I recently contacted Yodel about a delivery issue. They claimed to have attempted delivery yesterday after 5:30 PM, but I received no notice. Checking Amazon today, I saw another attempted delivery notification around 1:30 PM, again with no missed delivery card. When speaking to a Yodel representative, they mentioned my item was supposed to arrive at 5:10 PM, which contradicts the previous information. I have a note on my door giving permission to leave parcels behind it if unanswered, as well as a working doorbell. I am frustrated by the conflicting information provided by Amazon and Yodel.

I am very dissatisfied with the recent delivery experience at our location on [redacted] Hamilton Rd, [redacted] Braeside Gdns, Motherwell, ML1 3DG. A delivery driver accessed our building by using the service bell around 2pm. He admitted he had mistakenly delivered a parcel to the wrong address but said he had already marked it as delivered. He pointed me to the other block, instructing me to go upstairs and check the door on the left. However, upon investigation, the parcel was not there as indicated. I have confirmed with all six apartments in the building, and it is clear the parcel has not been delivered to any of them. Our Sodastream delivery was due on Saturday, March 6th. However, Yodel attempted deliveries on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th before successfully delivering on the 12th after the driver contacted the depot for our phone number. Despite providing instructions to follow our directions rather than rely on the satnav and supplying our phone number, the courier was unable to call us as they do not have phones. After contacting Yodel and Sodastream multiple times, the communication breakdown between the depot and chat support persisted. The lack of resolution leaves me concerned for future deliveries. The inability to directly communicate with Yodel and the misleading email received after the delivery only exacerbate the issue. A simple apology and reassurance that they have updated our contact information would be appreciated to prevent similar problems in the future.

Yodel only offers "Complaints and problems" as contact options, lacking a way for customers to share their feedback. The email address [redacted] seems nonexistent. It's surprising that a company growing during lockdown struggles with customer service. The distinction Yodel makes between sender and receiver is noteworthy - the sender is prioritized as the client over the receiver, the customer. My recent post on social media received widespread support, reflecting on the challenges delivery drivers face during holidays like Mother's Day in light of the pandemic. Despite a decrease in deliveries this year, the sentiment remains the same: customers appreciate even the smallest gestures, like a postcard. While technology offers convenience, tangible items evoke a unique emotional response. This message isn't an advertisement but a reminder that a caring delivery driver can make a difference on special occasions like Mother's Day. Thank you to all the mothers out there.

I have had difficulty reaching your Delivery Service through the phone numbers provided on your website and delivery notes. When I tried contacting the delivery person at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], I discovered that the number does not exist. This has unfortunately been a recurring issue with Yodel deliveries. I am Mr. Wright expecting a package sent by Talk Talk, with the main reference 8[redacted], addressed to 12, Henry Tandey Court, Union Road, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5NL. I missed the delivery this morning on 26-03-21 and would like to have my parcel redelivered promptly. I am writing to report an issue with the delivery of my parcel, which was supposed to be delivered to 14 Swallows Rise, Westbury, BA13 4FP today. According to the tracking number (JJD[redacted][redacted]), it shows that the parcel has been delivered. However, I haven't received it, nor did I hear the doorbell ring or find a delivery note. The tracker shows that someone named Openswel signed for it, which was not me. It seems like the driver may have delivered it to the wrong address. To resolve this, I kindly request that you contact the driver to retrieve the parcel from the incorrect address and deliver it to the correct address mentioned above. My parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday, 10/04/[redacted], at 12:25. I connected via webcam and spoke to Vineeta Mehra. I was informed that the driver couldn't find the property. I was given a number to contact the driver. I reached out to the driver, who was courteous and informed me that he didn't have the parcel. I contacted Vineeta Mehra again, who assured me they would resolve the issue. I had to leave, so I gave the postcode and went out. Upon returning later, I checked on webchat at 13:12:01 to find the issue wasn't resolved. I had to leave again, as I couldn't wait all day for updates. After several attempts on webchat, I called 0[redacted], only to discover the call center was closed. I need my parcel delivered, so I seek a resolution promptly. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with an order marked JD[redacted][redacted]. It was supposed to arrive on April 17th but was left at my doorstep yesterday without the required signature or opportunity to refuse it. Despite the current circumstances, previous deliveries included a photo confirmation. I'm frustrated because the seller requested a refused delivery for a refund, yet the package was wrongly marked as delivered, resulting in a £[redacted] loss. Additionally, another order with tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted] from eBay is also missing. Although the system shows it was delivered, no signature was obtained. I received an email indicating delivery on April 12th, but the package never reached me. I've checked with neighbors and thoroughly searched my property. The seller mistakenly received confirmation of delivery, but the item was not received. I request assistance in locating the missing item while resolving the first issue promptly for the refund.

I purchased two electric scooters from Amazon expecting them on April 22, [redacted]. Unfortunately, they did not arrive, and when I checked the status, it falsely claimed they were delivered on April 20 and signed for by me, Lucy. I have reviewed my CCTV footage, and no delivery was made. When reaching out to yodel, the first representative was unhelpful and claimed the package was left in a safe place, contradicting the tracking information. She abruptly ended the call. The second representative, Nikki, promised to investigate further. This situation is distressing as my son's birthday is tomorrow, and it seems my signature was forged. I expect a refund and an apology from yodel for this fraudulent activity. I intend to report this to the police for investigation. Lucy Godwin

I recently sent my vacuum to Direct-Vacuums for repair, and despite them confirming they had returned it to me via Yodel with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted] on 3rd June, I never received it at my home address. Yodel attempted delivery to the wrong address, sending it to 86d instead of my address. The occupants of that address returned it to the shop I initially picked it up from. Since Yodel's system still shows it as delivered, the automated help is not resolving the issue. Would it be best to wait for Direct-Vacuums to resend it to me, or should I try to contact Yodel to redirect the package to my correct address?

Hello, I recently received a notification from Yodel stating that my delivery from Smyths Toys is on its way. Shortly after, I received another message claiming that my parcel has been delivered, yet I have not received anything. There was no delivery card left, and I am concerned about the whereabouts of my granddaughter's birthday gift. I will be contacting Smyths Toys about this issue as well. I am frustrated that my delivery has failed three times and is now at the Warrington depot. I have been home each day waiting, leaving a note on the door with my contact number. It is unacceptable that the courier couldn't access my building. I've attempted to contact customer service but only reached an automated system. I kindly request that the delivery be attempted again with a phone call upon arrival. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I was initially informed by TalkTalk that my new router would arrive on 13 July, but then they rescheduled it to 15 July, the day before my service goes live on 16 July. Yodel then sent an email stating the delivery would be today, 14 July. Fortunately, being retired, I could adjust my schedule. Living in a retirement apartment complex, the doorbell rang around 14:35 today, and someone requested access, likely the delivery person with multiple packages. Assuming another resident let them in, I waited for them but no one arrived. Concerned about theft, I went downstairs to discover my parcel left unattended on a table in the hall. The delivery person failed to inform me of the drop-off. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue other than ensuring parcels are handed directly to the intended recipient.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided for my parcel with tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted]. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of competence from your delivery operatives. It is not reasonable for me to have to chase after a mis-delivered parcel. I urge you to promptly investigate and resolve this issue by retrieving the parcel from the incorrect address and delivering it to me without further delay. I am concerned about the delivery issues I am experiencing with my parcel. I am extremely disappointed with Yodel's service. I arranged for a delivery to be left with a neighbor as I was not home. Despite this, a representative called me claiming there were 2 delivery attempts. I specifically mentioned my availability on Friday afternoon and suggested leaving the package in the gas cupboard near my door. I stayed home all day yesterday, only to discover that I supposedly missed the delivery at 6 AM, which I find hard to believe as I only have 2 delivery notes, with one not dated for yesterday. As a single parent without a car, the expectation for me to pick up the parcel in Southampton is unrealistic. I urgently need my package before it is sent back. Sincerely, Hannah P.

I was anticipating my delivery on Friday, however, it did not arrive. The tracking information says the driver could not locate the address? This continues to be the same message, and I am puzzled as our address is easy to find, with clear road signage and a visible house number. Do your drivers not utilize satellite navigation systems, contact the company for more details, or even call the customer directly? I am disappointed with the service as this item was crucial, and the lack of communication is a letdown. I need to know where the parcel is. Please provide an update.

I ordered an Armani EA7 black tracksuit with product code [redacted] for next day delivery. The delivery address was changed to my neighbor's, but the parcel never arrived. Even though Yodel tracking shows it was delivered at 19:00, my neighbor insists they never received it, and there was no request for a signature. I have tried contacting the sender through live web chats and emails, but haven't had any luck. I am disappointed as this was meant to be a gift for my cousin's birthday. Hello, I would appreciate it if you could please investigate the whereabouts of the driver who claimed to have delivered my parcel. I frequently order items, and whenever a Yodel courier from Sandwell is involved, there are always issues. The parcel is either lost, allegedly delivery attempts were made when no one was home (which is untrue), or in this case, it was supposedly delivered and pushed through the letterbox. It would be simple to verify the delivery by checking the time it was made against the driver's GPS location. Given that someone is always available to receive deliveries at my address (B96 6SH), I am certain it was not delivered here. Yodel's failure to address poor courier and driver practices is causing dissatisfaction among many customers, myself included.
