Help with my Yodel issue

My yodel parcel was supposed to be delivered today. I asked for advice on webchat. I received some feedback from a man name Waheed. He was very unhelpful. I asked a specific question * times with no reply each time. He advised that yodel would do their best to attempt to deliver my parcel tomorrow. This is no use as they are flowers for a friends birthday. I should have received correspondence in regards to the lateness of this parcel & have received nothing. Waheed was very unhelpful and did not provided appropriate customer service in the slightest - actually very rude instead as he ignored the same question I asked * times throughout the conversation. I am very displeased with Yodel in general and would like someone to contact me regarding this matter ASAP.

GetHuman-bethgarl did not yet indicate what Yodel should do to make this right.
