I was trying to find out where my parcel has been delivered ... Dear Sirs*Tracking No. JJD*****************The tracking advice says that the parcel was delivered at **:** today (*******) but that no signature was taken due to COVID **. The parcel has NOT been delivered and there were * people in the house at the time. I rang your customer services but was told that this tracking number was not for my address? My address is Holt Hill, Birkenhead.. I was given this tracking number by the company that I bought the item from and cannot imagine that they would get the address wrong especially as it has come from abroad and has ended up in Yodel, Warrington. When making purchases addresses are on pull down menus that fill in automatically. If the address was wrong the email address would be wrong and the company wouldn't have been able to contact me. In the past we have had parcels*letters delivered to Holt ROAD instead of Holt HILL. You must have proof of where the parcel was delivered. Most delivery companies take a photograph of the door or person who takes the delivery if they are unable to take a signature. I would be grateful if you would find out where this parcel was delivered as I believe it has been delivered to the wrong address. I await your response.
