When I was younger, a friend and I set up a YouTube account under my name Cathy Matticola using the email [redacted] and password luma2641. We had a falling out, and I lost access to the account. I'm embarrassed by the videos on the account, especially the "hunger games" and "magical pony princesses" ones, and I want them removed. Despite creating a new account with the same email, I can't get back into the original one. It was created around November [redacted], and I want it deleted along with its videos. I also have another account where we posted a video titled "bad cops" that I'd like deleted too. I don't remember the security answers from when I was in fifth grade, but I can provide video evidence of my identity if necessary.

Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am experiencing issues with my iOS premium account (formerly YouTube Red) subscription. The previous YouTube Red service has now become YouTube Premium at $15.99. Despite this, my iPhone subscription shows charges for YouTube Red at $12.99, which I have been paying for some time. There was a recent subscription lapse, and upon renewal, I have lost access to the premium features. I am concerned about being charged for a defunct subscription and not receiving the corresponding services. I am willing to pay the correct $15 if needed, but being charged $12.99 on top seems unfair. Please assist me promptly to resolve this issue.

With the latest YouTube update, I am having trouble finding the option to play videos on a Bluetooth device. I rely on this feature to use my hearing aids instead of playing videos out loud as I am hard of hearing. My wife prefers quiet while watching TV, so I listen to documentaries on YouTube to learn. I've been searching for a solution for days but have had no luck. Currently, I have to switch between my book app and YouTube to make it work, which is inconvenient. It's important that the sound doesn't play out loud initially for privacy reasons, and to avoid misunderstandings. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I am experiencing a recurring issue on YouTube where the numbers for my channel views and watch time hours are inconsistent with what I see in my analytics. I have encountered this problem twice and have taken screenshots to submit to YouTube for resolution. However, reaching out to YouTube for assistance has proven challenging. The Municipality known as "The Corporation of the City of Brantford" in Brantford, ON, Canada, is experiencing issues accessing and updating their legacy YouTube Channel managed by Brantford Power. Attempts to access it through the associated account "[redacted]" have resulted in the channel being unlinked and a new one created. The IT Service Desk Support on behalf of the City of Brantford is requesting assistance in unlinking and deleting the new channel attached to [redacted] They aim to regain access to the original "BrantfordPower" YouTube Channel through either the [redacted] or [redacted] accounts to update it accordingly.

Nine years ago, my sister and I started a YouTube channel where we posted some embarrassing and controversial videos that have attracted negative attention. There are numerous hate comments on these videos, and despite my efforts, I have been unable to access this account as I have forgotten the email and password associated with it. I have tried reaching out to YouTube through various means such as phone, email, and speaking with a live agent, but have had no success. I even reported the videos and channel, clearly stating that I am the rightful owner and requesting their removal, but to my disappointment, there has been no response or action taken by YouTube. I am frustrated and believe there should be a more accessible process for me to delete these videos or the entire channel with YouTube's assistance.

I am experiencing issues with my account. I mistakenly changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] due to having multiple email accounts, with the intention of consolidating them for all TV-related purposes under "homemovie." My service is not due until the 16th, and I have a new card dedicated to home entertainment, with sufficient funds. My emails are specific to different purposes - job seeking and property management. I am encountering problems accessing certain shows that require location services and unlocking on MSNBC while using Google. I have returned to Sling temporarily due to this issue, although I planned to cancel the subscription. A video that I admire has unexpectedly been disabled on YouTube, which I find very disappointing. Despite carefully reviewing YouTube's community guidelines, I am unable to identify any reasons why this video could be considered inappropriate. I am seeking a detailed explanation from YouTube regarding the decision to disable the features of this particular video and classify it as offensive. I need to cancel my YouTube TV membership before the upcoming charge, but I'm struggling to find the option on the Android app. I prefer speaking with a person to ensure it's canceled and avoid the upcoming payment. This process is frustrating as services like Sling, Hulu, and Netflix are much simpler to manage. I don't want to be charged $40 I can't afford, so I hope to resolve this soon.

One of my videos was removed, and I received a strike. The video featured a cat grooming itself and was uploaded 12 years ago under the title Kitty Grooming. Despite its innocent nature, it was deemed inappropriate. I recently found a similar video on another user's account, along with many others depicting animals grooming themselves on YouTube without consequences. I request the restoration of my video and the removal of the strike as it did not violate any YouTube policies. I urge fair treatment by either reinstating my video or enforcing the rules consistently among all users with similar content. This video peacefully existed on my channel for a dozen years without issue until now. Please reconsider this decision or apply it universally to avoid singling out specific users.

Lately, I've noticed that a message pops up on YouTube music videos asking if I'm still watching. This started when I installed an ad blocker extension. While the ad blocker stopped annoying ads, I now face this interrupting message every 60 to 90 minutes. I am physically disabled and should only be on my computer for 2 hours a day. I prefer listening to music videos over TV during the day. When the prompt appears, I struggle to reach my computer to confirm I'm still watching. This situation has become frustrating. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this issue? Appreciate any help in advance.

In the past month, I've been experiencing a new issue while listening to music on YouTube. I recently installed an Adblocker for YouTube extension, which successfully blocked ads but started causing a prompt to pause videos every 60 to 90 minutes. This interruption is frustrating, especially as a person with severe physical disabilities who relies on online content for entertainment. I am limited to using my computer for 2 hours a day due to my condition, and I prefer listening to music videos over TV. When the prompt appears, I have to physically confirm that I'm still watching, disrupting my experience. Any suggestions to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. I recently applied for Monetization on my channel, and after completing all the requirements, I received a message confirming that my channel was under review. About a month later, I received an email informing me that my application did not meet the YouTube Partner Program policies, and I was advised to reapply after making necessary adjustments. After the 30-day waiting period, I reapplied on 9/8/18 but have yet to receive a response. I tried reaching out by replying to the email on 3/10/18 but have not heard back. I am concerned about the status of my channel and unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Mario, and I have been a YouTube fan for a long time. Lately, I've been having issues while watching it. I keep getting a reconnecting message and then can't find my program again. During the movie "Fury," it cut me off multiple times, and this morning, while watching another video, it happened again. It's frustrating, and I hope someone can help fix this. If not, I may have to stop using YouTube as it's becoming too much of a hassle. Thank you.

I am looking to download a video I uploaded approximately 2 years ago that got blocked shortly after. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original file, but having access to it through my account would enable me to address the issue that caused the block. Despite being able to make edits in the editor, I need the file to resolve the actual problem using appropriate software on my computer. Could you please unblock the video and set it to "Unlisted" for 30 minutes? This would allow me to download the file, after which I will promptly delete the video from my account. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm interested in YouTube Ads but encountering an issue. I enrolled in the YouTube Director program and had a video created by the YouTube Director (HJB Productions LLC) assigned by YouTube. The editing was done, but some adjustments were needed. I informed the YouTube contact (Meghan Wallace <[redacted]>) who mentioned it's fine if HJB Productions could make the changes. Now, the problem is that the YouTube Director program no longer exists, and I need the video for advertising on YouTube. How can I retrieve the video made by the YouTube Director? If Google/YouTube authorized HJB Productions, they should be able to provide me with a copy. I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

As an aspiring YouTuber, I initially set up a brand account linked to a new Gmail account. However, it got suspended shortly after without any content posted, just a profile picture and YouTube banner. I submitted two appeals as I never received a termination email. I hope for a response, but I'm unsure if YouTube will reply after the initial appeal. I can still access the associated Google account but noticed I hadn't created a "channel" on it and now the brand account is "permanently deleted." I seek clarification on the differences between the two types of channels and if there's a chance to recover the brand account. Thank you.

Subject: YouTube TV Subscription Issue Good morning, Last week, I signed up for a trial of YouTube TV which is set to expire on Tuesday. However, on Sunday, 10/14, I received an offer for a month of Premium viewing for $15.99 compared to the $42.85 I was about to cancel. I opted for the new promotion for economic reasons. I tried to cancel the original subscription on both iTunes and YouTube, but couldn't find any option. I assumed the new offer would cancel the old one. To whom it may concern, My daughter and her best friend started a channel about 10 years ago, and now that my daughter is in her 20s, we want to delete the account. However, she can't recall the Gmail associated with it, and the one she thinks may be correct is uncertain. The backup email is also unknown. I am consistently being signed out of YouTube whenever I express dissent towards certain content related to Hillary Clinton, music videos depicting violent acts, or inaccurate skits. This prevents me from voicing my opinions freely. I am considering escalating this issue to higher authorities if not addressed promptly. I have evidence to support my claim that my account logs out only when I flag inappropriate content.
