Yodel's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bobcock a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

All numbers (including those allegedly being routed to human beings) go to automated systems with no options for above issues.
Having human beings available to sort out more complex issues.
I’ve been a customer for several years and deliveries are normally fine.*If there is a problem I expect to be able to speak to a human being to sort it out.
I’ve tried all the contact numbers I could find, including the one on this website.*Luckily the driver realised his mistake and returned to swap parcels. DON’T rely on Yodel customer services if things go wrong with your delivery. They hide behind automatons.
