I keep getting charged $**.** for your * day FREE TRIALS that I HAVE CANCELLED on the *nd day. Today I saw that * charges for You Tube TV for $**.** from May **, **** on my Credit One Visa AND AGAIN on Nov **, **** on my PNC Visa card through Google. I am concerned that there may be other unauthorized charges since I just noticed the one from May when I saw the Nov charge on my bank statement so will be researching all of my credit card accounts for these kind of charges as NONE of them have been authorized! In May, I requested the * day free trial BUT I cancelled it on day ** to avoid getting an inadvertent charge for not cancelling quick enough (seems * days before the offer ended would be plenty of time!). I cancelled because of poor picture quality, inability to even access most of the channels, not to the price is MORE than DOUBLE that of Spectrum, my local provider. **With respect to the Nov, **th charge, I was provided ANOTHER FREE * day offer so since some time had passed since May, I thought maybe the service had improved. Sadly, I was disappointed as we experienced the same exact problems as before. Therefore, on day** of the "FREE * DAY TRIAL, I cancelled the subscription! **Can you please adjust your records accordingly and credit my respective credit card accounts for these * $**.** charges. In addition, can you please ensure that I have not been charged for June, July, Aug, Sept & Oct, **** ? Since I am unable to contact anyone via phone (ANOTHER reason I don't want this service.....EVER !!), can you PLEASE confirm that you are in receipt of this complaint and have addressed & corrected these issues - preferably via phone (see my phone * below) or at via email?**Thank you*Lisa Mays**P.S.
