I have had YouTube red premium charged to my phone bill for almost a year. Up until this month, it is not giving me the option to bill to Sprint. I contacted sprint they said my account is now in good standing and on their end everything is good to go and I am allowed to do it I have a $*** spending limit and YouTube red is $*.** so there should be no issue with that. I would like YouTube to give me the option to pay through my phone bill like it used to. It still shows the option, but it is grey and I am unable to select that option only the credit card, PayPal, and Google play options are available for me to highlight.
GetHuman-happilyj did not yet indicate what YouTube should do to make this right.
