Hello, my name is R.B., a retired Navy Chief with 25 years of service on submarines. Being 80% disabled, my rare medical condition affects my memory and concentration. I attempted a 5-day trial but couldn't get it to work on my computer. I sought technical support from Google/Youtube without success. I kindly request a refund to my credit card. For further discussion, you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. I can provide medical records if required. By the way, I believe this message exceeds [redacted] characters. Thank you!

Dear sir, I would like to bring to your attention that on 11-25-[redacted], "Toho Co., Inc." filed a copyright takedown against my account, targeting two specific videos. The claim was made twice within the same day. The content in question, approximately 28 seconds long, was part of a 5-minute video that I believe falls under fair use according to U.S. copyright laws. My videos are non-commercial, transformative, use only the necessary amount of the original content, do not compete with the original work, and would not have a negative impact on its market. I strongly assert, under penalty of perjury, that the takedown was based on a misidentification or error. I kindly request the removal of these copyright strikes as they are unjustified. Thank you, Youtuber

I have been harassed by someone named Norma Rodriguez who is using your website to cyberbully me and others. My name is Brenda Sprinkle, and I have informed the Leominster Police about this issue. The Philadelphia Pennsylvania police are also involved. This behavior is criminal, and it needs to stop. Please contact me at [redacted] for more information. I have court documents for a harassment order against her. Thank you, and have a good night. Happy holidays. Goodbye.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Youtube account that was recently suspended due to spamming comments on a video. I have already submitted an appeal for reconsideration, but it was sent prematurely, resulting in a denial without a chance for approval. I am eager to regain access to my Youtube account, especially since the suspension was unintentional while engaging with a giveaway video and supporting various top YouTubers. I kindly request to communicate with a real person via phone or personal email regarding this matter rather than automated responses. It is crucial to address this matter promptly as I feel the lack of warning was unfair, and there should be clearer guidelines for such actions in the future. Thank you.

A while back, I created a YouTube account using a Google account that I later deleted. Now, the YouTube account has become a legacy account. I've attempted to recover it several times, and I believe my username and password are correct since I've been using the same ones since I was younger. The issue is that I have embarrassing videos from when I was younger on the account that I don't want others to see. How can I recover this account, or ideally, could YouTube delete it if I provide proof of ownership? The account name is "gabe kussin" and it was initially linked to the gmail account "[redacted]" I later removed the Gmail account from the YouTube account and then deleted the Gmail account about a year ago, hoping it would also delete the YouTube account, which it did not. The YouTube account is still active with no Gmail account linked to it. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm reaching out with a concern that I hope you can assist me with. Recently, my mother created a YouTube channel and uploaded several videos of her visit to my home in Myrtle Beach. Sadly, she unexpectedly passed away only one month after posting the videos due to unforeseen circumstances. These videos hold significant sentimental value to me as they capture her last month alive. My family is desperate to download or transfer these videos to an external hard drive for safekeeping as we do not have access to her account information or email. Preserving these videos is crucial to us in case anything happens to her channel. We want to ensure that these precious memories of her enjoying her final days are not lost forever. Any help in this matter would mean the world to us as these videos are the only way we can share her presence with future generations.

My name is Sujit M., and my channel is under the same name, Sujit M. My channel, associated with my email [redacted], has been active for two years where I used to share cover songs. I had around 44 subscribers when I uploaded a Hindi version of "Moonlight" by Ariana Grande titled "Tu hai meri" on October 9, [redacted]. This cover was a significant investment for me, and it garnered good views and over 60 new subscribers. Despite giving proper credits, my video and channel got terminated after 3-4 weeks without any valid reason. I had put in a lot of effort, time, and money into my channel, and losing it has been devastating. I seek assistance in restoring my channel as YouTube was my only platform for sharing my music. It feels unjust that my channel faced this when many others create cover songs without termination. Kindly help me regain access to my channel; it means everything to me.

My name is Sujit Mone, and my channel goes by the same name. I used my email [redacted] to create my YouTube channel several years ago where I shared cover songs. Specifically, on October 9, [redacted], I uploaded a Hindi version of Ariana Grande's song "Moonlight" titled "Tu hai meri." This cover was significant for me as it attracted a lot of views and helped me gain over 66 new subscribers. Unfortunately, after 3-4 weeks, my video and channel were unexpectedly terminated. I had diligently given credit to the original song in the title and video, so I'm confused as to why this happened. This termination has been devastating for me as I invested a lot of money, time, and effort into this cover. I'm seeking assistance to restore my channel as YouTube was my only creative outlet. I hope to regain access to my channel soon.

Hello, I have always had Premium coverage for $9.99 a month and paid through Auto Pay. Due to recent life changes, my account is inactive, and now I'm being charged $15.95 for signing up again. My accounts were hacked, prompting me to change my bank info and card details. I need help updating Auto Pay with my new card. Why has the cost increased? I also want to include my boyfriend, who uses Red Tube Music and watches YouTube often. I mainly use YouTube Red Music but will explore other YouTube accounts. Could someone contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I'm Ben Schwab, and I have noticed that an album I created titled "Oh No" is available on platforms like YouTube, iTunes, CD Baby, and others. I need it removed, especially from YouTube, as I plan to release new material under my artist name. I understand that I may need to contact the aggregator to achieve this, but I am unsure of what that entails. Could you assist me in taking it down? Here is a link to one of the songs: [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could remove all the songs. Thank you, Ben

I am Vasilis Bourikas, the creator of the Youtube channel "Vasilis Bourikas - DJ Golden Feta Official" known for Greek Music Compilation / Mixes. Another user, "Jacek Zarzycki," who posts drone videos, has falsely claimed copyright infringement against me for including his Santorini drone footage in my videos. However, according to "fair use" and "fair dealing" laws, public space footage like Santorini cannot be copyrighted, and can be used non-commercially by anyone. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue - through emails and messages to "Jacek Zarzycki" - he has ignored me. I have also faced obstacles in filing counter notifications on Youtube, receiving repetitive automated responses. Sadly, my channel has been terminated without a fair chance to appeal. I seek assistance in restoring my channel, as per Youtube's policies, no rules were violated, no profit was made, and considerable effort was dedicated to the Greek & International community. I hope for a resolution to this matter promptly. Thank you, Vasilis Bourikas

Hello, my name is Kenneth R. On November 27, [redacted], I attempted to sign up for the free trial of YouTube TV. However, despite several attempts to input my payment information, I kept receiving a "credit card declined" message. I eventually gave up. Later, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my Discover credit card statement related to this failed sign-up. I am disputing these charges as I never received the service. Due to the issues I faced, I no longer wish to proceed with the YouTube TV service. I kindly request a refund for all unauthorized charges made to my Discover card ending in [redacted]. Please reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] for any necessary communication. Thank you.

Hello. My friend and I recently launched a YouTube channel called 'Gracie & Katie'. We received an email mentioning a breach of community guidelines focused on spam, misleading, and deceptive content. Despite our appeal being denied and the account suspension, our channel page states we have been terminated, which contrasts YouTube's three-strike termination policy. We never received prior strikes and are puzzled about the severe breach. Communication has lacked clarity, leaving us uncertain about the future of our channel. Our objective was to have fun and share without controversy. Thank you, Gracie Wilson-Cooper and Katie Bruce.

There are concerns about the behavior of a YouTuber known as John Kuckian, who has been accused of various inappropriate actions over the years, including harassment, slander, blackmail, and doxxing. Despite numerous complaints and legal issues, YouTube has not taken action to address the situation. Kuckian has allegedly misled his audience, selling products that have caused harm to individuals. Many are questioning why YouTube has not intervened given the seriousness of the accusations and legal actions against him.

While watching a video, I accidentally clicked on a DemonUK advertisement for Badlands and received a text notification later about a weekly £3 subscription. Despite texting "stop" as instructed, I am still being charged. I did not intentionally subscribe and did not even play the game. I am requesting a refund. I am hesitant to contact Demon directly due to the lack of response after texting "stop." I believe Google should issue the refund as they are ultimately responsible for the ads on their platform. I am willing to provide evidence of the charges and my Play Store history. I plan to report this to Ofcom and block them through O2. The increased frequency of video ads, coupled with sneaky subscription tactics, is concerning. Reporting the ads has not reduced their frequency.

I recently uploaded a video to help my friend achieve his goal of playing college football. Unfortunately, the video has been blocked due to copyright issues. In the video, I clearly stated that I do not own the music used and only included a portion of the song, which aligns with YouTube's guidelines. I believe it's unfair that my video is being restricted when many other videos contain entire songs. I am seeking help to address this matter and request assistance in making the video public again.

I recently signed up for a 5-day trial of YouTube TV with the intention of canceling before being charged. However, upon providing my credit card information, I was immediately charged the full price of $42.99 through the Apple App Store. I downloaded the app as instructed, but I am now seeking to cancel my trial. When attempting to do so within the YouTube TV app, I was redirected to Apple, who has agreed to refund the charge. I would like to officially cancel my subscription before the trial's end on December 4, [redacted], as I am not interested in continuing. Thank you.

Hello, I am Derrick Gutormson, the owner of Flat Lands Production. I was hired by Wally Brownlee, the owner of Target Shooting Inc., to update videos on his YouTube Channel. While inputting titles, descriptions, and tags, I received an email regarding a video titled "TargetShooting.com - Model [redacted] Features" that was flagged for review, removed, and led to a Community Guidelines strike on the account. I complied with deleting the video, unaware that this would prevent me from appealing. Now, I seek clarification on why the video violated guidelines to avoid similar issues in the future. I also request the removal of the strike from Target Shooting Inc.'s account, as I believe no malicious intent was involved and the channel owner was not responsible for the content change. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly valued. Thank you, Derrick. Contact me at [redacted] for further inquiries. Responses can be sent to [redacted] and [redacted]

My son has a YouTube channel with your platform. I am experiencing some issues that I would like assistance with. Firstly, when he left the school that granted him a website, his YouTube account was turned off, but he can still post videos without the ability to delete them. How can I reopen the account for deletion access? Secondly, I noticed that the videos show the recording location (e.g., home address, mall). How can this be prevented from being visible to everyone? Lastly, I am seeking parental controls to monitor his viewing activity. Any help with these concerns would be highly appreciated.
