I have two e mails notifying of two deliveries left in a safe place and card to tell me this. I have received nothing and my CCTV shows that no one has been to the property. I started a chat on line to explain this and all I got was 'contact your sender'. I do not know who the send may be. I was then told that under Data Protection I cannot be given further information and the chat was terminated. I am not happy and as a lawyer do not believe that you are unable to give me further information or check these deliveries.
GetHuman1786680 did not yet indicate what Yodel should do to make this right.
