I’ve had YouTube premium for several months. I’ve lost my bank card a couple times and had to change my card numbers but I paid for it every month. Bout * months ago o was charged twice ** the problem is I’m paying for nothing cause I’ve only been commercial free once or twice a month. In Nov I didnt have it for over half or the month and October was less than that..Now this month I paid again, had it working a couple of hrs and it quit again. I got an email from YouTube saying they tried to take the money and couldn’t but I’m sitting here looking at my bank account and see the **.** was taken out. Somebody really needs to figure out wth is going on. I use YouTube to learn and this mess has caused me alotta emtional stress and for two months at least I paid and didn’t get my service and someone needs to make this right.
