Yodel sent an email confirming my package delivery on 25 November at 18:04 to my parent's home. However, my parents did not receive the package even though they were home all day. After contacting them, I was informed the package was left in a "safe place in the porch." I reached out to E-Bay for a refund, initially, they were unable to assist. Later, I received an email from E-Bay instructing me to request a letter from Yodel stating where the item was delivered, absolving them of blame. Despite my attempts via phone and webchat, I have not been able to contact anyone. I am seeking advice on how to best reach them and if visiting their depot is an option. Thank you, Adam.

I ordered a broadband hub from TalkTalk, and it was shipped through Yodel courier service. According to the tracking information (JD[redacted][redacted]), it was delivered to my mailbox 2 days back, but I have not received it. It seems like there might have been a delivery error. I have attempted to reach out to Yodel customer service for the past 3 days, but I have only received automated responses and no human assistance.

I asked the delivery person to leave my package in the green bin, but unfortunately, he did not leave a note in my mailbox to let me know. The bin was collected that day, so my parcel is now gone. I only found the delivery note by my front door 2 days later. Since I am out when it's dark for work, I was unaware of the delivery. The order ID is [redacted]-[redacted]. I have informed Amazon already, and they advised me to reach out to you. Thank you.

Upon returning home on December 3rd, I found a delivery note claiming the parcel was left on a front porch, which I don't have. After contacting Yodel, their initial response indicated the package was with a neighbor, which turned out not to be the case. Following a 10-day silence, they eventually acknowledged losing the parcel and promised a non-delivery note within 48 hours by December 17th; however, I haven't received it. Despite reaching out to them online on December 19th, as evidenced by the provided screenshot, they assured me it would be sent in 24 hours, which also did not materialize. The responsibility should lie with the seller to address Yodel, not me. Despite consulting Resolver regarding my rights in this matter, it seems that I'm stuck in a loop of unhelpful responses from both Yodel and the seller, leaving me out of pocket by £71 with no cabinet in sight. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted] did not reach my address as stated in the tracking information. It indicates that the parcel was handed over to Stoke Home Delivery Red Box on December 17, [redacted], at 11:10 AM with authorization to leave. I have contacted the sender who advised me to reach out to you for any signature information. Unfortunately, no delivery card was left at 52 Washbourne Close, PL1 4ST, which is the shipping address provided by the sender. On my second attempt to locate the parcel, I was informed that the tracking number does not match my information and no details can be given. Additionally, if the item was left at my property in a red box, I can confirm that there was no red box or notification card left indicating a missed delivery.

I was home all day waiting for a delivery. I received a text notifying me that the package was on its way. However, I didn't hear a knock on the door, even though I was sitting next to the window. I then got a message stating the package was left with a neighbor named Tan Xpress, but I couldn't find any information on this. I checked with my neighbor, but they didn't have it either. I'm confused as I couldn't locate any place or service named Tan Xpress near my house. I tried searching online and contacting local salons, but I couldn't find any leads.

I am currently awaiting a delivery from Yodel. The driver claims to have attempted delivery three times without success. Surprisingly, no delivery card was left during any of these supposed visits. As a result, I am left without my package and am unable to reach anyone, as the contact numbers I have are not working. Addressing this issue promptly is essential. I have noticed numerous complaints online regarding Yodel's service, echoing experiences similar to mine. I seek clarity on when my parcel will arrive or, if delivery is not feasible, information on where I can retrieve my package.

I am upset because yesterday my parcel was supposed to be delivered, but I had to go to the doctor due to illness. I left a note on the window requesting to leave it with a neighbor. However, upon returning, I found a card on my path stating that delivery was unsuccessful, even though my neighbor was home and no attempt was made to contact her. This parcel contains my son's Christmas gift. The delivery company now states that I cannot collect it until Friday, despite the initial confirmation that I could pick it up today. Twice we got texts about failed parcel deliveries with no cards left, even though we were home. It seems the driver may be delivering to the wrong address. The parcel number is JD[redacted][redacted]. Our address is 13a Church Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1BW.

My package, JD[redacted][redacted], was scheduled for delivery on December 24th. Despite receiving a message claiming nobody was available during delivery, the business was open since 5 am that day. I am uncertain how this discrepancy occurred. Subsequently, there have been no further updates on the status or estimated delivery time of my parcel. My package shows as delivered to my front porch, but I don't have one and the package is missing. The tracking number is JD[redacted][redacted]. I tried calling, but the system didn't help. In October, I lodged a complaint regarding a parcel being tossed over a 6ft fence, landing 10ft away. Back then, I was informed that this wasn't the norm for your company. However, I received another delivery on 31.12.19 with a similar incident occurring. While the item was not fragile, it arrived damp and needed drying before use; it was a cat bed. I'm puzzled why this repeated and why it appears exclusive to your company. Throughout Christmas, I've received deliveries from Hermes, Royal Mail, and Amazon who consistently leave items in secure locations - something I find entirely acceptable. The reply to my prior complaint was lacking, with no accountability taken except claiming this wasn't the usual approach. Yet, the recurrence suggests otherwise.

I am disappointed with the service provided by the company regarding the delivery of my parcel with reference JD[redacted][redacted] on 31st December [redacted]. I received a tracking number the night before the expected delivery date. Anticipating the delivery, I stayed home all day upon seeing the online notification that the parcel was out for delivery without a specified time. However, by 6:01 pm, I received a text message stating the parcel would arrive between 11:15 am-1:15 pm, which was contradictory. Upon checking the link provided, it claimed delivery was attempted due to access issues, which is untrue since no one approached my property. This misinformation caused me to waste two additional days waiting for the parcel. I demand an explanation for the delay and misleading information and insist on receiving my parcel by 3 pm on Friday, 3rd January. I purchased a smartwatch for my dad for Christmas. Despite ordering it well in advance, it was stuck in Yodel's depot for nearly three weeks. I only received it today, long after Christmas had passed. I ended up having to buy another gift for my dad, costing me extra money. Yodel has let me down multiple times before. They even put my parcel through an empty house's letterbox, causing a lot of hassle to retrieve it. Their service is extremely disappointing, and it's frustrating how they continue to operate this way. I am a very frustrated customer.

Hello, I was expecting a delivery from Virgin Media on Wednesday the 12th, but there have been delays with my parcel. After being directed to Yodel with a tracking number, there hasn't been any updates on the delivery status on their website. I have been dealing with Yodel since December regarding a missing parcel that they claim was delivered to a neighbour. Despite informing both Yodel and the seller, JJs House, that I never received the parcel and checked with all my neighbours, they are not taking responsibility. No delivery notification was left at my door. My husband was home all day on the delivery date, so using another address was unnecessary. I simply want a refund for the costly dress I purchased to wear as a mother of the groom. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am concerned as my parcel has gone missing, although the tracking status shows it was delivered to a nonexistent shed. I was home expecting the delivery, but there was no attempt made to deliver it, no delivery van present, and no calling card left. The package contained a valuable laptop worth almost £[redacted], intended for a customer return. I have tried to reach out to the company for help, but encountered unhelpful and rude staff who hung up on me multiple times. My customer managed to get them to open an inquiry after insisting, but all we were told was to wait 2-3 days. I am disappointed and frustrated with this poor service and lack of accountability. I caution others to be wary of using this company despite their low prices, as the cost might be much higher if they mishandle or misplace your items without taking any responsibility. It's important to avoid them altogether to prevent similar issues from happening to anyone else.
