My issue is that I have been getting charged $** every month to my debit card (City Banamex) for a service that I have never used (YouTube Red). For starters this service is not even available in my country (Mexico) so why am I getting charged for it? I have looked in Googles subscriptions and the only thing that shows up is the charge for $** Mexican Pesos for my YouTube premium acct. So please Cancel this YouTube Red acct and refund me the ammt charged to my acct.
