I contacted yourselves with regards to a parcel that on the app said it was posted through my letterbox yesterday however it was not and I have not received. I contacted yourselves yesterday via webchat and was told they would have to speak to the driver. I am still waiting. I also left messages with the drivers mobile number asking them to ring me I gave mobile and home number and have not had a response. I want my parcel or to know what letter box he supposedly posted it through!!!!! Because it certainly was not mine

I contacted yodel yesterday and did not get a lot of help and was told that they would contact driver but did not know how long this would take came in today and my parcel was posted through the letterbox. Yodel have not contacted me to say what happened but as long as I have my parcel i am happy
