the account. The current recovery email, mit*******@gmail.com, does not belong to me. I have since prioritized my studies over attempting to reclaim the channel, but I now realize the channel is inactive and neglected. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, George

I have heard that YouTube's administration is planning to remove many drill songs originating in the United Kingdom. It seems that the Metropolitan Police force is influencing this decision. I believe it's important to discuss the issue with this approach. Many users are frustrated with the targeting of young individuals trying to earn legally, sending a negative message to the community. Blaming music for an increase in violence is simplistic; there are deeper issues at play. This type of suppression has been seen in other music genres like rap and grime. It's essential for YouTube UK not to contribute to this injustice. The British drill scene often misunderstood by the media and authorities. It's unfair to hinder dreams and careers, potentially pushing individuals to desperate measures. It's unclear if those enforcing these actions have considered the consequences fully. Encouraging YouTube to censor these artists is unjust and potentially criminal. The reality is complex, and this truth should not be ignored.

Hello YouTube support team, It has come to our attention that approximately two months ago, several videos were removed from our channel for "inappropriate content." Despite appealing the decisions right away, we have not received any response regarding our appeals. Our team is baffled by the deletions as we believe we abided by all of YouTube's community guidelines. We attempted to seek assistance via the YouTube Help Forum, but unfortunately, we did not receive any replies. Given the lack of communication through other channels, we are reaching out via this email in hopes of expediting the appeal process or at the very least understanding the reasons behind the removal of our educational videos. Your swift response would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, EssayPro
