Hello Get Human, you have the wrong number for Yodel Customer Service.*The number you should have is ******** **** but although the number actually exists, it is almost as useless as the one that they've got rid of. This is a company that are trying to use the hassle factor to put customers off and they are an UTTER DISGRACE. I would like them to contact me - they have my details, to tell me where my parcel is - but I am pretty sure they won't. Why? Because they don't give a fig about their customers. They're only still in business because junk outfits like House of Fraser (where my parcel came from) are still using them because they're cheaper than more reputable firms. House of Fraser have no customer service either. Absolutely none. I will take this further.
