YouTube, could you please recover my channel named "Super AMVS / Super Hero Jam"? I am aware it was taken down due to copyright issues, but it happened without any prior notice. Within 1 or 2 days, I feel like giving up on everything because that channel meant the world to me, and the fans cherished it. I have even reached out to someone to remove a strike they put on it, but they mentioned it was beyond their control, even though they were willing to help. Hello, I have been trying to verify my Google AdSense account by requesting the pin multiple times since July [redacted]. Greetings! I have been attempting to contact YouTube for a year now. I am eager to launch a channel, but a friend uploaded a video that I find embarrassing when my name is searched. A while ago, when I was young, I created a YouTube channel where I shared videos of me playing with my Monster High dolls. This was back in the time before May [redacted] when YouTube accounts didn't require a Google account, just a username and password. Now, YouTube wants to link all channels created before May [redacted] to Google accounts. I'm trying to connect my old channel named "kirsten truc alado" to my current Google account, but I've forgotten the password. I only want to delete the channel and its content. If possible, please help by either providing a way to recover the channel's password or by deleting the channel directly.

To whom it may concern, I am new to YouTube, and my channel has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason, but I suspect it might be because I posted my link on other websites. I was not aware that this was against the rules. If this is the issue, I apologize and will not do it again. I have noticed other links on various sites and thought it was acceptable. I recently verified my Google account, but it seems that all three of my channels have been disabled or suspended. I believe there may have been a mistake regarding suspicious activity. Hello! I'm reaching out because my channel, Pix Images, seems to have encountered a glitch in September [redacted]. Despite my attempts to seek help from YouTube, I have had no success. When searching for my channel, another one called Kid Studio appears with my content, company information, subscribers, and more. This situation has left us with no control over our channel, making it impossible for our clients to access our work or for us to upload new videos. I fell victim to an online scam involving someone impersonating a girl on Facebook, who tricked me into sending explicit messages. This person then demanded money or threatened to share a nude video of me on YouTube and with all my Facebook contacts. They used the names Ana Taylor and Ana Gomez (email: [redacted]) and later introduced individuals posing as YouTube representatives named Lisa Dumar (email: [redacted]) and Oli Ngatta (email: [redacted]). The scammers claimed my video would be uploaded to YouTube and I would face legal consequences if I didn't comply within 48 hours. I suspect they are hackers or scammers as their threats feel like coercion. I've been receiving these threatening emails for a week and a half to two weeks and have chosen to ignore them.

I have been trying for quite some time to regain access to my old YouTube account, "MrSebAce," without any success. Despite attempting to reset the password using the same email address associated with the account, I have not been able to recover it. The email address is closely related to the channel name, giving me confidence that it is correct, yet I seem unable to regain control of the account. Despite numerous attempts and various approaches, I have not made any progress in recovering the account, leading to frustration. I distinctly recall using my username in the past to access the channel, but I am currently unable to do so. I am uncertain about what steps to take next, as I have exhausted my options. I still have access to the email account linked to the YouTube channel.

Hello, I have an old YouTube channel that I'd like to take down, but I can't remember the account details as it was created a long time ago. I do recall the phone number I used. The channel has only 6 or 7 subscribers who are friends and family. It features videos of me, my pets, and my sisters dancing. The channel is under my real name, Shane Goo, which makes me uncomfortable now. I didn't anticipate the long-term impact. I can provide my new email address under the same name. I genuinely want to remove it as it no longer brings me joy. Few people watch the videos, and most views are from me checking if the channel is still up. Recently, I had to involve the police because my 14-year-old sister was influenced to download a gaming/dating app without understanding the potential dangers. The app led to older men asking inappropriate questions to young girls. I have concrete evidence that this app is inappropriate for children or anyone in their right mind. I am reaching out because I want to prevent this situation from happening to anyone else. My sister has been negatively impacted by this experience, and I hold YouTube accountable for allowing such promotion. While I understand that YouTube has guidelines for promotions, I believe more vigilance is needed. The app in question is QUICK MATCH. I have a YouTube channel named JMCGamer1011 where I stream regularly. Recently, my streaming privileges were revoked without a community guideline strike or penalty. This occurred because someone with the username "Nick_Gurr" baited me by having a name that sounded like a racial slur when welcomed on my stream. Unaware of the implication, my stream was flagged, resulting in a 90-day streaming suspension. Despite the baiting issue being common, I was unfamiliar with it. I can't appeal officially on the website since no strike was issued. The person who baited me has since posted an apology video specifically addressing "JMCGamer1011". I believe I did nothing intentionally wrong besides unknowingly welcoming someone whose name sounded offensive. It seems unfair to lose streaming for three months over this. Can anyone advise me on how to contact YouTube to resolve this matter? I have evidence of being baited in the form of the apology video. I am seeking assistance from YouTube to potentially reverse the streaming restriction. Thank you for any guidance offered.

I canceled my YouTube Premium subscription on the same day it expired due to the service not being supported in my current country. Despite canceling, I was still charged for the premium. Upon contacting YouTube support, I was assured the payment was pending and would be refunded within 24-48 hours or possibly up to 5 days. After waiting for the initial 48 hours, I checked my bank account to find the money had been deducted, not pending. It has now been over 5 days, and the funds have not been returned. I have attempted to contact support again but cannot locate the chat option and have had no success with phone calls. Communicating with YouTube from my current location has proven to be a challenge. I kindly request a refund as I am unable to access YouTube Premium in my current location, despite being charged for it. Thank you, Majd

I am Christian H., and I am facing problems with my subscriptions and notifications. Recently, I unsubscribed from various channels on YouTube because they no longer interested me. However, I continue to receive alerts about uploads from these channels in my notifications. Additionally, my subscription feed displays videos from YouTubers I have unsubscribed from and some that are missing from my list of subscriptions.

I encountered a technical issue while transferring my YouTube channel to a brand account. This has been incredibly frustrating as all my videos and subscribers are now gone. Despite following instructions carefully, both accounts show "no channel exists." I made this switch to associate my channel with a brand and enable moderator access, but the unexpected deletion has caused me to lose valuable content and countless hours of effort. I have reached out to YouTube's help community and their Twitter support, but have yet to receive a resolution. Many others have faced similar problems according to a forum thread, but unfortunately, no solution was provided. It is urgent that I resolve this issue promptly before my data is purged. I am unable to access my channel through the creator studio, but it still exists as viewers can see the content.
