I am Michelle B., and I noticed a charge of $2.14 on my credit card for watching a movie on YouTube. Despite being informed by your support team that the transaction did not go through, I received an email from my credit card company, card.com, confirming the $2.16 charge for the movie "Push" at 11:14 pm. I'm puzzled by the conflicting information, as your chat representative mentioned my card was reported stolen, which doesn't align with the charges from my credit card company. I request access to the movie or a refund for the amount charged. Additionally, I am unsure about the statement made by the chat representative, Frances P., that my card was stolen and the transaction failed. Your clarification on this matter would be appreciated.

Dear Google/Youtube, I am Robert Olejnik, writing to express my concern about the continuous stream of Alt Right and Sceptic propaganda videos appearing in my recommended section on Youtube. It is disheartening to encounter such content on a platform I usually enjoy for information and entertainment. The influx of misleading and potentially racist videos has diminished my experience. Initially, I noticed one or two skeptic videos a day, which I attempted to discourage from appearing in my recommendations. However, over the past week, these videos have inundated me. Though I used to listen to them, I now find them distressing and reminiscent of a past I no longer wish to associate with. As someone who acknowledges their gullibility, I worry about being influenced by such content again in the future. To enhance my enjoyment of Youtube, I suggest implementing stricter restrictions on video tags related to politics and conspiracy theories to prevent their recommendations. I am requesting an appeal to reinstate my Youtube account, as it was terminated due to false spam accusations and minimal unintentional spamming, such as excessive tagging and commenting. I believe a strike on the account is more suitable given the nature of the offense. If the violation was severe, I am willing to have one channel terminated instead of the entire account being banned. I assure you that I am not someone who intentionally violates Youtube's standards, and I simply want to continue enjoying the platform. Thank you for your consideration.

A former employee established the Cambridge LLP YouTube account several years ago. Now, as our company undergoes a rebranding, we are encountering obstacles in creating new video content due to the presence of the old account. The partners featured in the videos are eager to provide any necessary legal documentation to facilitate the removal of the outdated account. This account was set up under the name Cambridge LLP and contains only 6 videos. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify the original creator. Hello, my name is Zachary. I have a YouTube channel called The Original Gamer Live. I'm quite upset and considering leaving YouTube for good. Recently, I uploaded a video titled "Brandon Gets Owned - Diss Track Music Video *NOT CLICK BAIT!!!" but it was removed, which has left me frustrated. I always make sure to follow YouTube's rules and not infringe on any copyrights. It's disheartening to see other YouTubers doing similar things without consequences, while I get flagged for it. I put a lot of effort into my content, and it's unfair to have it taken down. I have been watching YouTube videos using very little data without any issues until yesterday. I woke up at 5 am and have been attempting to free up some space as my app is not allowing me to continue watching. I prefer not to have unnecessary content on my phone. I was deleting pictures and conversations while my phone continued to indicate I was consuming more data. I preferred the original version of YouTube over the newer one, as I primarily use my phone for calling and reserve watching for my TV. It is frustrating that I have been trying to create space but am still encountering issues accessing YouTube. I also need guidance on deleting comments to free up space. I have been experiencing these issues since yesterday morning and feel locked out of my account. The problem persists despite assurances that it has been fixed. Currently, I can only access YouTube through Google, which is not my preference. I would like to revert to the old version and have the ability to sign out at my convenience.

As an American, I am disappointed in the actions of the left that I believe are restricting free speech. Platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google, which I feel are leaning towards the left, are censoring voices. I feel like my family's sacrifices for this country are being disregarded, and it is disheartening. I believe in the importance of free speech and feel that these actions are a form of fascism. It is concerning how large government seems to be the answer to everything, while I believe that states should have more power to cater to their people's needs. I am frustrated by the cultural divide and the lack of respect for differing beliefs. I fear that these actions could lead to more conflict and even a civil war. I am saddened by the state of our country and the disregard for the Constitution and Bill of Rights. It is a challenging time, and I hope that we can find a way to respect each other's differences without imposing beliefs on one another.

I have been targeted by the YouTube channel "b-town paranormal," which has been harassing me for months. They have even incited their subscribers to leave death threats at my door, putting my family's safety at risk. Despite multiple police reports and my efforts to report them to YouTube, the harassment continues. Their false accusations and slander have damaged my reputation as a paranormal investigator. My daughter lost my credit card and our family membership on YouTube. We've been trying to recover it, but it seems we can only have one family entitlement per year. I have seen many content creators expressing concerns about anti-LGBTQ ads appearing before their videos. In my opinion, I believe it is important for diverse viewpoints to be shared, even if they differ from mainstream beliefs. While I am not overly religious and do not impose my beliefs on others, I think it is valuable to have a variety of perspectives represented. It is crucial that all individuals have the freedom to express their opinions, regardless of whether they align with popular causes. I understand there have been complaints, but I personally support the diversity of voices being heard. Free speech should be upheld for everyone, irrespective of their stance on specific issues or causes.

Unfortunately, I have encountered a situation where a documentary film I uploaded on YouTube was removed due to a complaint from an individual involved in a civil dispute. This person has been harassing me outside of YouTube, leading me to take legal action and involve the police in two separate investigations. Despite my attempts to reach out to YouTube Support for clarification, I only received generic automated responses. The content of my video was non-commercial, featuring footage from my own home and publicly available sources, with no intention of defaming anyone. As a lawyer, I understand the legal implications and defenses regarding defamation claims. Although YouTube's policies may go beyond legal requirements, I believe I should have the chance to address the complaint and appeal the removal. However, I am unable to find a strike listed in my Community Guidelines section to begin the appeal process. I seek assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV which has now expired. I proceeded to pay for a month's membership online using my Master Card under the name Marlly Obrien. The payment was made through Google at [redacted] I followed the activation process on my TV where I visited tv.youtube.com/activate, entered the code provided, and received a confirmation message. However, my TV is not activating properly and prompts me to enter a new code repeatedly despite following the instructions on different browsers. I need assistance with this issue. I recently received a suspension notice from YouTube without knowing the reason behind it. Despite not engaging in spamming, scamming, or any deceptive commercial activities, my account got suspended with no prior warning or explanation of the violation. I suspect that someone accessed my Outlook account from a different country recently, but that issue has been resolved. I have been a member of YouTube for many years and find it frustrating that they are unwilling to provide specific details about the alleged violation. Although I submitted an appeal, I only received a generic response citing Community Guidelines and Terms of Service violations without specifying the exact offense. I have only uploaded a few videos over the years, and the only potential issue was addressed regarding a birthday video featuring a song no longer under Warner/Chappell’s ownership.
