We recently purchased a Samsung "smart" TV less than a year ago. My wife regularly watches YouTube videos on our TV, particularly those under the "Food" category. Unfortunately, this heading has disappeared from the menu about ten days ago, leaving us puzzled. After reaching out to the TV Customer Support team, they mentioned that we needed to contact you to resolve this issue. We are uncertain if the removal of the "Food" category is a deliberate change or a technical glitch. We are eager to have this category reinstated on our TV for a better viewing experience. Kindly advise us on the necessary steps to bring back the "Food" heading and if watching videos under this category is still a possibility. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am experiencing issues uploading videos from Google Photos to YouTube. Regardless of their size, all videos get stuck in processing. This occurs even with videos that have been successfully posted before. I have attempted to upload various videos ranging from 16 seconds to 3 minutes over the past two days without success. I follow the same process I used for the [redacted] videos already on my channel. I record using a Samsung mobile S9 Plus and upload from my Mac desktop, as I have in the past. I'm unsure of how to proceed and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem.

I am trying to update the company name on the YouTube Brand Account from International Cleaning Equipment to Intelligent Cleaning Equipment. When accessing the "Edit channel name" option under "Advanced" with the ICE logo displayed, there is a support message stating that changes might take a few minutes to reflect on the channel. Clicking on the "Edit" button brings me to the Google About Me page where I see the current company name "International Cleaning Equipment" without an option to edit it. I have been attempting to contact Google for assistance since March [redacted] without any responses. I am unable to locate a contact number for direct support, and this situation is quite frustrating.

I subscribed to a free 7-day trial with U-Tube TV around September 11, [redacted]. I attempted to cancel before the trial ended on September 17, but I couldn't find a way to cancel on the website. On September 18, [redacted], I managed to cancel my subscription on the website, indicating that I did not wish to continue with U-Tube TV. However, I was charged over $42 on my People's First Credit Union Visa card for a U-Tube TV subscription, even though I had not intended to subscribe beyond the free trial. The cancellation was scheduled for October 18, [redacted], but I don't understand why my credit card was charged for something I didn't authorize. I would like this charge removed from my credit card promptly.

Hello, I'm Niamh Lynn. Over the past three and a half years, I've produced several professional music videos that were uploaded to my previous manager's YouTube channel. These videos have accumulated over 4 million views and continue to receive approximately 15,[redacted] views daily. Recently, I have ended my association with LCM PROMOS, my previous manager, and I now require assistance in transferring all my videos to my own YouTube channel. It's crucial to me to retain the views and engagement associated with these videos. Luckily, my former manager has agreed to assist in this process. I am experiencing difficulty responding here without starting a new post. The problem persists, but I have discovered a workaround. I am unable to choose a sign-in option on my smart TV or Roku device. When I tap the icon in the app on my phone, it does not function. Instead, it signs me into my general account without the option to select my YouTube account, which converted to a brand account when linked with Gmail. I have to opt for "Choose another method" and log in online using a code to access my YouTube (Google brand) account. This process allows me to receive more relevant recommendations. The recent change to the login procedure has caused confusion and inconvenience.

I am uncertain about the reason for my disabled account. I suspect my kids might have unknowingly caused this issue by using the tablet. As a result, I am unable to access my Gmail account or any associated apps crucial for work. Each attempt to recover my Gmail account leads to a response from the YouTube provider stating that they are maintaining the account suspension. Understanding the root cause would allow me to address the matter. Subsequently, I have disconnected any YouTube accounts from the kids' tablets. I sincerely request your assistance in reinstating my account.

On either August 24th or 25th, YouTube deducted $9.99 from my account, resulting in the disconnection of my YouTube Red subscription. I only noticed this discrepancy after checking my bank statement. I value my YouTube Red membership and intend to continue using it. However, I request that my missing month, which was inadvertently removed when my service was interrupted in early September despite my payment at the end of August, be reinstated. I woke up one morning and tried to log into my Pokémon Go account using Gmail, but I received an error message stating that my account had been disabled for violating policies. I suspect it may have been due to my kids watching YouTube videos about Minecraft and Fortnite on their tablets. I have already removed the YouTube account from their tablets, but now my Gmail account has been disabled, preventing me from accessing my personal email and other apps requiring Gmail credentials. I have been experiencing unauthorized charges from YouTube on my bank account. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription and block the charges, I have been unsuccessful. I am experiencing issues with recurring charges from YouTube that I did not authorize. Many viewers, myself included, and other YouTube subscribers, are growing increasingly frustrated with the computer-generated voices that attempt to narrate videos on the platform. We feel that YouTube needs to better understand the viewers' preferences and address this issue promptly. I, like many others, am on the verge of giving up on YouTube altogether if this continues. It is essential for YouTube to recognize the impact this is having on its loyal fan base. I am eager to regain access to my email, but it would be truly amazing if I could recover my YouTube channel as well. To verify my identity, you may reach out to my friends, and in my Fortnite content videos, you can see my first account on PS4 under the gamer tag Will101star mentioned in most of them. I can provide evidence of my gamer tag and me active on my account through photos or videos. My YouTube channel is known as MysticTV, but the hacker changed it to Jailyn, which is unfamiliar to me. I plead for your assistance as I have [redacted] subscribers and the number is growing. I am willing to cooperate in any way necessary. We have noticed a decrease in views on our past live videos. We are aware that YouTube's view counts can fluctuate, but our analytics page is showing a significantly different count. The analytics only display views from three states, while the total U.S. views exceed the sum of those three states. Previously, our channel attracted viewers from many states, including students from our state. However, currently, our state is not even listed in the analytics. We have waited weeks for any changes, assuming it was due to YouTube's processing time, but the issue remains unresolved. We primarily share the live streams on our website to assist students in finding them easily, as we host weekly lectures. Could this practice be impacting our view count discrepancies? I have made multiple reports on YT about a woman named Tara Marie Anderson without success. I follow various homesteaders, tiny house channels, and van dwellers of all ages, including Millennials, despite being 58 years old. Due to my severe chronic illness, I am mainly bedridden and rely on caregivers. Recently, I faced harassment from Tara Marie Anderson after disagreeing with her comments about a channel I enjoy, Eamon & Bec. She has accused me of falsehoods and continues to taunt me, causing immense stress. Despite deleting my comments, she persists in bothering me. Her actions have led me to consider giving up watching YT altogether, which is disappointing as I receive positive feedback from other content creators. I urge for her to be removed from my life and to cease contacting me. I appreciate the platform YT provides me, especially since I can only use my phone due to physical limitations. Why does YouTube always have errors? They seem to occur most frequently between 11 PM and 7 AM and also happen during the day. It's frustrating to see the loading symbol endlessly spin, only to be met with an error message prompting me to report the issue. This specific error has popped up at least [redacted] times in the last month. Can anyone shed light on why these constant interruptions are happening?
